My husband and I both ordered the Exceptional Egg Sandwiches for breakfast. He got the garlic bagel and I went with the Asiago cheese bagel. I added a side of the chive cream cheese to add to my sandwich and it was a delicious custom move. I ordered an iced latte with one of their seasonal flavors, I went with the cinnamon bun flavor syrup. This place was just what we wanted and service was great. This is the real deal when it comes to bagels ! I happened onto this fabulous place and I'm glad I did, This is what real bagels are! I bought the Onion , everything and a couple of others now my go to for Bagels in the area, I had the extreme pleasure of meeting the owner Jack when he came over to ask me how everything was at my table ( they have a table seating area) and I was thrilled as a customer to see that the owner and staff really care about their product and service! I like to post photos of delivery service orders, including the packaging. Hopefully it's helpful? So here's today's order from Wicked Bagel Woburn. Sturdy packaging, well wrapped food, napkins included. Bagels were B1G1 so I got two everything bagels with scallion cream cheese. It was DELICIOUS, albeit slightly too salty. Cream cheese was plentiful and tasty. That's why I gave this a 3 star review. Now for the inedible part: Take a look at those photos of the chicken salad wrap! The wrap was so dry it was literally crumbled and in PIECES when I unwrapped it. Like *how* does one put that into the paper knowing it's disintegrating and think " yup this looks fine." Mind boggling. Absolutely no way they didn't see it cracking as they tried to fold it up. I tasted the chicken salad but I was already put off by the old wrap and couldn't be sure whether the chicken was equally old so I tossed it. I got a partial refund from Uber Eats. Conclusion: Stick with the bagels. read more

I walked in and thought I was gonna love the place. It was so cute and everything smelt delicious but I was quickly disappointed. The order was very messed up they added lettuce to my bagel without asking and didn't have basil. It was tomato, prosciutto, balsamic, pesto, and mozzarella. I'm thinking maybe they mistaken lettuce for basil but that's a pretty big mistake. They also charged us for an egg on that bagel which I didn't ask for and wasn't on there? It also took 15 mins for two bagels when the employees were all standing and gossiping and laughing with each other instead of working. Overall the food tasted decent. Was it the best bagel sandwich in the world no but it was fine. But I was really hoping for better. read more

Finally made it to Wicked Bagel in Woburn. I have been to the Arlington location a few times but this is my first trip to Woburn. The location is on Washington St, Woburn (part of Cummings Park, which is a huge commercial spot of buildings). I arrived at 6:55am...they opened at 7am but the door was already open, which I was thrilled about! I was the only one in the store when I placed my order for two plain bagels, toasted with butter. Unfortunately, they did not have a grape jelly. They did offer strawberry but I am not a fan. When I got to work, I was able to get some grape jelly and put it on. The bagel was great....still warm, soft on top, cooked on the bottom...size was perfect.....taste was good! I know there are a lot of people who like different and more adventurous tastes other than plain but that is what I like. Service was quick. Price was fair Location was spotless I liked how they are selling Boars Head for sandwiches. I will definitely get a sandwich someday. Parking was great...it was early but there are plenty of spots just out front of the front door. Will I come back? Sure...location is great and there is more to try! read more

Wow! I discovered Wicked Bagel in Woburn, and thought to myself, there hasn't been a legitimate bagel place in the Burlington area since Finagle a Bagel was in a strip mall, off Mall Road, in Burlington, beside the former Tower Records, 30 years ago. I had high expectations for Wicked Bagel, which I discovered, boils their bagels, before they bake them. Much to my surprise, and disappointment, Wicked Bagel was a bomb. Wicked Bagel's bagels, were not much different than the hockey pucks at Dunkin or Panera, who call their hockey pucks, bagels. I don't quite know how egg and cheese on a bagel, can be gross, but, Wicked Bagel hit the bull's eye; their bagel was tasteless, texture-less, masses of flour; awful, and gross! Conversely, Wicked Bagel's pastries, looked good; I can't speak to their quality or taste, but, Wicked Bagel's pastries looked better than the pastry at Panera or Dunkin. Bagel Alley in Nashua, Katz's in Chelsea, and Kupel's in Brookline, make real bagels, and put Wicked Bagel's bagels to shame. This was my first time and LAST TIME to patronize Wicked Bagel. I'll remember Wicked Bagel for how bad it is. read more

Great place to pick up a bagel, breakfast sandwich or homemade pastry. They also have a great selection of sandwiches and bagel pizza lunch options which I haven't tried. Prices are reasonable and service is relatively quick and friendly. Menu is on par with many other bagel places in the area but has a bit more to offer by way of pastries and items for lunch. They've fixed the problem previous reviewers have stated about it being a sauna inside. The takeout window is now being used as an exhaust for an industrial sized AC. My one pet peeve with this place is when paying with a card. There is no option on the prompt to pay for your order without tipping. I almost always tip, but it shouldn't be mandatory and you shouldn't have to take extra steps to pay exact for your order. read more

My first visit to Wicked Bagel was in the summer. They had a fan running, but it was so insanely hot inside! I kind of waited near the door as it was very crowded, and there were a bunch of people waiting. It did take some time for my order to be ready. If you ask for a cream cheese spread, ask for "light". They put on lots of it. It was tasty, just quite messy. I'll be back for sure. read more

This rating in no way reflects the poor, amazing, stoic workers of Wicked Bagel Woburn. This rating is for management who things it's an OK and LEGAL thing to do, to make people work their asses off in a 110°F+++ building with no AC and fans that don't seem to do anything. This place is a literal sweat shop, as a customer I felt beyond awful patronizing the store this week. Fix your AC or close your damn store until you do. Your workers deserve better. read more

Went in to see if I get some bagels. Went in and was waiting patiently. There were a couple of associates in the back making the bagels. Another I was unsure what she was doing. No one said anything. I have no complaints about the food but the counter help does not listen. I may as well just tell them to give me whatever they feel like I should have. I speak slowly and clearly. I asked for extra bacon on my bagel sandwich and just cream in my coffee. Today they put sugar in my coffee and charged me for extra bacon but did not give it to me. If this were the first time I would let it slide. I mean everyone has an off day but out of 10 visits 4 times they have given me something other than what I requested. That works out to a D in my book. I guess I will have to find somewhere else to be cheated and mistreated. read more

I had a good experience here this past weekend. I had just dropped my daughter at the airport and was looking for a quiet place to have breakfast. I walked in, was greeted warmly and order of an egg and cheese on a bagel with coffee was executed very well. I sat comfortably at 1 of 2 hightop tables. I went to Wicked Bagel for the first time a few days ago. The bagel sandwich was very good. I had the North Ender, which has Italian cold cuts--they were of good quality and they used a nice Balsamic for extra flavor. It was slightly warmed, which was appreciated. The wheat bagel was excellent--it was so dark, I thought it would be Wheat Overload, but it was light and perfect. The bagel was soft but not mushy. They have a great collection of desserts--I had sort of an Oreo cake/cookie, which I loved. They have some nice original pastries on display for those who have sweet tooths. Service was slow but they were fairly busy. They were friendly though. However, there were a few annoyances that produce a low grade. First, there are only two tables, so there was no place to eat--and it was cold outside. I lucked out and someone left when my sandwich was ready. Second, they had an irritating tip screen on the credit card device. I had to ask how to get out of it. I resent them trying to coerce a tip from me. This is a major reason not to go back as far as I'm concerned. Third, the girl at the counter had an ugly nose piercing. I've seen worse, but, retch, I still don't want to look at that. read more

Tried the everything and cinnamon raisin bagels. The everything was delicious with the salmon cream cheese. Wish there was more everything coating. The bagel texture was just right and the size was perfect, not too humongous. The cinnamon raisin was disappointing. Needs more cinnamon and raisins. Bagel was dry and bland. Would go back to try some of the other flavors. read more
