I was pleasantly surprised by Wheel Warehouse's customer service after they moved to Orange from Anaheim. They were more professional and courteous than the alpha male caricatures that worked in the Anaheim location. Unfortunately, the last couple times I've been in the store and spoke with them, I've seen the same nonsense again from the sales guys. I've been buying tires from them since the 80's, but the arrogance of these guys is has forced me to look for another tire seller - which I did, and I am now getting tires from Becker Tire in Anaheim. Johnny, the manager at Becker's, is awesome! The owner at Wheel Warehouse has always been a cool guy and I feel bad about not supporting his business, but they really need to review how they speak to customers - especially their customers who are working professionals who are used to a certain level of professionalism. The macho posturing can be for after work at the neighborhood bar or strip club - not a place of business. read more

I'm not going to lie and say the experience was without some hick-ups. For me however, it's never about the problem. Rather, how the problem is resolved. These guys are tops! I need to get some new lug nuts for my girls ride, called them up and was quickly told they had what I needed and could help me out. The store had a huge selection of wheels when I walked in. I was greeted by Daniel and he assisted me in the new lug nuts and was given option of chrome or black nuts. Price was on point and walked out of there very happy. read more

AMAZING SERVICE! I needed some quick help due to a bolt stuck in my tire and Brian was able to accommodate me and take care of the issue real quickly. They got a decent waiting area (Vending machines and comfortable sofa) and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Car: Brand New Toyota Prius Prime with Toyota Care My car was towed to Toyota of Orange and they said my Tire was unrepairable. Ended up going here (after I had to purchase a new tire at Toyota) and asking to see if it was, and sure enough they showed me the puncture and that it was safe to repair. This is a day later and the tire is perfectly fine. Told my girlfriend that this place deserves 10 stars for customer service excellence. Absolutely incredible service! I started out with a quote from the Yelp app. I sent inquiries 5 tire stores. I heard back from four of them immediately. I have a Dodge Hellcat so I'm very picky about who I do business with. The response from wheel warehouse was immediate and very detailed. The owner of the store, Mike Y, personally took care of the quote. The email string is at least 10 responses. I had a lot of questions and all the questions were answered diligently. Price is important to me but it's not the only reason why I selected wheel warehouse. They did beat the competitors by a solid $40. I purchased a set of NITTO 555 for 1148.00. Not only that, they included free services along with the tire package. When I arrived this morning I was greeted with a friendly smile and a very cool dog! Macon. I was then introduce to the manager Adam. He spent about 10 minutes discussing exactly what they were going to do. I asked him if he could do one willing to time using a floor jack rather than the lift. I want to do use the floor jack because I have a special adapter to protect the pinch weld underneath the car. Not a problem. I noticed the installer, Christian, was very careful with his installation. I have to say it again. Christian was EXTREMELY CAREFUL!!! He took his time and was very gentle with the Lugnuts. When he put the tires on the wheels he also took his time and did a FANTASTIC job without any damage whatsoever to the wheels. He also torqued the Lugnuts to the specifications I requested. He also gave me an extra lug nut because for some reason I was missing one. After he was finished, we talked about air pressure and I took his advice and went with a tiny bit over factory specs. He then polished the wheels and was going to apply armor all. I declined the armor all because I have had bad experience with armor all getting on the paint job. The entire process took about 2 hours which is fine. Christian was busy the entire time so that tells me he took his time and paid attention to detail. All services were done as promised and I am extremely happy with this business. When they were complete and I went to pay, there were no hidden charges. Very straightforward. Great place! I have a Smart Fortwo and I had a flat. Those tires are hard to find. One of my students recommended Wheels Warehouse and he was right! Rick helped me over the phone and after I had the car towed there (Orange,) they sent their driver to their warehouse and got the tires delivered in less tha half an hour. I was in the market to change up my OEM wheels for my 2018 Subaru Impreza Sport. I was shopping around and came across Wheel Warehouse on Instagram. Figured I'd give them a try based off such positive reviews and years in the business. What also caught my attention was that they buy OEM wheels and tires. I got in contact with Rick Teter after sending an email inquiry. Rick helped me out through the entire process. I told him the wheels I was interested in...he found them and ordered the last available set of 4. I told him the tires I wanted to go with the wheels...he locked them in for me. I told him I needed black lug nuts...he threw them in the quote. Might I add, all this exchange was happening through email & text. AND, I found out Rick was in Texas at the time. The only time I stepped foot in the shop, was to get my vehicle worked on. I live in LA, and the shop is in Orange. That 35+ minute drive down to the OC was well worth the final set-up. The staff was super friendly. They have a HUGE selection of wheels in the showroom. I was in and out within an hour & a half. Wheels balanced, mounted, alignment checked and OEM wheels/tires traded in. I drove off the lot with 4 TSW Neptune 18x8 Wheels paired with Yokohama Advan Sport A/S+ tires. Probably one of THE most honest and upfront shops I have ever been to. Paul is genuinely a great person. Ibwould highly recommend this place for ANY of your wheel and tire needs/wants.
