On the afternoon of Saturday, June 27th, I was so happy because I finally got to buy the pistachio croissants I had been wanting so badly. Today, I tried some of the samples at Costco. Out of everything I tasted, the tilapia and the focaccia were so delicious that my mom bought them. We actually had the tilapia for dinner tonight, and it was good. I also bought 4 Fogo de Chão gift cards at Costco today for our family dinner this weekend to celebrate my sister-in-law's birthday, since she mentioned she wanted to go there. The total for the 4 gift cards came out to $319.96. Every time I go to Costco, the staff are always so friendly, and I love how spacious and clean it is, with everything I need right there. Plus, the gas prices are cheap, which is great.

You can only enter the store with a membership card. Recently, they also introduced a new rule: only the cardholder is allowed to pay for purchases. This is not always convenient, as in our case sometimes my husband paid, sometimes I paid, and sometimes our daughter used her card. Now this is no longer allowed. Shopping here is never a quick trip -- it usually takes around an hour because the store is so big. On average, our family of three spends about $250-$300 per visit, and that amount of groceries usually lasts us for about a week. Another interesting thing is that there are always different brand representatives in the store offering samples, so you can try products before buying them. It's actually very fun and helpful, and if you like something, you can purchase it right away. That's how I discovered one of my favorite flavors -- ginger, honey, and lemon, like a jam or spread. Now I love adding it to my tea. Overall, I do recommend this store for its variety and value. However, one downside is the long checkout lines, although this is understandable given how busy and popular it is.

The season butchers have been replaced with individuals lacking the necessary experience and customer courtesy that were previously present. Over the past three months, I have encountered the same issues with this particular employee. It is important to note that the fee charged for slicing a Tri Tip into a carton container is not the primary concern. The issue lies in the employee's behavior and attitude, specifically their unwillingness to properly wrap the sliced meat. This has occurred on multiple occasions, most recently at the checkout counter when the cashier pull the foil-wrapped package from the plastic bag causing the juices of the meat to spill all over the counter. This has happened to me every time this employee has served me. The Tri Tip sliced meat is dry and devoid of juices due to this careless employee's failure to wrap the meat carefully. It is imperative that this situation be addressed. Management should provide this employee, "J," with proper training on how to wrap sliced food correctly. Several different retailers from Sears, Macy's, World Market, Body and Bath Works, See's Candies, Victoria's Secret, Vans, Burlington, and dozens of other national and local retailers. There is also an AMC Theater inside the mall. There's not much to their "Food Court" as there are other dining/snacking options throughout the complex. There are 3 levels of shopping and dining. The reason for the 3-star rating is the condition of the mall in certain areas. The management doesn't take really good care of the center. There are out of order elevators with others that needed a good cleaning or an upgrade. See pictures. The center does offer a large garage with free parking. That's very rare in Los Angeles. The garage looks very dated, but it served its purpose, so no major complaints.
