And the prices are closer to Sweetgreen than JustSalad, which is fine. But the macros looked solid and it's close to Base, so I was on the fence. One of the staff was kind enough to chat me through the menu and our nutrition plans, so I told myself I would give it a shot. It greatly exceeded my expectations. Think back to before Panera sold out to Corporate cost-minimizing, it was even notably better than that. The spicy calabrian caesar is simply a perfect lunch. The lettuce was crisp, the chicken was fresh, the chilis were thin-sliced and pickled to add a more delicate heat and acidity, the parmesan is shaved reggiano to add a bold cheesy bite that can stand up to the spicy caesar dressing. And I had crispy shallots and quinoa on mine, which was excellent. Even the croutons were fresh. I read a little online and it's clear by the attention to the food and the community fundraising / philanthropy that these are owners that are looking to invest in the neighborhood and the community, not checking some excel spreadsheet on their phone from a resort in Italy (looking at you, Panera. Nobody made you sell out). What a fantastic experience. I'm about to move about a mile away, and after writing this review I'm going to grab a pair of running shoes so I can continue to stop by after workouts. I could use the cardio anyway.

I got the to the max with 3 proteins and basically all the veggies and toppings included. Really delicious and enjoyable food that also tasted healthy. Service (4/5): I ordered pickup through door dash and had no issues. Order was done fast. Only thing is I wish they included cups of water that we could drink. Ambiance (5/5): nice shop with plenty of bench and stool sitting. It's well lit and has nice music playing.

For anyone else trying to find it, it's actually inside the building on the first floor, so don't be thrown off by the directions. I ordered the "You Create Plenty" bowl with two proteins. I went with half white rice, half mixed greens, tuna and spicy tuna, scallions, cucumber, edamame, mango, ginger, masago, spicy mayo, sesame seeds, and shredded nori. The bowl was flavorful, fresh, and very filling! It was perfect for a late lunch or early dinner. However, I'm giving it four stars because the proportions were a bit off. There was way too much ginger, not nearly enough mango, and definitely more white rice than mixed greens, despite ordering a half-and-half base. Still, it hit the spot, and I'd come back again!

I The waitress did an impressive job taking care of everyone. With the cost of managing an establishment I'm sure it's difficult to stay above water. So one waitress makes sense. BUT even so, this place doesn't cut corners. Not only are the servings very generous the food is incredible. I couldn't believe it was vegan. The aesthetics of the restaurant is very whimsical and could be a great date spot. There were families, couples, girl dinners going on, it was a vibe!!. I suggest you try the pineapple rice it was so good. The mango colada was yummy. It was a 10 out of 10. The owner Jackie was so nice and humble. She put the icing on the cake!! I can go on and on about this place BUT I'll let you try it and I'm sure you'll agree.
