Worst customer service EVER. Everything they say they will do, they they later said they couldn't do. We had a rat problem and they said they could remove them but when it came down to it , they said I would have to wait 4 days with it smelling in my house with kids. To top it off they called and said that now they won't do it and we need to hire somebody else!!! This is 500 $ into a contract where we were also promised they would go into the attic where the root of the problem is!!! Mind you they have put a bait station up there and now you guys can't go in ??? Wtf don't go with white knight they suck!!!? Didn't even want to give them one star read more

I will say if you use this company you will regret it thats a fact..They have poor customer service and quality in the work they do..They will show up right before a big downpour and spray for you..They will not do anything that is in your contract that you pay for..You will have all the same problems as you did before they came ..You will be unsatisfied and will still have all the same problems..They have poor service..If you don't make them do all they say in the contract they will just spray and do the bare minimum..If you have real problems they do nothing not even inspect the problem..I am unsure if they know anything about what they do as they did nothing for my swarming termites they did not bait nothing they did give me a few thousand dollar quote to do something that will not help my problem..as you would do that before you had the problem that I have..They did not even inspect my attic they did some crappy work and got 200 from me for nothing... So I will tell you dont be unhappy like me and lose your money... Call a good company that takes pride in what they do..The guy said he has never seen swarming termites to me... So obviously they don't know anything of the job they do..except know how to spray before it downpours..Don't use this company or you will for sure be sorry!!!! "White Knight Pest Control is the worst experience I have ever had with pest control companies. There folks show up and sit in there car for 20 minutes. Then they get out for 10 minutes spray around the house. I went outside to ask a couple questions about spiders on our porch overhang. He looks up and sees some webs and asks me to get him a broom. I will do you one better! I will give you the boot. I chose them after talking about scorpions. They assured me they would be taken care after 4 months they continue to enjoy our air conditioning. Just watch them do their job a few times. You can keep my cancellation fee. Oh one other thing. If you cancel they will continue to tell you your account is active and you have to call their phone number and be on hold for another 10 minutes of your life before they get the privilege of charging you more. read more

Worst pest service I have ever experienced. I signed up with them. My house was sprayed, and I had an influx of pests. I went on-line to reschedule them coming back out. The website was hard to figure out and I couldn't easily schedule another visit without calling and waiting on hold. I had them come back out and re-spray and again an influx of pests. I emailed them to cancel my service (per the instructions on their website) and found another company to do my pest control. This was back in the beginning of May. Just today, end of July, I get a text saying they are coming out tomorrow. So I call, pissed they haven't canceled my account. I find out that yes they got my email but just never followed up with me. And now want to charge me $175 to cancel. And they tell me that I should have just had them continue to come out until the problem was solved. Excuse me? I dont want to call them out once a week for bugs. I want the bugs handled the first time. Awful service. Awful. And the stuff they spray doesn't work. read more

They Have contract for year Having Less Roaches After One Year Had Lots of Roaches in My Restaurants I complaint to Superviser he did One time But No Difference Then I switch with Eckolab pest Control after 2 months All Roaches are Run away from My restaurant now we do not have any roaches in my Business free. If I could give them zero stars I would for lacking professional standards. In the service business, the customer is the one you want to accommodate, negotiate and ultimately care for, after all its because of your customers you even exist! However, they are clueless to this concept! Very unprofessional company that lacks any actual care or respect for their customers. When requesting to terminate services, I was instead patronized and reminding of how times I rescheduled services and that I still had one remaining service on my contract. The customer care advocate was extremely rude, unprofessional, and began to argue with me, he didn't once attempt to give me solution or meet me in the middle to explain my options. The pest service is no longer a necessity or a priority amongst all other important things in life. When asked to speak with a manager they said he was unavailable, obviously they only care of the money aspect of the business versus pleasing their customers. Do Not do business with this company! Wife is still finding wasps near the entrance of our house spiders still found inside the house constantly and i even caught a mole and a Scorpion had a full year of service and been tired of it cause i am tired of it and want to end the contract they slap a bill for 260 for wanting to cancel so its cool ill show how great service they provide. read more

I was scammed by the salesman of this company thinking I was getting a one time flea treatment for the yard at my former home which I rented. I was charged 3 months later for a full treatment which I did not want but the flier that was left on my door said only the front yard was treated because my dog was in the yard. Which meant my house on a corner lot which has more sidewalk than lawn was treated. Today I was charged over $170 for a termination fee after I clearly expressed that I wanted to dispute this contract because I had only 3 months on my rental lease agreement at the time and a year contract made no sense for my situation. I have had a terrible experience with this company. Now after explicitly being told not to take money out of my account they took money and food off of my family's table. read more

We are very unsatisfied with this company. A salesman came to our house and offered $1 to pay for this month and $79 after. I called to cancel our services and they told me we are under a 12 month contract and that we had to pay $150 to break the contract. i told them we never signed and agreed to a contract. They said that they have a signed agreement. i told them the only paper my husband signed was the receipt. We been using them since June and ever since we have been getting ants inside our house. we lived in our house for 6 years and never had any ant problems inside the house until we used their products. I have called several times to speak to a manager today and they have yet to get back to me to resolve the issue because i am not paying $150 to break a contract we never agreeed to. This company lies to their customers and so I do not recommend this company at all. THEY ARE SCAMMERS, THEY WILL JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY AND WILL NOT RESOLVE ANY ISSUES. If I could give a zero I would! The guy that came didn't wear a mask or gloves or anything in my house and left my door open and the the gate where the dogs got out and ran off. I spoke with him and asked him to as I am high risk and had to leave for a few minutes! He didn't do the right treatment for the house and the next time I had an appointment he didn't even show nor did they let me know. I tried again because they will not let me out of my contract or have the top manager call me. They canceled the next appointment right before it was time because it was the first guy that I didn't want back and then he came and said he did my house! Still no phone call from the top manager or am I able to get out of my contract without paying the full price! I have spoken several times to a woman and she said her boss would call me!!! I've been being service by White Knight Pest Control since a month after I closed on my house. The services has been horrible, I've had to called them out between services two additional times requesting them to come Back out because I'm having the same issues every month that they service for. Tons of Spider is one of my main concern. They can not possibly be spraying the right spray. 2 weeks ago they came for spiders as of today on a stick trap in my garage there are 17 spiders all together. I requested to discontinue service and they want me to LIE and say I'm affected by COVID and pay $96 dollars. I've already paid over $500 for a service that was not effective. I had a sales rep come to my door and made a very convincing sale. I signed up at a discounted rate and I had my service completed on May 11th, 2019, I believe, my card was charged on the 13th. The tech that came out and completely missed an active wasp nest I had said I was initially afraid of. I called The Buda location asking for a re-service to remove the wasp nest. They told me to expect the SAME rep to come back on May 30th around lunchtime. THEY NEVER SHOWED UP! I waited until after the weekend to call back to ask for a partial refund. I called the Buda Location on Monday, June 3rd asking for the partial refund. The lady who answered the phone (no I don't know her name) said she said she couldn't do it herself and that she submitted a ticket to their corporate office in Denver and that I should receive a call in the next hour. I waited for four hours and no phone call. I called Buda back today, Tuesday, June 4th, 2019, recapping my whole experience and the lady who answered said she had no notes in my file pertaining to a refund ticket. She transferred me to someone else and this other lady told me (again) that she had no notes in my file pertaining to this. I recapped my story again, and now asking for a full refund due to how unprofessional the service has been thus far. The lady said I was under a contract (Which I was never EVER told about during the initial sale) and if I wanted to cancel I would have to pay the full amount of the contract term. But what she could do for me is not charge me further and just cancel my account. At that point my blood was boiling so I reluctantly agreed, still expressing my disappointment with the company. I said thanks, and then she hung up without further communication. I would like to note that she also told me that when I signed up on the sale reps iPad, that it apparently stated I would be entering a contract. The rep said these exact words "We always ask people to try us for a full year"...as if I had an option to cancel with no issue. Never once did he mention a contract otherwise I would have never signed up. Not to mention reps typically keep a conversation running while signing up, probably to distract you from the fine print you should be reading. I am a very honest person and have worked many jobs is customer service so this whole process is so infuriating. All I want is the $53.04 I was initially charged. I've already submitted a complaint to the BBB, which is the first time I've ever done that. Considering this is a Chain, the lack of professionalism and customer service is just so baffling. read more

I was brand new to their "services". I have large dogs I cannot manage alone, so I was told I could split my initial service and flea treatment into 2 visits. The first visit went ok, but I didn't feel the tech was not really paying attention or fully spraying my home. The next week when the second service was to take place, nobody showed up. This after sending me a two page email of instruction on preparing for the service. I spent 2 days pulling furniture away from the walls, a bank bracket at my age. They never even bothered to call me back or attempt to resolve the problem after the Saturday tech asked me they would. The company doesn't always show up when the service is scheduled for your home/business. I took a day of vacation one time to meet the tech and no one showed up for service. Be careful and make certain you verify service dates. Costly to cancel agreement early. They charge you $107 to terminate early even though the poor service issues are real. Sales folks will promise you that you can terminate early if unhappy, not true be careful. read more

Horribly pushy door to door sales. Aaron caught me just when I got home from work. Despite having my hands full and wanting to get inside, he would not stop pushing and then had the nerve to walk into my garage without asking. Trying to be polite, I kept saying that I need to talk to my wife. Apparently he waited outside our house, because when my wife got home 20 minutes later, he started to give her the sales pitch. At that point, I had to come outside and yell at him to leave. Aggressive, creepy trespasser are the best words to describe him. read more

I implore anyone thinking of using a pest control service DO NOT USE WHITE KNIGHT PEST CONTROL. I live in Arizona and they promised certain services, termite traps, which they couldn't provide. After the first visit I was informed of this and called the office. Dominic promised that he would get those to me on the next visit. Next visit I was told again they don't offer that. I called and spoke to someone else who apparently knew a little more about it than Dominic and she said they weren't licensed for that. I told her that that was the reason I signed up for the service and that I would be canceling. No problem, no hard feelings. After canceling they charged me again for service, AND THEN A CANCELATION FEE! I talked to another woman who said she would have someone call me to rectify the situation. No call. The next day my card was charged. No call, no explanation, NADA! I called a customer advocate, which is ironic because it's actually the opposite of what they are, and he said it woul be impossible to reverse the charges at this point. This company is clueless. They have zero idea what anyone else is doing or telling customers. This not how you do business. Please DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH WHITE KNIGHT PEST CONTROL. Unless, of course, you enjoy being ripped off by shady businesses. read more

I was not able to make a quarterly payment after paying for service for over 2 years. When I called to put my account on hold, a White Knight rep told me that they cannot put accounts on hold. So I told them that they would need to cancel the account and I would sign back up when I more financially able. I guess they did want me to cancel, so they told me that they would give me this next service for free since I have been with the company for a couple years. I told then they ok and that I would have to reevaluate my financial situation by the next quarter. Well the next quarter service comes around and things are worse financially than before. So I called to cancel as I would not expect them to give me any more free services, nor would I wan them to. When I tried to cancel they told me that I was required to have the next service or they would back charge me for the free service they gave me. I told them I could not afford ether of them. So they told me that they were going to send collections after me. What blows my mind is that they never mentioned there were strings attached to their "Free Service" offer for being a good customer. If they would have told me that, I would have just told them to cancel the account. At the time it was my full intention to resign back up with White Knight after my finances returned to where they needed to be. However, now I will definitely not be returning to them. read more

Incompetent crooks. Use at your own risk. I had a rat problem under my deck, and they put out poison containers that weren't working. A tech that came by later said they never actually put bait in the containers. Then they could not rid my yard of fleas, despite multiple trips. I fired them and revoked authorization for them to debit my bank account, but they debited it anyway, without authorization. Avoid this company!! read more

The service technicians are super friendly and courteous but beware, it is really hard to cancel once you've finished your contract. After several calls, they still keep coming out to spray! I didn't see any improvement in pest control with this service over the twice a year diy treatments. When I signed up they said they could take care of rats in the attic but when they placed the traps the service tech could only place the traps near the entry door and were not allowed to enter the attic. read more

Not happy with this business. My husband put our baby down to sleep at 8pm and a salesman came by. Uh - no. Woke our baby right up and it took another hour to get him down after the disruption.
