The Black Eyed Peas were bold and spicy, with chunks of smoky burnt ends mixed in. Definitely not shy on seasoning. They serve everything on compostable plates which I really appreciate. The staff was friendly and knew their stuff. They mentioned the menu rotates often, so what's on today might not be there next time. Small batch, small menu, but worth it. The truck was set up at the brewery, so there's plenty of seating--inside, shaded, or in the sun--and drinks come from the brewery itself. Well, I could have called and so that is totally my bad. However, it is a reasonable expectation that you will not run out plates of food 4 hours before closing.
