It was an excellent stop into Which Which. We were just leaving a movie theater nearby when my daughter said, "a which which, oh those are great!" I had never heard of it but I was happy to take the recommendation an see if it could back it up. We walked in to a bright interior and friendly people. We grabbed the bag we liked off the wall. They have about 12 different sandwich options, not to mention build your own. I went with the Italian, my favorite basic sub. The different boxes to check on the bag to build our sub did make things very easy. Instead of guiding a sandwich maker from lettuce to tomatoes, the bag breaks down exactly what a person wants. After turning it and getting my sub we heading home. I can say it was a great sub. They dont have a crispy bread option but otherwise pretty darn good! read more

I would give this place less than one stars if possible. While most the workers are sweet and helpful the manager is horrible, does not help at all. there is only ever 1-2 people there even if the store is busy making wait times long the workers say they are severely understaffed. Another thing the store looks filthy there's a mat by the door that seems to be called in dirt and the table which I've seen the workers clean are old and not cleaning properly. The tables outside are splintering wood. You can sorta see into the back of the shop where the workers make food and it looks like it has had a proper deep cleaning for a while. Talked to a worker who was very sweet and they said they don't have most the cleaning supplies actually needed. The sandwich's are over priced and the many times I've ordered they always seem to be out of something. One of my friends went and said there was mold on her bread which is disappointing. I do not blame the workers as they seem nice and this seems like thing relatively out of there control making definitely a management problem. One of my biggest concerns is the lack of clean space seen in the shop and I wonder sometimes how this place is still open and how the health department has marked them with at minimum a red tag. read more

Ordered sandwiches and homestyle chips for everybody to dine in and also took another order for the road! Didn't get pics of all of the food but the pizzawhich, meatball sandwich and number 1 (5 meats & 3 cheeses) was delicious too! Homestyle chips are fam fav along with the crushed ice for drinks. Look, Im not from New Orleans and heck Im not even from Louisiana, but I do know and understand what a Muffuletta looks like, tastes like, and what goes in it and what we got today was NOT that. We ordered out sandwich then left to eat it and when we opened up the wrapping we found that the "olive salad" which typically includes chopped green olives, pimentos, pepperoncini etc (you catch my drift), was just black olives. Just slices black olives. That's it. Um, wut? So naturally curious, we went back and asked about this "olive salad" and was told, and i quote, "we've recently changed the recipe". Again, wut. Olive salad does not mean sliced black olives. I come with receipts, see the pictures below. Which Wich, if you have truely changed your olive salad recipe, please dont call this a mufuletta and just say its an italian sub. I pulled a picture from your website on what it is supposed to look like as compared to the pics I took today. ABQ restaurant review time. This time @whichwich. I've seen this taste tested online and remembered that it ranked high. I got a build your own with pesto, Swiss, bacon, avocado, grilled onions and black olives. Mark got a Reuben, which i couldn't taste due to my sensitivities,but he enjoyed it, and we shared a cup of fries. Their portions were so generous (way more than one spoon of guacamole which I thoroughly appreciated!) and the food was fresh and delicious. If you eat here, do be prepared for a messy experience (Which I can Jan handle much better now!) - they have paper towels available. I had the whole place to myself, my order came out correctly in a reasonable amount of time, and it tasted really good. I'm a fan of the way you order. I've been craving a BLT for days and told my husband let's get Which Wich they have amazing an Ultimate BLT. First off I got there and both employees were just sitting there in the back on the phone. Then I asked the girl if we could do one of them with the bread only not toasted because my husband isn't a fan of super toasted bread he likes semi toasted like Subways. The informs me they can't do that, because Their bread comes only half baked and it could make us sick if we don't get it toasted. Additionally i decided to try their new french fries.. which are cooked fresh to order... they come in a plastic soft drink cup wrapped with foil. I have always enjoyed going to Which Wich near UNM but that changed once I tried this location. The quality of the food is not consistent and the customer service is just poor. This is not the first time I encountered a problem at this location. When they first opened, my friends and I dined in and were disappointed with how our food came out and how the workers treated us when we told them about the problems. We figured since they recently opened, things should straighten out and get better. We were wrong. A few weeks or so ago, I ordered a krab salad sandwich since it's one of my favorite cold wiches but once I opened it when I got home, it was tuna!! I called them back immediately to tell them about the mix up and I believe the guy that rung me out picked up the phone. He was very rude and claimed that it was a krab salad when clearly it was tuna. I told him I can send them a photo of what I got with my bag to confirm my order since driving over would take 20mins and they'd be closed by then. Finally, after putting me on hold for 10 minutes he attempted to get my email for a free wich (that I never received) probably because he was talking to a coworker while I was telling him my email. I ended up not eating the sandwich and throwing it away. Now, don't get me wrong here. I understand that mistakes happen but he did not apologize or express any empathy. I'm actually really surprised to see how dirty this location is for being a brand new building. Went in on a Saturday night. Around 7:30 or so. Every one that worked that shift was extremely polite and attentive. Food was great like normal. BUT .. it was extremely messy everywhere. The kitchen had things everywhere, like nothing is getting put away. There's packs of paper towels laying all over the place. The work station looked like it had not been cleaned all day. Food was all over the floor. The drink area had empty straw wrappers everywhere. I went to the bathroom just to see and compare (maybe they just got busy-I've worked in the food industry and know how that can sometimes happen) and was again in shock of the Cleanliness of it all! Been here waiting for our 2 shakes for more than 25 minutes. I can see that the workers standing there doing nothing while other people food is getting served before mine when we have ordered before them. Keep in mind we did only order 2 shakes even with a VERY small line in front of us we still had to wait a really long time. I don't know who is hiring these employees but I have never been so disrespected for no reason. I went to get my sandwich and the lady working was super rude and kept rolling her eyes and huffing and puffing because I didn't take my sandwich right away. My son and I were completely finished with our meal by the time our order of fries was ready and the employees were not friendly on the least. Thus far, I'm smack dab in the middle with my take on this Which Wich location, but also rather proud to report that I gave it a second and third chance to show me the money. Our first order, sent via electronic pigeon aka their mobile app, was oh so terribly sad; I won't call out which person in my orbit refuses to eat onions or bell peppers, but they were all over her sammy, and a ton of veggies that were specifically ordered were mysteriously missing. It made for a very sad tear in her beer, actually. That's why we decided to order from Which Wich in the first place, the La Cumbre taproom is right around the corner. The second order was given in person, in-store, and all went well, and the third -- via mobile app, again -- was almost right, though missing a couple important additions, remedied by a return visit to the counter. All I'm getting at, guys: attention to detail, particularly on the web orders. After a few forays with their signature sandwiches, I can't say I'm very interested in this food, and I hope they'll continue to venture further into salads and caveman diet-friendly options, not because I'm on the diet, but simply because, following a workout, there's nothing better than a heap of greens, a stack of protein and a worthy pint of La Cumbre carbs. read more

This location has French fries!!! The owner gave us a sample of green chile ranch dressing that they are thinking about offering on a regular basis. My wife said she regrets that she only has 2 thumbs, because it's better than 2 thumbs up. Every sandwich I have tried has been fantastic. My favorites are the superfood wich, the surf and turf, the cheeseburgerwich and the brunchwich. My wife likes the superfood wich, the French dip, the Reuben and the muffuletta. The WiFi is fast, which is great for those of us that have to do a little bit of remote office work and want to grab a bite. Lobby and bathrooms are clean and all the crew is friendly. We really like this new location. Not only do you get your regular Which Wich sandwiches, which rock, but they offer crinkle cut fries. They fries are good, crispy and piping hot so I order them every time! They also make their own iced tea instead of using Gold Peak as they do at the Paseo/Wyoming location and offer sweet, unsweetened, Arnold Palmer and lemonade in addition to the regular soda fountain drinks. The staff does a wonderful job, but after visiting the Paseo location, that's what we've come to expect from our local Which Wich shops. The staff is happy to serve you, engaged and helpful. It's very convenient to visit Sprouts or PetSmart and stop at Which Wich for a great lunch or dinner. Give this location a try. read more

They take my order , verify my order, read it back to me, I pay for it, include a handsome tip then when they call my order they don't have the fries, and say " it will be another 3 minutes. (a) The menu is confusing. Like people, including me and the husband) were literally standing in front of the huge menu and trying to figure out how to order a sandwich. Not a good start. Working near the university, I have always been a patron of the Which Wich location on Central and Harvard. Their chicken and pesto sandwich with house chips make my most hectic academic days worth living. So when they opened this location on the west side, less than two miles from my house, I thought the gods had finally taken pity on me and made my life just a bit better. I had never been here, I walk in around 8pm and they close at 9pm, 2 employees walk back and forth from the kitchen area to the cashier. I stand around for about 15 minutes wondering how this works and how I order, eventually one of them comes out and apologizes saying she was busy. As I explain to her my order she asks me to wait because she's organizing some receipts. I place my order, which came out to about $36 for a meal for 2 people and it takes about 30 minutes to make.
