What a burger? Whatajoke! Waited in a drive thru line for 20 minutes to get 2 burgers and a Dr Pepper shake. The burgers were cold and tasted like Whoppers, without the mayo. Wife was happy that they weren't that greasy, which I explained is what happens when the patty is so cold it won't even melt the cheese. Dr. Pepper shake was gawdawful. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! It is and has been a disgrace & they refuse to do anything to fix it. My last few visits here have been horrible. I have not been in for over 6 months. Since there was a BOGO, I decided to risk it. WB used to be my favorite burger, now they are purely incapable of providing one. I ordered 2 burgers. Both onion only with au jus sauce. I asked once again for them to PLEASE make sure the patties were still juicy and not hideously overcooked. I asked for crispy fries. I got none of that. The receipt they gave me clearly showed onion and sauce only. Yet somehow, I managed to get one with mustard on it. Not both, just one. Tell me how that makes sense. You figure if they are going to randomly apply ingredients that are not on the ticket, it would be on both burgers. Nope. Just one. They were ridiculously overcooked. I mean, to the point that I took the patties off, added water and tried to microwave them. TWICE! Even after that, somehow, in defiance of basic physics, they were still dry as a bone. And the fries were laughably undercooked. Utterly soggy and worthless. Here's the worst part: the size of the burgers are much MUCH smaller than they used to be. Once upon a time, they were thick and filled the bun completely. Now they are barely bigger than a McDonald's regular burger patty, and you can get a double of that for 2 bucks. Everyone here is always SO RUDE. - They acted like me asking for an extra bag was the hardest task known to man. Constantly having bad attitudes and getting my order wrong. I used to love the jalapeno cheese burgers, however at this location they were below average. Not particularly flavorful or fresh tasting. The meat was way too thin and nothing to write home about. Fries were below average and I actually threw most of them away. I did like the spicy ketchup, nice twist to ramp the flavor up with a little heat. I have often made a concerted effort to visit Whataburger when traveling; that may now be a thing of the past. I will however, try another location before totally wiping them off my list. read more

In reality this should be one and a half stars not two. This place has been on a steady decline the last few months and shows no sign of getting better. The service has been getting worse, not because the peeps working are bad, they are inexperienced. This location has about the highest turnover I've ever seen. Whoever the franchise owner is also needs to address the chronic "surprise" store closures. A couple of months ago I go to get breakfast and the place is under construction. There was no notice, no sign on the door telling customers that this was coming, it just happened, closed for about 3 weeks. Today I go by for breakfast and once again it's closed for some sort of work again. With all this work you would think they could splurge and put in WIFI but no. I have patronized this location for more than 15 years but this place is going downhill in a hurry. read more

We are night shift workers and this whataburger is often our stop on our way home when we feel too tired to cook when we get home. So this evening we placed an order via whataburger app for 2 Whataburgers, 2 French fries, 2 iced teas & 2 hot apple pies. When my husband went to pick up our order, cars were lined up & crowded. A lot of customers were waiting to order. My husband went into Whataburger to pick up our order, it was crowded & busy. Though my husband quickly received our order. At home we received our hamburgers how we had ordered them & the ice teas. But, we did not receive our French fries or hot apple pies. We were not charged for the missing food. The thing I love about Whataburger is you can order your favorite burger for breakfast! The owner happened to be there meeting with his managers. I was sitting there waiting for my food and he stopped his meeting to find out why my order was taking so long. I didn't think it was taking too much time. Now that's customer service! First let's start with the guy that walked out of the kitchen area griping some chicken strips for a kids meal with his bare hands (wouldn't of been so bad if he had gloves on) before shoving them in a box then the bag. The girl taking our order while it wasn't her fault that the register screwed up after scanning the app, she should be trained on how to fix it with the number of people using the app now a days. I've been enjoying Whataburger since I was a kid in Pasadena Texas. I remember that they had a plane flying with the Whataburger banner flying behind it and a loudspeaker saying "What a burger" as they passed over the rooftops. Like many other fast food chains, they offer a known menu regardless to where you walk in, Pasadena or Tulsa and anywhere else. I've never been disappointed with the level of great service and the quality of the food at this store, The burgers always are hot off the grill and the fries piping hot. read more

Stopped in at night (10 PM). The staff is friendly. The dining room is medium size. The tables needed a bit of a wipe down. The food is typical of all Whataburgers. And like at al the Whataburgers, the ketchup peel off can be difficult to open. I doubt I'll stop at this Whataburger again. read more
