Living in Southern California near Little Saigon, we are spoiled with many Viet restaurants that serve amazing food. I am super impressed with White Lotus since we were just passing through Everette, Washington. Hubby had Brisket Pho, uncle had Beef Stew with Baguette and I had Bun Bo Hue. Love love LOVED it. The broth was tasty and all the vegetables fit just right. The Huyet was just the right touch and I really enjoyed the Gio Cha. Adding to all the great food is the awesome customer service. A 5 Stars restaurant worth making a stop after a night of partying hard at Tulalip Casino. LOL. read more

The entree 7B was very delicious due to the beef being very juicy and tender but did not have enough to finish the rice and salad was not too tasty due to the sauce soaking it up and making it a wet and not so good of a side for this dish . I enjoyed it but think the dish could have been better . I also got a calamari dish and wasn't expecting much but was more than happy from what I got due to the sauce not being too thick or thin and the amount of batter in the squid being a just right amount . The service was decent and I would totally go back but hopefully next time I'll get more meat instead of getting 3 giant pieces of beef and he rest being bones with tiny teeny pieces of meat stuck on it . This is hands down my favorite Vietnamese restaurant that offers a few Filipino dishes as well (loganisa & sinigang). We are always greeted & seated quickly, usually by the same waitress. She is super great, she always makes really great recommendations & has a crazy good memory on remembering what we've already ordered in the past. My favorites are pho, the stew, spicy garlic chicken w/ garlic rice, & the vermicelli bowl w/ chicken or shrimp. Everything on the menu is so good! The spice levels are consistent, & food actually comes out spicy! They do good bubble tea, not too sweet & a lot of boba, I usually get the avocado bubble tea w/ jelly. Thai tea is so good here, good ratio of coffee to cream! The price point & food portion is unbeatable. Service is a 10 & the restaurant is always clean. Used to be Papaya Tree. The first few times that I drove by it appeared to be pretty empty so I didn't go in. Sure glad I finally decided to try it. Instead of the pho, I decided to try Bun Bo Hue here. That is one of my other most favorite noodle soup but rarely do you find those that taste good or have all the traditional stuff in it. They did a good job here - comes with everything like pork hock, beef slices, and pork, etc down to the veggie garnishments which are different from those for pho. The broth was tasty - not overly sweet or salty. The service is typical Asian service - nothing bad nor extraordinary. The decor is comfortable, inside is spacious and clean. Will definitely come back again to try their Pho. They opened at least 4-5 months ago but sure need to do more advertising though and get them on the map! read more

This is my all time favorite go-to pho restaurant. The service is always great, the lady recognizes me and remembers my order. She even recognized my voice over the phone and knew exactly what I was going to order! Always checks in to ask if the food is okay and to give refills on water. The pho is flavorful they are just wonderful. I only ever go to eat pho or spring rolls-- so I cant comment on any other food. I would 100% recommend this restaurant, always. Edit: I must add I have been going to this restaurant with my family and friends for around 5 years, it's been a long time and the service and quality of food never changed. read more

Tried this place for the first time just couple weeks ago. Mainly because of bun bo hue (spicy beef noodle soup). My first time ordering this dish at a restaurant though. definitely not the best but no other experience to compare it to so overall it was okay. Not as spicy as I would've enjoyed though. Would I come out my way to this place again for it? Sorry to say, no, I wouldn't. My husband had regular pho and he had no complaint there. We also order the garlic chicken rice dish for the kids but surprisingly, they didn't really enjoy it. Tasted it for ourselves and it was okay, nothing to rave about. The pickled veggies from that dish was good though. Overall, I'm giving it a 3 star (would've been a 3.5 if option was avail). Prices were decent, food was good (not best but not bad), good amount of food selection and the waitress was very nice and checked in on us frequently. If I'm in the area and in the mood for noodle soup, we possibly might stop by again. read more

Favorite local place to get Bún Bò Huê. The portions here are big if you get the large one at a very cheap price. I wouldn't recommend the pho because it's simply not as good as the one down the street who specializes in Pho. This restaurant has other food options ranging from stir-fry, rice plates, cold vermicelli noodles... you name it! I highly recommend the Bún Bò Huê, their rice plate with everything on it and their Thai ice tea. These are always my go to items here as they are cheap and delicious, what more can you ask for? Oh and remember to get a stamp card, save up for 10 stamps and you can get a free item off the menu!! read more

White lotus is my place to go! I come here so often that the host knows my order as soon as I come in! The bun bo hue is amazingly good. Their portion is a good size and their veggies are always fresh. They can make it as spicy as you want. The broth is very well cooked. Their rice combo is also amazing. It'll defiantly get you full. Their Thai iced tea / ice coffee is always on point!basically every time I come here their food is always bomb. I will continue to comeback here! read more

I don't understand the bad reviews. This was the first Pho place we tried when we moved to the area and were blown away by the service. So kind and attentive. Every time we have returned she remembers our orders to a t! Food is always great. The vegetarian pho is full of fresh , yummy veggies and perfectly cooked tofu and their prices are SO affordable. Today at lunch we were served an excessive amount of innards, so much that the plate of what initially looked like delicious food, smelled and tasted like poop. When we complained, the server argued with us and still charged us. We left, absolutely disgusted... First mistake, serving literal poop. Ordered a rice noodle bowl with grill pork and egg roll. All ingredients seemed fresh. Bowl of fish sauce on the side so I was able to determine how much to add. (Some other places soak the bowl in fish sauce, overdoing it). Anyway, liked it enough that I had this twice in one week. The service is so and so. You'll get your food quickly, 5-10min. But once you have your food, don't expect any other service, like having your glass refilled, etc. read more

Decent Chicken Curry, but the Pho was blah We had lunch here because we saw the sign in the front for cheap lunch. The place has a list of items of items on their special lunch menu that is fairly cheap. The place is updated and very clean. It's a very cute place. We ordered the curry chicken with rice and it was fairly decent, but the Pho was very lacking in flavor. I do not think i'll come back here to ever eat Pho. I think its best to go to a place that specializes in it like Thanh Brothers. However, we might come back to try their vast list of items on their menu. read more

When I 1st got there, I noticed a foul smell from the menus and table tops. Smelled like they washed the place with dirty wash rag. I ordered an appetizer of calamari rings with a spicy dipping sauce.and I ordered kung pao chicken. Both dishes were wonderful, despite the menu and tabletop smell issue. my conclusion, I would return to this place for the food but would hope that they would come up with a better processor sanitizing tables and menus. read more

I've been here many times over the past year and each time I like to try something new. This is never the case anywhere else because there is usually only a few items that I like on the menu but each time I have tried something new, they never fail to amaze me. I've tried the fried tofu appetizer...cheap and DELICIOUS! This plate usually cost twice as much and not as tantalizing elsewhere. I've had the bun bo (kind of like pho but with more flavor), pho, and the vermicelli noodles (the one with the meatballs, or nem noung, are my favorite) here. I never manage to get the little ladies name when I'm there, but my friend and I go in so often she tries to guess our order. ;p Sometimes it's pho, sometimes it's their super awesome teriyaki, sometimes it's their BOMB Banh Mi. Our first time ordering takeout (Due to COVID-19) from this place. We had the Banh Beo Chen, Bun Bo Hue, pho and fresh spring rolls. The refresh spring rolls were super delicious. They kept the rolls wrapped in glad wrap which keeps the skin of the spring roll super soft and moist. The Banh Beo Chen was really good as well and tasted similar to So Cal restaurants. The BBH and Pho were slightly bland to our taste. It had to be spruced up with lime and etc. they also did not provide mint leaves to go with the BBH. However, the take-out packaging and the wrap for the fresh spring roll is so thoughtful that I think they are worthy of 4*. read more

I love Pho on a cold, wet winter day ... or if I have a head cold and want something to help clear our my stuffed up nose . The problem I've always struggled with was finding a decent bowl of Pho that WASN'T prepared and served in a disgustingly dirty restaurant. There seems to be some unholy connection between the two factors. Clean places have so-so Pho, and dirty, gross places have amazing Pho , at least in my experience. The White Lotus is in a fairly new strip mall, and kinda upscale for a Pho joint. The decor suggests an Italian bistro , or maybe a coffee shop , a'la Starbucks. It's a very clean, nice environment. Okay, you can probably guess what's coming next : The Pho is just average . It's not BAD by any means, in fact it's quite tasty. But it isn't "WOW ! " good .... just plain old good . However, a couple of other menu items are REALLY good, such as the Lemongrass Beef Vermicelli. Yum ! The Vietnamese BBQ sandwiches are also very good, served on a crusty french mini-baguette ....although at $3.99 they should stuff a bit more meat in them , IMO. This place is somewhat close to my home, so I eat lunch there at least once a month , and I enjoy it. That being said, I'm not under any delusion that this is really, really standout Pho . But since most of the truly great, transcendent Pho I've had around here was served in places that were so stinky, filthy dirty that I was in fear of my gastrointestinal health , I'm willing to compromise. This coming from a guy who has traveled the world and eaten food from some legitimately scary places MANY times, so I'm not some hypersensitive wimp who sees a dead fly in the window pane, or a water spot on a glass, and freaks out about it. The search for that clean noodle house with the amazing Pho continues, and if I ever find it , my fellow Yelpers will be notified without delay. Until then, White Lotus will be a semi-regular stop for me , when that Pho cravin' strikes. read more

Love the BBQ pork sandwich and the Pho soup is very big, non expensive and delicious. Recently tried the garlic chicken. That was very good, however if you do not like garlic don't get it.
