I just had the most racist experience in my life at this location. I came in with 2 white guys...I ordered first and then shortly after the other guys ordered. We sit down and the guy who ordered last got his food and then the other guy shortly after. I ordered on line and when I got to restaurant the food was not ready. I sat for 30 minutes and asked two times if my order was ready. Finally after waiting 40 mins I asked to speak to manager- I showed him on my phone that I had paid online and confirmed. I told him at this point I just wanted a refund. He refused to give me a refund and told me to call corporate office. I called Corporate and spoke to a representative. He said he would pass it along to management. I received an email from Whataburger and they said once I ordered they would not refund my money. I received the incorrect order yesterday and tried calling to get it corrected while I was still in the area with no luck. I called again this morning and spoke to Alicia who said she was a manager. Great location, Food is always great and out pretty quickly. I only have a few complaints. There are no big tables for bigger families. They have ONE. We don't mind splitting up or pushing some tables together but It's hard to push tables together because most of them are only two person tables or don't move. We might have been able to push a few tables together yesterday but they were having a job interview meeting right at dinner time that took a large table in the dining area. So many people coming in to eat at 5/6pm. Where do you expect anyone to sit? Wouldn't 2/3pm be better timing? It's between lunch and dinner. Not at rush hour. Also.. Two young men were sitting next to us. When they got their food they asked the employee with the ketchup tray if they had more spicey ketchup. The employee told them he would be right back with it. The work crew have been having "Whataburger Wednesdays" here for the last seven years without complaint. There is other fast food in Taylor, but this is our automatic go-to. What makes a good Whataburger into a great Whataburger? The staff. The ladies that work there (managers and register) make you feel welcome and like family. They always remember us and even have some of our orders memorized. WB Wednesday is always the highlight of our work week. Good quality WB, clean, great food people. Food is always hot and tasty. Our 'quick' lunch turned into a 35 minute wait, trapped in the drive-thru line. Luckily our food was hot and fresh cooked, but they also weren't cooking your order until you pulled up to the window.... They keep the facilities clean and their staff is extremely nice. Unfortunately, this location has a reputation about a slow drive thru. This location is super hit or miss. You usually get cold burgers and they can't make a Dr. Pepper shake to save their life. We usually order 2 shakes and the chocolate, no problem, Dr. Pepper you get vanilla or when you send it back it has so much Dr. Pepper in it you can't even drink it and it's watery. read more

Waited the allotted time and no one came out to delivery the meals. Finally called them to learn that they don't deliver curb side until 11am. This was not noted on the app nor the signage for parking for on-line pick-up. Because we had already paid for the meals on-line, we were forced to have to jump in line.
