There is a 50 cent per egg surcharge right now. But the food, service, and ambiance here, makes for a perfect Carolina breakfast.

It didn't taste like the chicken or the breading had been seasoned at all. The only sauce they included tasted like sweet chili sauce, which just didn't go well with chicken and waffles. I've had this dish at other restaurants where the flavors really come together, but this version completely missed the mark. The banana pancakes were some of the driest pancakes I've ever eaten. The bananas were dry, the pancakes were dry, and there was almost no flavor. I didn't think it was possible to mess up banana pancakes, but these were terrible. The eggs and bacon were fine, but they were just average. Nothing about them stood out. For the price, I expected much better food. I ate the eggs and bacon, but the pancakes went straight into the trash. I took one bite of a chicken strip, ate about a quarter of one waffle, and threw the rest away because I just couldn't enjoy it. Overall, this meal was a complete disappointment and definitely wasn't worth the money. Based on this experience, I won't be ordering from Eggs Up Grill again.

The app is really easier to order, which should be a given, but it amazes me how bad other establishment make their order process in the app. Easy layout, easy to customize, and easy to re-order a favorite. The speed at which my food is ordered, prepared, and available is very reasonable. By the time I place the order in the app and arrive at the location 7 minutes later, the order is ready. The team here is also great. They always meet people with a smile and attentiveness. Clearly, they prioritize the in-person experience by being available and engaging every time someone needs something.
