    Their deiver decided that it was better to smash onto the trash can and push it down the curb, while simitanousy jumping the curb, than to actually just get out and move the trash can. He the proceeded to knock on the door like he was the police coming to raid the house when it is notated in our file to knock quietly as I sleep during the day. Most unprofessional person we've ever dealt with. Also, not sue I would recommend them as we still get a bunch of critters in the house even though they've sprayed inside.

    Rude and Unprofessional Sales Rep Andy Wunder

    I reached out to White Knight near Bertram, TX to have my home sprayed. The sales rep, Andy Wunder, immediately tried to push me into an $80/month subscription plan. I told him I only wanted a one-time service, and he quoted me $149. I scheduled the appointment -- but then he sent me a contract for a recurring $149 every two months. I reminded him again that I only wanted a single service. His response was: "I'll cancel your account... When bugs are dying they lay eggs to help them survive so you NEVER want to do a one-time service, you will have an infestation... Just enjoy them." When I asked if this was really how he responds to customers who decline a subscription, I told him I would take my business elsewhere. His reply? "Oh, did I hurt your feelings? Darn..." This was completely unprofessional and disrespectful. I was referred to White Knight by a friend and would have gladly paid the $149 for a one-time service. Instead, I was met with sarcasm and hostility simply because I didn't agree to a $1,000/year contract. If this is how their representatives treat potential customers, I will be taking my business elsewhere -- and I encourage others to think twice before working with this company.

    I should have stayed with HOME TEAM. Sales guy with White Knight signed us up with a special discount for the year. We were clear we had a dog. 1st treatment, the man was extremely rude about our dog. He said we either needed to lock her in a kennel or in a room. He demanded my husband stop her from barking (she was behind a closed door and no where near him. She is a scared rescue.) We had advised we would put the dog out back when he needed to come in, and that seemed to be an issue. The 2nd and 3rd trips seemed to be good, and he caught wasps nests that weren't caught on the 1st treatment. The 4th treatment was termite. We were only advised it was outdoors, otherwise for safety (and to handle our dog) my husband would be home. The service outdoors wasn't even completed (never even went in my backyard, contraptions were untouched) before he asked to come inside. (Pictures show he just dropped the termite contraptions all over our property, because I refused entry to my home for my safety.) The 4th guy did not have White Knight shirt or sign on his truck. My husband called and asked why did you need to come inside, and could not get a clear answer or even to ask why this was not properly communicated. During this call a supervisor hung up on him, because she could not answer the question. We called again, and got to a manager and she refused to let my husband authorize for me to speak to them. They also charge you $179 to break the contract, when they didn't provide the service and communicate properly. White Knight breaks contracts and forces you to pay for it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. (And no it doesn't matter you collected a video using AI when you didn't communicate or even complete the service.)

I tend to dismiss those reviews since they don't really have much skin in the Yelp game. There were just two elite reviews and that was a red flag to me as well. Nonetheless, I decided to give this company a chance and got a same day appointment to rid us of our carpenter ant issue. We've had carpenter ants running up and down our garage exterior for a long time and in the last few days we've had flying ants show up in our living room. It was time to bring in the pros. One thing you need to be aware of is that you can schedule an appointment for this service, but like most pest control companies, they will insist on a quarterly service agreement on top of the initial service. Our initial service cost was $134 which included a $75 discount that came with a $53 monthly payment for each quarterly visit. That comes to over $700 a year ( not including termite issue) for the basic service which does not apply to fire ants. Since I accepted the discounted initial service I had to sign up for a years worth of service before I had the option to cancel. That's something you need to keep in mind because that's a lot of money just to snuff out a few ants. The one and done service doesn't really pay the bills, it's the subscription service that drives the business. My same day appointment was scheduled between noon and three, they ( tech +trainee) showed up shortly after two. I let the tech know about the ant issue and we walked around the perimeter of the property while he swept away wasp nests. Inside he sprayed some powder in the upstairs attic while looking for any possible rodent infestation. The tech did spot some termite activity at the corner of the garage. After spraying the perimeter and infected areas with poison, he then treated the yard with ant bait that looked like Andro. We decided against spraying chemicals indoors due to sensitivities. The discovery of termites greatly added to the bill as pictured below. I'll go ahead and get the termite service and the quarterly check up during the contract period. I thought I would include all the bills and pertinent information so that you can get some idea of what you might experience. One thing that did catch me off guard was that after they left, I received a brief survey which then led me to a tip screen for the tech. It's not that he didn't deserve a tip, it was just the first time I had seen this form of online solicitation. Overall great experience with knowledgeable and friendly techs, not real happy about being funneled into a monthly payment plan for quarterly visits, but we'll see where that leads. I asked for a quote via Yelp on a Sunday but did not expect to get a response until Monday. To my surprise the owner, Sarah reached out almost immediately and answered my questions and sent a quote. I was honestly shocked at how easy it was to get the information I needed and the appointment set up for just a day after we got the keys to our home that week. Fast forward to the appointment. Last Thursday, Ray showed up for the service appointment. He was friendly, respectful and very knowledgeable. He helped deal with a wasp situation on the front porch. Made suggestions to help proactively keep pests out and worked quickly but efficiently inside and outside the house. He even checked that I was aware the eco friendly inside spray had a slight odor and wanted to make sure I could tolerate it before he sprayed it throughout the house. The whole experience from scheduling, invoicing, and completion of the service appointment was incredibly smooth and the people of EcoPro Services were a pleasure to communicate with. Highly recommend!

The owner Sarah (an entomologist -- bonus) called me in a few minutes. She said they don't do drill+inject Fipronil, but she reviewed my exclusion plus bait station plan and made several helpful suggestions. It was a 20-minute call and she knew from the beginning that this would not be a paying job for them since the one thing I can't do myself without a pest control license is something they don't do themselves, but she was generous with her time anyway. At the end I offered to pay $50 for the consult but she said it wasn't necessary. I will certainly call them if I'm unable to locate the entry point of rats into my rental house.

Normally they send a very last minute notification right before arriving, which is already frustrating and not enough time to prepare, but today there was no notice at all. Our dogs were not put away and suddenly there was a stranger in our backyard unannounced. Thankfully we were home because our dogs could have gotten out or potentially harmed the technician. This was completely unprofessional and honestly unsafe. Customers beware if you value communication, scheduling respect, and basic courtesy before someone enters your property.
