I used this company for a little over a year. The people on the phone are great, professional, and responsive. The techs who come to your house are hit or miss. I had a tech who claimed my gate was stuck so she could not do the backyard. I went out to check and it opened normally. White Knight sent another tech out to do my backyard. He rang the bell to let me know he was here. He went back to his truck and got in. I never saw him in my backyard, he was not on my ring camera, and less than six minutes later his truck was gone. Since I had specifically asked for him to spray for ant along the back of my house I thought it was strange that there was zero evidence of it being sprayed. I even touched the brick to see if it was wet. It was bone dry. When I called the supervisor contacted the tech and he said he serviced my home. Avoid this company. I've been trying to cancel since May, for over 3 months! I literally don't live at the house anymore but they wont cancel my service. I've waited through the same conversation 6 times now that always ends with "I don't have the ability to cancel your account, I would connect you but that department has already left for the day." Then I get an email telling to call again. Then I call again. Then that "department" has already gone home. The last email I got said to call between 9am-5pm. I called after (my) work at 4:45 and she chuckled saying, "oh they're gone by 4:30." Again I say, avoid. read more

This company only tells bunch of lies to the customers. Sales rep walked in and pitched for $1 initial service and says he will match with masseys $0 1st quarter service. He said I will have to pay only after a quarter from initial service. However, these guys are making me pay $107 within a month. White Knight came to my door and their sales lead was rude, condescending, and ignored my "no soliciting" sign. When I opened the door, I pointed to the sign and he said, "sorry, I can't read." Needless to say, I am not ever going to hire this company based on their lack of professionalism. They should train their employees to be more polite and respectful of property. read more

I should have looked at Yelp page before I called them. This company is horrible. Run the other way. This company came out for their initial service for ant problem. I got charged $100 for this. After a week, ants were back. So I contacted them and requested re-service. Then I didn't hear back from them for two weeks. Suddenly, I got a text saying they scheduled me a "quarterly service" so I texted them back and said I want to cancel their service and told them not to come to my house. The next day, they came anyway and charged me additional $129. So I called them what happened and the only thing the service rep told me is the contract I signed says they can come out any time and charge me for the service!!!!!! And she says the only way for me to cancel is to pay an additional $100!!!!!! So they charged me $100+$129+$100 for a service that didn't work (the first one) and the service I asked them not to come and I cancelled in writing, then another $100 for simply cancelling the service!!!! Roderick was great. But the of the company come to ours door with false advertisement to get some of us in these contracts. I was clearly told that if the service for the mosquito did work. That the reservice would include a respray for mosquito. They telling me I doesn't and I have to pick a different package for mosquito. That's not what I was told at sign up. Hell the ant and Waterbug spray not working on top of that. They can take your money promptly but don't attempt to satisfy on there end of the bargain. read more

The service was mediocre at best. They never let you know they were coming till the day of the visit. The ants never left and the spiders were still as plentiful as ever. He did dust the eves with a duster well. When you want to cancel they offer you a month free. Then when you decide to go ahead and cancel they charge you for the month they gave you for free. Big scam! They solicited my neighborhood and offered pest control saying they are offering a neighborhood group rate. They have you sign something saying they can come for treatment but really it's a contract to lock you in for service and they will keep charging your card even after you cancel. When you call customer service they put you on hold for a very long time so you will just hang up. read more

I am unhappy with the customer service at this company because they suddenly started taking auto payments from my account without my consent. When I inquired about it they said that it was in my initial contract yet I have been paying the bill myself when billed for years since the account was opened. without going over the whole story I was sold pest control services and the person wasn't very clear on the terms. I paid for a few services and realized they spent 5 minutes outside spraying my house each time and called to cancel because I didn't see value then I was told I can't cancel unless I pay for my initial service "discount" of $100. the initial service by the way is the same price as the others after the supposed discount. after agreeing that I will continue to reschedule the service because they have no rules against that they decided to just cancel anyway and charge $234 to my card without authorization. I called to talk to a manager and she said that will refund part of it but consider it cancelled and charge $100 since I just want to keep rescheduling. of course I can use that 100 toward future service if I want to comply. I said I will be disputing the charge and she said if it does get disputed she will send me to collections for it and said I am trying to abuse the lack of them having a detailed agreement read more

Don't do it!! Bad customer service, you have to call several times to solve the same issue. If you decided to cancel the service the management makes it almost impossible. Deceptive business practices re: sales tactics. They offer a "discount" for the initial application, but that is conditional that you stay on board for a year of service. If you try to cancel, they will ding you for the amount of the discount. They use Talstar spray which you can find online in concentrate and spray yourself. I still had ant hills and wasps during their service which pretty much voids the contract that they insist I adhere to. Look at their other reviews-half of them say the same thing I'm saying. My lawn service acquired a small pest company and bear White Knights by $20 for the bi-monthly, PLUS they're throwing in mosquito control AND termite-but the termite is because I'm an existing lawn customer.
