I look for service, responsiveness, and most of all quality and workmanship. Dr Wheel covers all the bases. I'll be honest, I was a little suspect at first. Their process seemed a little too good to be true. After getting various quotes from a range of others, the price was all over the place from too cheap to extraordinarily expensive. Dr. Wheel is on the lower side of the equation. The other thing, they come to your house. Say what? Got me wondering how solid of a repair we were looking at. Well, once I dug into the process, saw that the work is warranted for a year, I figured I'd give them a shot. First, we had them do two aftermarket wheels which relatively minor damage. The result was pretty incredible. The wheels looked good as new and honestly, I couldn't remember where the blemishes were . Months later the wheels looked great. Today, we got four wheels on my wife's car done, all with curb rash to a varying degree and the result was great. The challenge today wasn't the damage, it actually wasn't super complex or extensive. It was the color. From the factory, the color is pretty unique, but the Dr. Wheel team got it pretty much exactly. A special shout out to Jonathan, who came out to our house twice and did a great job. Friendly, professional, thorough, and just an all around solid dude. Not that I hope to get more curb rash on any of our wheels (nor do I wish that for you!), but if we do, we will definitely go back to them. We've already referred them to a few neighbors.

Jonathan showed up promptly and got work immediately on my rim. His work and skills are impeccable. It only took him roughly about 20-25 minutes to leave my wheel looking "Good as new" for less than the cost of a new wheel. I definitely recommend Dr Wheel for your curb/parking mishaps. Hopefully I won't need their services again but if ever my wheels get damaged, I'll gladly use Dr Wheel again! Thank you Jonathan for the fast, friendly and incredible service.

Great shop and service! Was headed down Whittier Bl to the 605 freeway when I caught a nail in my left rear tire. I made my way to Wheel and Tire City for a flat repair. Upon inspection of my tires, found I was riding with bad tires on the insides of the front tires thanks to the bad alignment on my Tahoe. Alfonso showed me a new set that was available at a great price and I was sold along with an alignment to correct the issue. They gave me a free safety and brake inspection, which was great! We also went ahead and fixed the outer tie rods and links with new front struts and rear shocks. We are planning a road trip and didn't want to take any chances. Went ahead and did a full synthetic oil change, coolant flush, brake fluid flush to top it off. I didn't know they offered full automotive service aside from tires,wheels and alignment. Saved me alot of time in getting everything done in one spot. I have a few more recommended repairs the team advised on and I will do end of the month. Thanks guys for all your great work and for being so thorough with my Tahoe. You guys definitely gained my business from here on out and will bring my wife's Accord soon! read more
