Me and my sister found this place after our hike a few minutes down the road and we enjoyed it a lot. Although we didn't get any food the menu and the options looked very good and as for the coffee, it was great. I got a sugar free drink (which not a lot of places can make taste good) and it was delicious. Finished it before getting half way home. Food and coffee are great, but service is horrible. They always have young girls that are rude and you can tell they don't want to work. They never answer the phone for phone orders either. You would think maybe they would be busy but no. After trying to call 10 times and either goes to voicemail or the hang up. Then they take the phone off the hook. I went down there. And it's totally dead with the 2 young blonde girls standing around talking to each other so they don't even have the excuse of being busy. Managment. really need to step in and stop this. Hired people that wanna work and that just don't have a pretty face. Love the beautiful outdoor seating and inside is cute, but people are allowed to smoke which is awful when trying to eat and drink outside. Coffee drinks are okay, and I do enjoy their black coffee. They mess up on your order, by giving it out to other customers, ( this happened more then once). This is not a real cafe as they don't serve anything in real mugs. They are trying to make the inside look cozy and comfortable but still have strict "do not move anything around to be comfortable" policy. Either the manager or owner looked us up and down when we arrived (while sitting outside with all his buddies) and then proceeded to walk inside and ask us to move a Lounge chair back where we had pushed it 3 ft next to a table. My first experience here was absolutely ridiculous. This coffee shop had a bunch of immature, rude girls running the coffee bar. They were completely unwelcoming. First I ordered a sandwich and they let me know they are out of bacon and another girl tells her coworker "yeah it's because I ate it all". As I'm waiting for my sandwich, the girls are all out from behind the bar and kitchen, sitting on the couch, hanging out, laughing and chatting loudly. And I'm patiently wondering if anyone is going to be working on my order. No one in the kitchen making food at all. No one behind the bar. 15 minutes later once everyone decided to get back to work on their own time, one of the girls comes and sets my food down aggressively without a word, I thanked her and she rushed away and completely ignored me. read more

Stopped in for lunch with a friend. This place is a quaint sandwich/ coffee shop. I ordered a veggie sandwhich . They do make a large sandwich. They also have an assortment of coffee and pastry items. You can sit inside or outdoors. Also has large arm chair seating if you want to just sit and relax with a cup of your favorite beverage. If you don't like customer service, quit and find what you like. Walked in, no welcome- shrugged it off. The staff was all chit-chatting again I don't mind that (can be a stress relief). We place an order, then sit to wait for our drinks and food. Got the drinks from one of the employees who smiled and said "you're welcome" then the second girl who brought the sandwich out, tossed it on the table, no acknowledgement. When we said "thank you" (not sarcastically- which we should have) she didn't even say anything. The table we sat at was dirty again things happen but never will go back and even texted friends to not visit that place. I've been coming here for about 10 years. I order the California Classic without bacon every time and it's delicious. I love it so much I've never tried anything else on the menu. I also love the Hot Bowtie Mocha. It's pure happiness in a cup. Especially perfect when it's super cold outside. This last time I tried an Iced Vanilla Latte with almond milk and it wasn't not near as good. I'll have to stick to the Bowtie Mocha in future. The staff are always so very nice and helpful. They have seating indoors and outdoors. This past visit the outdoor seating wasn't the greatest at lunch time because we were swarmed by at least a half dozen flies the whole time I sat there. It would be the only negative thing I have to say about this place. The indoor seating has a simple vibe. The tables and chairs are quite worn so don't think of this place as fancy. It could probably use a freshen up but perhaps the worn look is a good thing. This place is also great for calling in your order for pick up also! Stopped in for a quick bite and coffee on our way home from Oak Glen to pick apples. It's a cute neighborhood spot, no frills, and the locals definitely seem to enjoy this place and the staff call the customers by name. If you're NOT a regular, though, you may get less than the royal treatment. Our barista was less than friendly and made my drink wrong (iced dirty chai). The menu said you could only get chai hot or blended but I asked if I could just do iced and she said yes. Got blended anyway and couldn't taste the espresso shots. It was not tasty and I ended up throwing most of it away. On the flip side, we got the Sausalito sandwich which was great. Simple solid turkey sandwich with fresh ingredients. If we're ever in town again, we would come back for the sandwiches. The prices were awesome too. $23 for two large sandwiches, a large iced tea and a large dirty chai. Also, if you happen to be visiting from LA, there's no mask mandate in San Bernardino county. Along with that, it seems like Covid precautionary measures are also out the window here. Coffee was mediocre. My husband had a white mocha. I had a latte with half and half that was delish after some pumpkin flavor and cinnamon! The Buffalo sandwich was actually pretty bad. Definitely a cute little shop if you are in upper Yucaipa. The breakfast sandwiches are tasty and you can get Pepper Jack cheese, which I feel is a less common option. I've been able to sit inside both times I've gone, but the seating outside looks like a great option for a nice day. Pricing seems comparable to any other coffee shop. I can't entirely remember, but I believe there aren't many milk options, should you need a specific kind. Overall a warm and cozy place though! read more

Wow this little coffee establishment is as good as it gets!! I love the choices & variety of flavors, the cute names, cozy & compact seating inside, but also cozy and more open space & plenty of seating outside (shaded). I can only drink the decaf. This was a pleasant surprise to see they had more decaf flavors (Also applies to teas). They have a cornucopia of choices for regular coffee, teas, cappuccinos, lattes, etc. Also have list of yummy looking sandwiches, (saw people eating the breakfast sandwiches....yum!), homemade treats, etc. It has that nice feel of treating yourself (ie, Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, Starbucks) but much better and without those expensive/overpriced prices.
