All the units are fully functional with maybe some minor cosmetic damage and the prices can't be beat! There isn't a huge selection like you'd find at some big appliance stores, but that's fine with me - fewer choices makes it easier to just pick the best option and be done with it. Whenever I need appliances I go to Infinite Appliance. My cousin recommended I go here for a property I purchased earlier this year that needed all new appliances. Since then I have gone back for other family members. Rafael is very helpful and knowledgeable. He really took his time to suggest the best appliances at reasonable prices. I initially wanted to go with the cheapest washer/dryer, but he convinced me to buy a newer model stackable which I do not regret at all! I needed to buy a fridge, stove, dishwasher, and washer/dryer. I'm very satisfied with all my purchases. I believe everything here is open box, but you can't beat the deals. This is the second time that I purchased from this company the first time I bought a washer and dryer, which I still have but back to reviewing the experience with the refrigerator had a great experience walking in, and it being intended to right away asked what I was looking for and showing me options. Once I've decided what I was going to purchase I was able to get a fast delivery for the following day. I really appreciated the text messages for the update on delivery window. Personally, I think that for the appliances that you're getting the prices are pretty well as you can see this fridge has a little bit of damage on one of the front doors, but that was the only thing that was damaged and the ice spray was missing, but we saw all that in the store and we're fine with it. another thing that I appreciate is after you had it for a little while they checked to see if their product is working out for you, which I think is great since these products are technically use or open you never really know until you run it yourself although they are plugged in in store. My 12-year-old fridge died last Thu - I needed one right away - the repairs were too high for that old fridge and it would've taken them 2 to 3 days to get the parts - I searched all day online - Found several that were a few thousand more than the repair cost, but couldn't be delivered for a couple of days - Then at 4:00 a friend took me to Infinity Appliance - they were friendly - accommodating and extremely helpful - I walked out of there at 5:00 - With a brand new fridge - Delivery installation - removal of the old fridge - scheduled for the following day - They were just creating the delivery schedule when we arrived and they were able to get me on it!!!! All of this for the same cost as the repairs of the old fridge!!! Bought a top quality microwave oven here for less than half standard price. The cosmetic freight damage that made it impossible to sell in a normal retail store was hidden and irrelevant to my situation. And staff knew the oven was new and in perfect condition. I am so pleased with Infiniti Appliance. This is my third purchase. I was unhappy with delayed delivery of my LG washer I purchased from Costco. I called Rafael who had helped me before and whose advice I trusted. He informed me that they carried LG open box washers and dryers among many other new appliances. Rafael patiently worked with me as I weighed my options of waiting further for a Costco delivery or purchasing an LG washer form Infiniti Appliance. We exchanged several emails and phone calls and I decided to cancel my Costco order and purchase not only an LG washer, but a LG dryer as well. The transaction and delivery went smoothly. I also purchased a two year warranty to make my purchase equivalent to what I would have received from Costco. All total, I save $248 over what I would have paid for the identical set from Costco. I will make sure to call Rafael first before I purchase any additional appliances. I would also like to give a shout out to Rose as she also assisted me in a friendly and professional manner.
