A store employee asked me to send photos, and they were able to identify the model number and send me specs -- even though the toilet turned out to be discontinued.

After researching various suppliers, I chose Polycarbonate Depot, located at 1185 Campbell Ave, San Jose, CA, which is owned and operated by Nate, a knowledgeable individual. I visited the warehouse twice, bringing my contractors along to gain additional insights into the installation process. Nate was helpful throughout, even delivering the panels to my home, which I greatly appreciated. However, I do have some feedback regarding my experience. I chose the light bronze color for the panels, but I was disappointed to find that they appear quite "clear" once installed and with the summer heat in California, my patio has become UNBEARABLY hot, despite the UV protection of the panels. It rendered the patio UNUSABLE! I believe that Nate should have provided  more advice on tint selection, particularly regarding how different colors can affect heat absorption during peak sun hours. I wish I had received more guidance on this aspect, as it would have helped me make a more informed decision. In no way that I'm blaming Nate. I was dead set on the light bronze color without knowing that the effect when installed looks very "clear". I am currently having to explore  ways to reduce the heat, such as installing shades underneath the patio cover. Currently, I have four umbrellas under the cover to help with the heat. Overall, I appreciate Nate's professionalism and the quality of the product, but I would recommend that future customers discuss color options in detail to ensure they choose the best fit for their needs.  Also be sure to take the polycarbonate panels outside under the sun to determine if that is the level of shade that you want.

It scratches extremely easily, even when you try to handle it carefully. Installation was also much more difficult than it should have been. I bought the sheets and accessories together expecting everything to work well as one system, but it honestly feels like some of these products were not designed to work together. The tape does not stick well to the polycarbonate, and the connectors are extremely tight and very difficult to install. Overall, the whole installation took far more time and effort than I expected. For the price, I expected much better quality and a system that was easier to install. I would not recommend wasting your money on this product. If I had known what I was getting, I definitely would not have bought this crap.
