Essentially, we were presented with a meal that had been sitting in the back for an extended period of time and were still expected to pay for it. They did remove the entrée from our bill, which we appreciated. However, the manager never offered an apology and instead placed the blame on the bar staff for entering the wrong seat number. While we understand that mistakes happen especially on a busy holiday a sincere apology and better accountability would have gone a long way in improving the experience.
