White Knight services our new neighborhood, so we looked into them. Their prices were on par or better than the competitiors, their staff is friendly and amazing as can be. Our tech, Michael was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and detailed. He warned us of the onslaught of bugs that'd be coming out of the house once he flushed them out with the first treat, and boy, he wasn't wrong! We can already start to see the difference and we're excited to have him out again tomorrow to treat again and flush out any more! We live in a new development that was previously ranch land, so we've overtaken the domain of the bugs, so we have no illusions that they're not here. So treating just made sense and White Knight is doing a darn good job to do it right. We feel much more comfortable at home knowing they're here to help treat and protect our investment from bugs and termites! read more

We asked them to provide us a reminder to cancel service to which they agreed. Then, after not getting the reminder we asked for they forced us into continuing with another service visit that we didn't want, need, or could afford. I had several problems with White Knight starting with the high pressure salesman that landed on my doorstep. I signed on not because I believed I needed the service or would be getting a good deal but to get rid of the stranger who wouldn't take no for an answer. Knowing I wanted to cancel as soon as my contract was up, I called to ensure services would not continue after my contract. I was told that a note was made on my account and that I would still need to call closer to the date of last service. I did that and was told that because I waited too long to cancel, I would still be charged 50% of the service fee. No one I spoke to ever seemed concerned by my complaints. The last straw with this company was, yet again, a treatment appointment that no one showed up for, and no notice about the no-show was provided. This has happened numerous times. It used to be a good company and I had been with them for years but, as it grew, it just became worse and worse over time. Today, I see it as just another grifter money-grubbing corporation, poorly managed by incompetent people; greed always starts from the top. The tech churn is remarkably high, due in part that White Knight Pest Control obviously is not paying employees well enough to retain them. I haven't had the same tech visit for a very long time, but the real evidence of poor management decisions was after treatment, an app pops up to rate the tech, and then asks for a tip! Overall, I'm a very generous tipper but I'm not going to tip anybody for simply showing up to do the job they were hired to do. And even then, some of those were also slackers, so perhaps they were promoted to the executive suite? Anyhow, after all these years I'm happy to be done with such a now-poorly run company. My first treatment by a competitor fixed more things in one visit than this company did in a year. Don't let the bugs bite! read more

Awful company to work with. They charged me twice in the same month after I cancelled my service. They only would refund 1 charge because I didn't give 30 day notice, I was a few days short of 30 days. They came out to do my last service and only did the front of the house, not the back nor inside even though it was requested. When I called back they said, they would resend someone out. I waited all day they never showed. When I got a hold of someone there I was told the system cancelled the appointment because my service was cancelled. I'll start this review by saying Cory is hands down one of the best humans I've meet. My wife and kids absolutely loved our experience with him. He knocked on our door right as we were sitting down for dinner. He explained what he was doing for the pest control in the area and we signed up. We were dealing with ants, spiders and all manner of pest. He was funny, caring, he eased our minds about his products being safe around the kids and my pets. He ended up playing football with my boys for a few minutes as they were both excited about the brand new balls the received as gifts. I know he was working and trying to get to the next customers house. But, he made my boys feel like they were the only thing that mattered at that moment and I appreciate that so much. White knight pest control has been an amazing experience thus far. Our ant and spider issue has virtually vanished as well as the scorpions and wasp. I have used 3 other pest control companies in the past and none have came close to white knight. If you have a company switch over to white knight ASAP. I have had white knight for 2 and half years and it has been ok. They come they spray charge you and gone. The initial visit they missed a mud dobber nest in the garage but came back and got it. Then they missed a wasp nest the size of a soft ball. Had people over and had to take care of it. Then lately spiders and bugs have been in the house so I had a service today to spray inside and the quarterly outside. My wife and I were sitting outside and noticed some Hornets on the back patio. Looked around the corner and reference the picture attached. Not only did I call the technician to come back and fix it. But he then said he would be back shortly and never showed back. *(Edit- in the Technicians defense he did show back at 725 and was apologetic, however I had already taken care of it myself and will just continue to do so.) In short, this company might have some good reviews but personally they are a 5 minute spray and take your 100 dollar payment. Always an excuse about the season and I am over excuses. A White Knight representative rang our doorbell shortly after we moved in and offered their services at an introductory rate of $50. After agreeing to have them treat our house for a total of 6 times, with the remaining 5 treatments would be $70 each. The company performed 3 treatments over the next 6 months. After the 3rd treatment there were still bugs in the house, spider webs outside and crickets in the garage. I decided to cancel and was told that I had 3 treatments remaining and would have to pay an early termination fee. I thought that would be the $20 difference. It turned out to be $300 as that is what they charge for the first treatment. Since it was less money to have them continue I reactivated the service. What a crappy company that has to keep customers that way. The service is terrible and I would not recommend them. Best advice stay away!!!!! read more

Set up on a quarterly maintenance program for bugs and pests. Consistently rescheduled because the technician was behind..."to many appointments in the day". Finally got fed up with them and called the office. The female receptionist stated that the contract/agreement had been fulfilled. I emailed them x3 without response to get it in writing. So I cancelled and started with a new company. Now their Customer advocacy team is hunting me down trying to state that the contract is not fulfilled. Shady, unprofessional, unresponsive, crooks, swindlers, shiesty...trying to think of other adjectives to describe their practices. Also to note, they have a guarantee to visit if you have pests between normal visits within 24 to 48 hours...lies. Called to have them visit...still waiting for the visit, but removed the hornets nest myself so that they would not bother my kids. Stay away from White Knight...run from their service. This company has fraudulent workers, I had a sales oerson solicit my residence 4 in 2019 , after his sales pitch i told the gentleman that I would try them for a one month trial at which i went to my local walmart and purchase a pre paid gift card to pay for the one time service only. Now the prepaid card had an expiration of like 2026 or 2028 for the card which had over 70.00 on it. The sales rep called me after a couple days stating they didnt have a machine that processed credit card payments with expirations that far out. I told him that was not my problem and that I wasnt about to be inconvienced further by trying to find a way to take the funds off the card. We have been using White knight pest control for about three years. The quality of the service has gone down. We pay for the quarterly treatments and not sure if it's worth it. The initial techs we have had come to our home were so thorough and polite. (Kyle, Stephen.) The newer tech, (won't mention his name) first treatment he did for us was in October, is not as thorough and he is careless and has caused damage around our property. When he treated our property in October he knocked over our pumpkins and Halloween decorations with the hose from our truck, and didn't bother to pick them up. He even kicked one out of his way. The last time he was at our property he knocked the outside screen off our large window, which has allowed bugs and spiders to build nests inside. He typically doesn't treat the whole property, (back and side yards) and just sprays our rock garden, rather than focusing on the edges of the house. The most recent treatment, we mentioned a rat that has appeared in the backyard and requested trap placement. He said they only do that if we have the add-on service called "rodent shield" (we don't.) So I double checked our service plan and mice and rats are one of the covered pests. I requested the tech return with traps- he had just driven away- and waited on hold for the admin person to tell me he couldn't return the same day. I'm not sure if it's just this tech or in general the service has gone down, but we are considering switching to a different provider. read more

Cannot treat all bugs, spiders were always the issue, now having ants problem too. Service has gone bad in recent years. I have been their customer since 2016 and never had any issue up until recently. More recently, I do not see bugs being treated around the perimeter. When I called to cancel the service, Customer Advocate Jacob told me that I have to pay for a last service since I am within 30 days of the quarterly service due. I asked 2 weeks back for someone to come out and take care of the bugs and ants and their rep did not show up, but I am liable to pay for the quarterly service. Jacob, did mentioned that I signed the contract in 2016 which states that I had to give 30 day written notice to them to cancel. I do not see any place where they mentioned how to cancel, so contacted them through their contact us page. Will wait to see what they will say. If you are a customer, make sure you check your account when your qtrly service is done and if you want to cancel do not wait. Service is getting horrible, so run and common tactics to charge as much as possible. read more

This resulted company reaching out to us and we ended up deciding to try out the company's services. And almost a year has gone by and we are still a client. We have seen improvement in results and have been able to communicate effectively with company on timing. When the Pester shows up they are respectful to property and ask if we need anything else before leaving. Do NOT use this service. It's clearly a company whose business model is to cheat and obfuscate their service. They are quite competent at signing you up, but you will have a terrible time trying to stop them billing you. We are moving and it took 2 calls, both over 30 minutes to reach anyone. then you can't understand or hear them. They claim that we couldn't cancel as we agreed to give them 30 days notice. I'm ok with that, but they just argued with us saying we couldn't cancel. We had to literally threaten them with charging back any further charges with VISA. Finally after a loss of an enormous amount of time, increases in blood pressure and loss of stomach lining. They agreed to cancel. I have called over and over about an issue that I had with a tech not showing up but saying that he did. After speaking w/rep and being told that I had to submit proof and they would follow up with me and then another week of no call back an me having to again do the work to follow up. To then be told "Oh we apologize we will have someone out know and charges will be removed and I am being put down for a reservice. After getting the Service on the 22nd 5 buisness days later I was charged. I called to follow up once again I was told I would get a follow up call. Not surprised still no call follow up again to be told oh yes we see all the notes let me have a manager call you. I receive a call back for the 1st time within the hour from Manager Emily, she not once apologized for any inconvince and let me know No there was a misscommunication and I was never told I would get a free service. I told her again no I was told charges would be removed for the month she insisted I misunderstood and she stated that after all services everyone is charged 24hrs after the service that is why I was charged on the 28th. I said well that was not 24hrs she rudely cut me off and stated she well thats a billing issues and she will just have too see but thats is nothing she can do about it. At this point she is just Rude and this call was not made to be sure a loyal customer was taken care of more of she called to correct and chastise a customer for following up on the companys mistakes. He said he was a manager with the company, which couldn't be true because he didn't know anything about the 3 day cancellation policy. I stood in my front yard and talked to this guy for about 45 minutes about the services they offered especially the cancellation policy. He claimed I had 3 days to consider staying with the company or cancellating without penalty. I even asked him what day would be considered the 3rd day. I called back on the 3rd day to cancel and I was told that if I canceled I would be charged $325. I tried to explain to the lady what I was told by Robby but she was not listening. Robby, the scammer, forgot to mention that if they do any type of treatment on my property during the 3-day decision making then I would not be able to cancel without penalty. He scheduled the treatment for the following day after speaking with me. HE PLAYED ME. After speaking with him about what he told me. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They lock you into a one-year contract that is very costly to cancel, even if (as is the case with me) they are totally ineffective in their service. Their justification for this is that they gave me a $180.00 "discount" on my initial service of spraying a hornet's nest under my sidewalk. Does anyone really believe that this service would EVER cost over $200??? After 4 service calls and paying $110 in fees, my service techs were unable to get results in controlling my mouse problem. On the last two (re)visits, the techs said that I have "mutant" mice who haven't touched any of the 4 bait traps and 3 glue traps set up in the home. Meanwhile, out of desperation, I went to the store, bought 4 snap traps, and within a week and a half, I'd caught four mice. After having disposed of them, and buying new traps, I questioned why I'm paying these "pest professionals" $90/quarter for services not rendered. Polite they may be, but I'm not paying them just to show up. I agreed to pay them to actually get results. One would think that having patiently given them FOUR attempts to manage the pest issue, they would be reasonable enough (should be downright happy) to accept the $110.00 I paid them, and cancel my contract. But that's against their policy. Apparently, I must make accommodations for the techs to continue their unsuccessful for the duration of my year long contract. Should I cancel, they are threatening to take me to collections for another $200. Personally, I have a policy too. It's to not pay for services not rendered. And that's fair. read more
