The service from White Knight is generally pretty great. I feel well taken care of but most of the time I have to keep calling and asking for help when the issue is not resolved the first time. Also, I have to suggest other places to check, spray, ask for a manager to come out, etc to get the issue taken care of. Seems like they are trying to just treat the issue rather than find the source. Now I will say, my case is a tough one - I was experiencing spider bites while I slept. Maybe about 2 bites per week but we could not figure out how or why. There were no signs of spiders/bugs in my property and generally smaller spiders won't bite humans unless they are afraid. Also, I was the only one experiencing this - not the other residents. I assumed the issue was only in my master bedroom. I had the mattress searched for bed bugs by two different companies as I do travel quite a bit and could have accidentally taken one home with me somehow. No sign of bed bugs or any bugs were found for months. This issue started in January and we are now in June basically and it is still not completely resolved. I pay for the quarterly service and they do come out in between if you are experiencing an issue but it takes 3-4 days to get someone to come to my area and its not nights or weekends so this has been tough on my work schedule to get time off. White Knight has been out to my place more than 10x just for this issue. They laid out glue traps and some powder, sprayed the outside of the house, checked the attic, etc and now finally we are seeing the spiders on the glue traps - they must have been hiding very well. I am hoping that the issue may be finally closer to being resolved but it did take a lot of follow up from me. I just hoped for a bit more ownership of the issue to get it taken care of rather than me pressuring and calling all the time. When you want or need to cancel it is very difficult and time consuming. Will leave you on hold for an hour to cancel . When finally talk to someone they must ask you multiple questions for you to say no instead of just cancelling after you already spoke to multiple people and emailed them on portal two months before contract ended to end it. Then make you pay for 30 day notice which you already did ... Don't use them Ever unless you never want to get rid of them and like being charged $38 a month for minimal service .... Beginning with misrepresentation of their services: the salesman said they would get rid of the racoon in the attic and that was the reason we signed the contract. They never did anything about the racoon and the office said they only take care of mice. We CANCELLED the service on 10/25 and they wrote their own order to give 2 coupons to "help us out" and then sprayed on 6/26 and pulled out $107.00 out of our account. WE were not notified when they were coming and it would have been impossible for the service guy to spray in the backyard any of the times they are claiming that they came on the "coupon sprays" which we did not agree too. We saw the service man in the front yard and told him to stop and that we would not pay for this service. We don't want to do business with this unfair company. read more

When my mother asked questions, the employee answered as if he resented being questioned--or as if he were annoyed that she was checking to see what he was doing. she asked him if they provided fly treatment, and he told her that "they didn't offer that service." But when my mom called customer service--surprise!--they actually *do* offer it, though it comes with an additional cost. Mosquitoes... additional service $$$ Flies... additional service $$$ They say here that we can view the contract online on the client page, but we've looked for it and haven't found any documents about the costs if we want to cancel the contract or what they charge. Despite monthly requests, technician consistently failed to call in advance on day of service so we could bring our dog in the house. Therefore, back of exterior was not consistently treated. Although our account had notations of this request AND I called monthly to reiterate this request this company failed. Salesperson, Jose, assured me of their superior service at starting of service. Yet, when I called him requesting support he explained that there wasn't anything that he could do. Spoke with Lisa, Customer service manger, who offered a free service and her supervision of our account. After 10 months of this I'd had it and declined. Then, she couldn't use that offer for our last payments as it was for services not rendered per the coupon. Do NOT use this company. Billing practices are very frustrating and unfair with this company. The services are disappointing. Technicians would only spend only a few minutes spraying before leaving, but you still get charged the full service price each time. For the amount being charged I expected a much more thorough treatment. What made the experience even worse was customer service. They have an F rating on better business bureau with 423 complaints. I stopped my contract before it even started and they still charged me $300. $300 I was happy to pay because the charges would have gotten much worse and the times on hold (each time 30 minutes) would have gotten much worse too. I'm fortunate to have gotten out before it got bad, but trust me that they will get your card number and continue to charge your card regardless if services are rendered. If you change your card or refuse to pay, they will add admin charges and transfer you to collections where they will serve you, take you to court, most likely get a default judgment, and then attempt to garnish your wages until their made up fees and attorney costs are paid. I'm not sharing anything that's different than others. I end my contract and now suddenly they have decided to include all these additional bi-monthly charges I hadn't been known were needed to be paid. Apparently, my warranty visits were being coded as additional bi-monthly visits and I was getting charged for them. There is no where on the portal that indicates additional charges. You only find this out when you end your contract which is convenient. Very sketchy and bad business. It's a shame. I would have left a great review otherwise but I've never been so blind sided by a company before when ending my contract. I've been a good customer and always paid my monthly amounts. They'll say they docked some of the charges. Well, yeah you should remove all of them. It's all your error. I was a long-term customer on a bi-monthly service plan. Over the years, White Knight sometimes performed additional visits beyond the standard cadence. I was never informed that those extra visits were billable, never invoiced separately for them, and never notified of any unpaid balance. On August 8, 2025, I canceled my account. During that call, White Knight issued a $0.00 balance statement, indicating the account was fully reconciled. Only after cancellation did White Knight conduct a manual review and assert that additional payments were owed. Multiple contradictory balances were later issued, none of which had appeared in any invoice or account statement prior to cancellation. In their published BBB responses, White Knight stated that the $0.00 balance "reflected only the automatically generated invoices at that specific moment," and that the balance was recalculated after the account was closed through a verification process. At no point prior to cancellation did any invoice, statement, or portal record indicate that payments were missing or pending. The need to recalculate the balance only after the account was closed confirms that the charges did not exist in any contemporaneous, customer-facing billing record. Just typing out what I will be sending to the Better Business Bureau shortly. I signed an agreement for every 8 weeks and they came every 6 because of some internal policy, meaning over the course of time they snuck extra treatments in. I gave them my gate code repeatedly and they stored it in the wrong place in my account so no one ever serviced the backyard if I wasn't home. I told them I had a rat and the guy said he'd take care of it but did nothing. The termite monitors they placed were never checked and rotted out and broke without being replaced. I called to cancel and requested a refund for a treatment or two due to lack of fulfilling their service commitment and for the fraudulent 6 week service cadence. They said they would give me two treatments free but asked that if they turned things around that I would commit to stay on for two treatments after that. I never signed anything or was provided any written terms for what turned out to be a "coupon." My signed agreement still said month to month. Service did not improve and they were unresponsive to communications requesting reservice. So I canceled via text. I was sent multiple attempts to connect via phone but declined due to not needing to be argued with by their retention team. They sent me form emails, one of which stated if they didn't get in contact "any balance due could be sent to collections." The last invoice I had from them from May stated no discounts and paid in full with a $0 balance. As soon as I canceled they sent me to collections for $300 without ever sending me an invoice stating I had any amount due. They state the person canceling the account should have sent me an invoice but they did not. When asked why it was sent immediately to collections they cited the first "free" treatment was beyond their 120 day threshold and they removed the coupon making that treatment overdue, but never informed me I had a balance. When I called their "customer advocate" said my only option was to pay the two "free" treatments AND the treatment they had auto scheduled before I canceled because it was within 30 days of the appt despite them never performing the service. Absolutely unethical company who I have paid off to ward off their collections thugs and not have to deal with them anymore. Stay away. read more

The salesman is a liar. This company did not honor my contract. The customer service was lacking any sort of empathy I let the customers know that they killed my pet spider even though the sales person promised they wouldn't kill any spiders or locusts. They didn't kill them with chemicals they squished them. They also wouldn't spray for fleas, even though I requested it twice. I had to hire an outside company. The sales rep came to our door and I was not feeling well. My wife answered the door and he was so pushy that she eventually let him in to come to talk to me. He promised us that his company would treat inside and outside of our home and would install termite bait stations. He scheduled our first treatment to be the next day between 4-6 and told us that the initial treatment was normally $209.00 but he would do it for $1.00. We were not home at 12 when the guy showed up to do the treatment. I received an email stating that he had already come so I called the company to let them know we weren't there at the time but our Ring doorbell showed that he was here a total of 8 minutes. I told them that I wanted to cancel the service because they didn't impress me from the get-go. They said that they would have to call me back. After waiting a day and not hearing back from them I called them again and talked to the "cancellation" department. That lady tried to get me to stay with them but i refused. She then went on to say that I would have to pay the $208.00 for the first treatment to which I told her that that would not happen. Don't walk away from this company....RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!!! Very pushy, pitchy, and I can catch all the bullcrap in my many pest experiences. First, it's clear I'm in contact with a very highly reputable and skilled pest control company. That didn't need to do door to do they have great word of mouth. Secondly, why try to talk people into a double contract... ARE YOU INSANE. Thirdly, it was everything in me not to laugh when the little fella told me he could get rid of bed bugs in one day... (topic came up I have strong feelings about the particular pest from past experience) impossible... but go off I guess. Forth, the prices are through the bloody roof... excuse me!!! No sir, no ma'am, no thank you. Fifth, I hate solicitation... you could be the best company, but soliciting services makes me not want your service at all. Sixth, the stuff he showed me, when I did my research was fake fake fake. Moral of the story... do not drop a reputable company you're with for these guys... make sure they have the credits, the education to back them up, and the knowledge... What snake oil salesmen these guys are. they will refuse to cancel your service unless you call them multiple times to cancel. THEN when you are finally allowed cancel you will continually receive "promotions" to try and get you back into their mandibles even when you unsubscribe or block the number, they will use a new number. Would not recommend at all, however highly extremely suggest you talk to customer service first before signing any contract with anyone coming to sell you their services at your door. They say one price to pitch you the sell and then charge you something completely different once you sign up, and they give you the welcome to the company and tell them you want to cancel and want to charge you $400 to cancel. Now i am stuck with them until the end of the year, because i never even received the agreement since they had the wrong email. We messaged back via their text message that we wanted to end service. That was not adequate for the company. I even went as far as getting a new card because they wouldn't stop "servicing" me, despite me telling them not to repeatedly. She even called to argue and attempted charge me AGAIN on my way to bury my dad yesterday and refused to hang the phone up and/or confirm whatever cancellation "policy" they have (that isn't on the purchase agreement) was confirmed. Horrible customer service. Every time I call them the customer service rep doesn't seem to be able to do anything, they always connect me to some "customer advocate" but they never answer. First couple times I called them, the customer advocate did not pick up so the customer service rep put a note on the account. I missed their call back so I called them back only to find out that the account was already cancelled and I was charged $300 for the discounts applied when I opened the account, which was never mentioned by anyone. I told the customer service rep that I wanted to reinstate and continue service until the contract (just one more appointment) was over so I won't get charged for the discounts. I was finally able to connect to a "customer advocate" and I told them I wanted to cancel the account after the last appointment, but all they said was "it is customer's responsibility to cancel account." When I told them they were not doing their responsibility by not picking up the phone, the service advocate said "We give you a call back within a week." Are we supposed to keep checking the phone for a week just for their callback? Please do not use this company, they will scam you. read more
