They cut and thread pipe! They had an adequate selection of black pipe fittings. All the fittings you would expect up to 2 inches (they may have had larger someplace else) and a few less common fittings like reducing elbows and mixed size tees. Fittings were arranged by fitting type rather than size, for example all elboes if various size were groupped togearher, rather than grouping by largest thread size in a fitting which spread out the selections. Staff was knowledgeable and helpful but alienating and excluding, thumping on my ill equipped ignorance, by sometimes speaking Vietnamese between staff members in front of me and other. customers. There was also an amount of childishly playful horseplay between a few of the staff, (ramming with carts, and tripping) I found unprofessional. Their shop was unusually clean and organized, with a bee hive level of stocking and organizing going on. No leaning or playing on their phone. Service was prompt and well staffed even though they were busy. The fact they cut pipe will make them my goto supplier. read more

I bought a burner for a water heater at my salon and still same error code on the unit. I decided to replace the water heater as a whole unit so I have no need for the burner. I wanted to return the burner and get the new water heater but they won't take it back. They have a return policy and I fall within that time but apparently they decided to change their policy on the fly. They now have a hour return policy from the sounds of things. Abdul get real bro. Unless you're the actual licensed plumber....once the water heater is installed without a proper inspection from the city the water heater warranty is voided. It is not the responsibility of the plumbing supply house that you got it from that's between the plumber you has nothing to do with them. if the water heater was installed up to code... after the inspector passed the inspection and it randomly burst or leak within a day or 2 ( ONLY FROM THE TANK) then just maybe it was a defective tank and that situation is so absolutely unlikely.....AND ALSO ITS STILL NOT PNE FAULT! THEY DONT MANUFACTURER THE TANK!!! I can't say enough about how great this place is. Everything one would need under one roof and extremely helpful staff. As a DIY'er, I am handy, but not an expert; however, that is where there staff are so helpful. I had an urgent water heater replacement for my apartment bldg job last year at the end of December. The plumber bought the water heater from P & E and installed it. The water heater had leaks and needed to be replaced after the installation. P & E store manager did everything he could to find another one locally, bring it in, take the installed one back. It was the year end holiday and i was really stressed out since the bldg was without hot water. P & E pulled it off and helped in every way. Charged the replacement job to the manufacturer etc...
