Your Technician Tracy Crawford showed no care or respect towards my home, was at his job site in and out IN LESS THAN 5 MINUTES. Job was not done thoroughly, how do you expect to get everything taken care of inside and outside of my home in such short time. Had no patience, stepped all over my garden and broke my plant vase (WHICH IS CAUGHT ON CAMERA) didn't even bother to mention it to us. We had to find out later that evening when we watered our plants. It's one thing to break something and bring it to our attention with sincerity, but the tech finished the job and didn't mention he broke it, just drove off! Don't use these guys!! They treated only 3 times and each time the bugs got worse. Their termite pad that goes in the ground is cardboard as to where other companies actually got feet into the ground no 1 inch into the ground. They violate their contract with you and still won't let you out of your contract. They are supposed to treat inside and out and each time the sprayed for maybe 5 minutes outside and they were gone. Sorry, but ultimately I can do a better job. They did meet their service objectives, but for the amount of money, it's better spent on buying a couple bags of bait and spreading it in my yard. As for cancellation, I did the 12 months. Called in to cancel on April 4th, they said someone would get back to me. After 9 years of service from White Knight I cancelled my contract this morning. I had a swarm of termites descend on my back yard planters. I called to have White Knight come out and knock them down before I demolished and disposed of the planters. White Knight said that wasn't covered in my contract and I would need a separate bid. This is appalling! I have written posts in the past, I wish I could give them zero stars! Even after our son was bitten by a spider in his bed (having had White Knight for over two months)... the hits keep on rolling! We tried to cancel, they wanted to charge $300 to cancel a failing contract! Even though we have justification for a complete lack of any form of pest control, they will keep coming bak to treat as much as you need... however, you have to work on their schedule (always a week or two out)! Are you friggin kidding me?!?!? So I have a bee problem, an ant problem, an any immediate problem and it takes a week to get service (when I shouldn't have any issues to begin with)? I'm going back to Orkin! I have made som many call and they come every time, only to not solve the bigger issue... Today, we had a spider and a other bug crawling in the kitchen. I do not like the tactics White Knight Pest Control uses to try and gain business. Today one of their representatives came by on a scooter to solicit our business. I saw a grown man riding around our neighborhood and I thought it was very strange to see someone rolling up in my driveway and our neighbors driveway. The associate asked me if my neighbors told me he would be coming by. He also asked me if this house belonged to (my husband's name). I did not feel comfortable with his approach. It felt very intrusive and as if he was speaking on behalf of ALL my neighbors who supposedly use their service. Tacky approach and persistent on gaining confirmation of our information. I also had a no soliciting sign in my front entry yet he still knocked. What a pest! read more

Issues from the get go... Miscommunication between office personnel and technicians. We were told we did not have to be home for first service by 4-5 different folks but that's not the case so we had to reschedule. Set a new time and tech showed up 2.5 hours early, asking why stuff was not moved outside so he had to "spray around". Waiting to see if activity goes away/ lessens but still seeing quite a bit of the critters we were hoping to get rid of by using this service. Overall, not a good experience, will not use again. It's been a few weeks now (we still have the bugs we initially had ...granted it has been raining). They've recently called to come out for their "quarterly spray". We did not ask for this and I asked to be taken out of their database. She said she would call back in 2 weeks. read more

Do NOT give them your business and for the love do NOT provide them with your personal account access. After telling us last month (July) was our last payment, which was correct, they have overreached and taken money out of our account this month after our contract expired. Called them on this and they refuse to refund what they illegally took out of our account. FRAUD. Reporting to the Better Business Bureau as well. First, I will say I did work as a technician for these guys about 3 years ago. However, the only association I have with them now is that I continue to use their service. Why? Because it freakin' works. Really well. My opinion as a former technician: Their product is awesome at killing bugs. All types of bugs: ants, wasps (I hate wasps), roaches, bed bugs, gnats, etc. They'll also take care of your mouse/rat problem. They product dries really fast and is animal friendly (as long as they aren't drinking it I suppose). I have 3 pets and they have never had a weird reaction to the product. If you have any weird pest problem, they will know what to do about it. My opinion as a customer: The normal outside treatment is almost always sufficient. However, if I ever have a problem inside, I just call them up and they will come take care of the inside as well. And within a day or two, the pests are controlled. I was almost hesitant to get pest control because it kills scorpions and I kinda like scorpions. I'm incredibly thankful for White Knight coming to my rescue each time I called. They treat quarterly outside but we live in a 100 year old home that also needs care inside so roaches won't find it too cozy. Each time I've had to call for help with mice or bugs they've jumped to make sure the issue is taken care of. Great attitudes from each technician who has visited. Absolutely the worst service I have ever had! These guys came to us via door-to-door sales, even though it's not allowed in my neighborhood. After much debate we decided to sign a one-year contract, since we had a need for these services. After the contract was up, and I wanted to cancel I called them to do so. They then informed me it needed to be in writing. So I wrote them a letter cancelling my services (since we hadn't seen them since the contract expired), and sent an e-mail as well. At this point the contract had already been expired for 4 months, yet they continued to bill us for services. Additionally, the person who initially sold us the service, claiming they would treat the yard and the inside of the house, for our monthly service fee. They NEVER once set foot in my house, EVER! These guys would come, treat the yard (I assume), and quickly disappear. The only reason I even give them credit for doing the yard is because of the door hanger. My wife is a stay at home mom, and was always surprised when I walked through the door with their stupid little notice saying they had been here. Our primary reason for cancelling was because they never even knocked on the door. For all we know they tagged it and took off. Now they have reported us to a collection agency for services that were NEVER rendered. They are claiming we owe them money for services after the cancellation! You've got to be kidding me!!! Stay away from these crooks! I don't know how they've been in business this long. If I ran my business like this, I would most certainly be out of business! I don't believe they are even worth a star. Yelp needs to incorporate negative stars. If they did these guys would be a negative 5 stars! read more

I am utterly disappointed! first off, their sales man lied that I could leave anytime I wanted and I wasn't signing a contract. and then when I decide to leave, the ask me to pay cause it was a contract. Secondly,their services are crap, after 2 visits, i found black widow spiders and their eggs all over my garage, and I had spiders everywhere in my backyard and entrance...I just wonder what they do. I've had White Knight Pest control service my house for nearly the past 2 years and they have done an absolute amazing job. Ever since the first application I noticed a decrease in bugs and after 3 months I haven't had a single critter in my home. No more bug bites and now more seeing things crawl around. Most of the techs I have had have done a great job. If there was ever an issue they would quickly resolve it and the management has been great to work with. The manager even came out one time to do my home after a few mistakes with a tech. They have great customer service and great service in general. I will continue using them as long as they provide this same great service. Much, much, much better than terminx or any other company I've used in the past. read more

I hope everyone who is approached by a salesperson selling their services checks the reviews before signing the agreement. As a small business owner I know the impact that a bad review can do to a company, so I've never written one, until now. I've never had such a horrible experience. Worst company ever. Will charge your credit card without authorization, will charge extra fees, has hidden contracts you will be charged to get out of, will charge over 300 instead of 89. DO NOT USE. Everything was great...until I needed to cancel service! This company says there is a 30day cancelation policy, however they will just make up dates to ensure that you have to pay a penalty fee for canceling. I just sold my home YESTERDAY. I sold my house and won't even be here next month, I informed them immediately after selling my house, and they won't let me cancel services until I pay for an appointment that they didn't even inform me that I had. The rep said I missed the cancellation deadline by 5 days... sorry, I should have sold my house 5 days sooner and then maybe I wouldn't have to pay... they are greedy! I've been a loyal customer for several years and this is how they treated me. It's not like I scheduled an appointment and I'm trying to cancel the day before! I'm giving them plenty of notice, what I thought was more than a month's advance, and due to the circumstances of selling my house, they could have retained me as a customer for the future but I will never use White Knight again! read more
