When I called customer service she stated she would only give me a refund for items missing and not anything else when I asked to speak to someone else I was in hold for 10 min and transfered to the location it's at in west Springfield,ma. No one answered. When I called back I was hung up on about 3 times. Finally I spoke to someone and they still wouldn't give me a refund for the order only added a refund for the delivery and fee. His name is Tony from west coast service department. This is absolutely horrible third party service and delivery. Not to mention any other third party service would refund whole order. I spent $80 and then still had to go out and get food for my kids who were missing food. I can not believe this service. I am requesting a full refund for my order. And this is the second time I have ordered and the first time was good. But Thai time. Cold, missing food and misleading dessert items. Definitely over charged for the food I received and ordered. And I will not do it again. I will also send negative feedback on social media.
