Horrible customer service. Every time I call them the customer service rep doesn't seem to be able to do anything, they always connect me to some "customer advocate" but they never answer. First couple times I called them, the customer advocate did not pick up so the customer service rep put a note on the account. I missed their call back so I called them back only to find out that the account was already cancelled and I was charged $300 for the discounts applied when I opened the account, which was never mentioned by anyone. I told the customer service rep that I wanted to reinstate and continue service until the contract (just one more appointment) was over so I won't get charged for the discounts. I was finally able to connect to a "customer advocate" and I told them I wanted to cancel the account after the last appointment, but all they said was "it is customer's responsibility to cancel account." When I told them they were not doing their responsibility by not picking up the phone, the service advocate said "We give you a call back within a week." Are we supposed to keep checking the phone for a week just for their callback? Please do not use this company, they will scam you. read more

The door to door sale antics are outrageous. The unsolicited salesman parked in front of my house and the rang the doorbell and proceeded to to use a duster to clean my front porch. Since no one answered he decided to come through two closed gates to enter my fenced off backyard where he found my wife still in her pajamas having coffee. She was shocked to have a stranger in our backyard. She told him to get out and he went back to the front door and started ringing the doorbell again. He drove off just before the police arrived. Paid for routine service for over 3 years. When there was a problem, they were ineffective at addressing despite "reservicing" multiple times. Finally offered to let me pay more for another service, that wouldn't address the issue. The service that would address the issue requires and additional "inspection" and then rescheduling the technician--this was more than a month into the issue. I requested a callot to confirm if there may be a termite problem. And the request was set up fairly quickly. And when the service tech came out he re-checked all the traps and the suspected area. Loved that they called when they were on the way. Punctuality was a nice touch. I was given a 2 hour time frame and he showed up within the first hour. He serviced the house quickly and throughly. Paid special attention to my problem areas. Also had some great suggestions on improving the pest issue. A huge selling point for me was that I could call them out to reservice the house without being charged again if the issues hadn't improved. Zero stars. Never got the refund promised to me after deleting my LAST bad review. Originally I was upset because there was a miscommunication regarding if the follow up visit 30 days later was free. Their sales tactics are to confuse and deceive you, turns out not only is the 30 day follow up NOT free, it's $140. I called twice and spoke to two different representatives that day requesting a refund and I never received a call back, so I left a bad review. Then a rude man from corporate called and attempted to intimidated into taking me review down in exchange for removing my bad review. I removed it, and was never refunded. As the relationship progressed over the year, the service got worse, and the customer service is abhorrent! They will not talk to you unless you are calling from the telephone you first set up, and there is no way to update it. Want to cancel service because you are not happy? Forget about it, even if you follow their contract to the letter and give notice in writing, they won't cancel until someone personally speaks to you, on that original telephone number. DO NOT Recommend. Used them for one year. Not worth the cost nor the hassle. 1. The sprayer of insecticide comes every 2 months and every time they come they want you to rate their work. And expect a tip. How am I going to rate you? Its based on if insects disappear or not. Isnt that whats in your agreement as well.. Increase in insects for the first few month? Its not something I know right away so why expect me to rate your work right away. Constantly texting me if I even forget to rate their work. Also why does the worker expect a tip? You want a tip for doing your job? 2. They couldn't control the insects outside. Especially ants. The ants still formed their colonies here and there regardless of their service. Tried it for 1 year. I signed a year contract without realizing that it would continue unless I called to cancel. Got the text notification today that they were coming 7/11/22 for my next service. I was advised that they require a 30 day notice to cancel. That I will be billed 60% of my service fee since I didn't give notice. I asked to reschedule 31 days out then, and I call back to give my 30 day notice. I was advised that will not stop them from feeling me 60%. This service sucks!!! I wish I would have looked at the reviews before I use them. Have the same issues as others. The service and technicians were great but I tried to cancel almost 6 months ago and they continue to charge my card. I recently got on the phone with another representative and of course They didn't have any record of my first call when I canceled. After telling her I was completely done with her service and I did not want anybody else out on my property I was then charged an additional $168 for continuing service. It's absolutely crazy. Like I said their technicians and the people that come out are great. Unfortunately when I didn't need them anymore and not being able to cancel my service and continuing to get charged really puts a bad taste in your mouth. Apparently I'm going to have to Now get my bank to block my card and dispute the charges to get this to stop. If you do use them and you're going to cancel make sure to do it on their website multiple times because that seems to be the only way that they will remember that you contacted them. I have been with the company since 2017 (8years). I had initially signed a year contract, and I was going to cancel last year due to paying for services I was not receiving. I was being charged for a full front and back bi-monthly service. My backyard was not being serviced, and it was for months; I called to let them know my backyard is not locked and to call me when they arrive. I had received tags that showed "total services complete" and my backyard was not serviced, or my back yard wasn't serviced because "gate was locked". They talked me into staying and apologized and promised to make sure they put a note about the gate not being locked and to call owner when arrive. (I requested this because of the backyard not getting serviced and I wanted to make sure 'the gate wasn't locked'). Well, I was never reimbursed for paying full price for half treatment.... but whatever right? Today, I decide to cancel, for financial reasons (cutting back on extras) and I had the above issues as well so it's fine. MIND YOU my account has been on AUTOPAY. I did have a situation where my card wasn't being charged for some reason and called when I got an invoice in the mail, however, I spoke with the manager and we got it all squared away, I paid the total amount that was missing, and we were current, and my account was on AUTOPAY again. Today I was told I OWE $641.00 for services by their techs because they serviced me early and due to their mistake, they will only charge me $320.00. I was SHOCKED! Not only was a loyal customer for eight years and current on my account and on autopay, if they did a service and charged me, it was automatic. I was on the Bimonthly plan and Clarissa was saying that I was serviced monthly (a few times) and I am responsible for the total of $320.00 but that was only for today, after today I will be charged the full $641.00. I reviewed my "Account Statement Report" and every charge, I paid! Matched all the invoices. They gave invoices with $0.00, which it means there was not a charge! I am shocked and disappointed and do not recommend this company!! STAY AWAY!! I haven't been satisfied with White Knight. I'll be getting pest control with a different company. I was setup with White Knight through a relocation company. My first couple of services were exceptional, but things fell off quickly. I've had quite a few issues with them. One of the bigger problems I have with them is that they took my contract, on my 1957 pier and beam house, without telling me that they don't inspect nor treat crawl spaces under pier and beam homes. Had I known that, I would never have agreed to contract with them. It's property management suicide to have a pest company that won't termite-inspect your house in Texas over the long term. They used to advertise a 24-hour guarantee, and they've now let that slide to "24-48 hours". They don't even meet that sometimes, and they're not open on weekends for emergencies. That means your 48 hours start on Monday morning if you call over the weekend. Calling on Friday night to get service by Wednesday evening or so is not too meaningful if you're having a pest emergency. A lot of times, the only way you can get a re-service within their stated time window is to take an "all-day appointment" where they essentially come by whenever they can get to your house. That means even if you work at home, you're often not free to talk to the exterminator. This would be ok if you could just trust their exterminators to work, but you can't. They have exterminators who don't really pay attention to your instructions. A tech one time looked at my front fence line and didn't treat for ants, even though I'd specifically said the ants were on the back fence line toward the alley. That was a re-service. One moved a mouse bait station from my front yard (where my dog is always on leash) to my backyard (where I sometimes let him loose) despite my clear instructions not to. Thankfully I noticed before my small dog got into it. They do a remarkably poor job also with exterior treatment. Had to call them out twice to get my foundation appropriately treated for ants this spring. They still haven't treated my gutter downspouts for ants, even though they contact the soil and you can see ants all over them. I find myself debating between scheduling a THIRD re-service and simply letting it be. I hope the bugs I see aren't doing damage to my home. Naming your company "White Knight" is pretty bold, and I feel let down by the standard of care I've seen so far. read more

Door-to-door sale was very pushy and vague about the contract, and the monthly/bi-monthly combo they try to pitch is more than double the price of competitors. We were stopped outside this weekend while moving into our new home, and it was not communicated to us that the 3-day cancellation policy would not be upheld since the technician did the work that day. The door-to-door sales portion of this with the combination of a cancellation policy that is basically voided immediately seems like a gimmick to get a quick sale. read more
