We were in the area and I found this place when searching desserts ( so glad I did ). If you love bingsu, this is the spot . I got the wicked mango and my husband got the cinnamon toast croffle . Both were SOOO good . The tables were a bit dirty, but the place gets busy and we came within an hour of them closing so I guess it's to be expected . Either way, we would definitely come back .
Fast and friendly service with delicious bing su. There is nice and clean design, themed of wicked snow. Pricing is fair. Good electrical outlets and comfortable chairs.
solid 4 stars! We were just around the corner getting some korean noodles, and wanted to get something sweet... and with it being a hot day, this place was perfect. What i really like about the snow dessert is that its really fluffy... its not like shaved ice (think hawaiian style) but its like shaved milk which is very light and fluffy texture. We ended up getting the mango and strawberry bowl in a regular size, which was like 14 bucks or so. Normally the mango/strawberry comes with regular milk snow, but i asked if they could throw some matcha powder on top, hence the green snow you see in the picture. This definitely hit the spot, it was so good. And it was perfect to share between two people. They also have a lot of other flavors as well. I think for the snow base, it only comes with the following flavors: Regular milk, Matcha, Chocolate and injeolmi. As for the toppings, i think you need to stick with the predefined menu list... i don't think they are able to custom build a specific snow dish... Plenty of seating inside, and the interior decor is like a harry potter theme.
We came here for dessert with a large group on a Sunday afternoon after lunch, and I have to say--I was pleasantly surprised! I'm not from Dallas, and since I visited in late October, I honestly thought "Wicked Snow" was some kind of Halloween-themed pop-up. Turns out, it's always got that spooky vibe going, which makes for a fun and unique atmosphere. The place was clean and not crowded at all, which was nice considering it was a post-church Sunday. We ordered two large bowls: Wicked Half & Half (strawberry and mango) Wicked Green (matcha and red bean) Both were delicious. The texture is what really stood out--it's not your typical shaved ice but more like fluffy, creamy layers of condensed milk. The flavors were bold and balanced, and the portions were massive. Definitely shareable! (I dare anyone to eat a large by yourself.) Service was just okay. The staff member wasn't rude, but didn't seem particularly happy to be there either. Not a dealbreaker, just not memorable. The only real downside? The price. Those large bowls are close to $25 each after tax and tip, which feels steep for dessert. Also, I didn't experience this myself, but a heads-up--there are a handful of reviews mentioning the place closes earlier than the posted hours, so maybe don't plan your visit too close to closing time. Overall, Wicked Snow impressed me. Great flavors, fun vibe, and a unique twist on shaved ice--just be prepared to pay a premium for it. You may wanna pay for dinner and have your friend pick up the dessert tab here. :)
Our favorite place for shaved ice! Portions are huge. Ice is delicate and creamy. Our favorite is the Wicked Gold that has soybean powder, mochi, and red bean. A small can feed 3 comfortably. Only complaint is this place is always busy (for a reason!)
Tried Wicked Snow in Carrollton and ordered the regular size Wicked Gold. The shaved ice was very fine and milky, not overly sweet, and paired well with the red bean, mochi, nuts, and condensed milk. I liked that it felt more balanced and nutty rather than sugary, with good texture throughout. The portion was generous, and definitely enough for 3 people. It is nice that they provide small cups so friends can easily split one dessert.
This is a lovely shop for desserts and drinks after the savory foods in the Carrollton area. Each time I'm here, I try a new drink and leave impressed. During my first encounter in the winter, I was pleasantly warmed with the fragrant Korean Citron tea. Sweet, sour, well rounded Yuzu with hints of floral notes that leave you feeling warm and refreshed. Most recently, I got a chance to try the grapefruit tea and shared the mango shaved ice with friends. This was literally the BEST texture of shaved ice I've ever had. Smooth, finely blended and for lack of a better word, magic. The flavors of mango and condensed milk worked harmoniously with the texture to create perfection. Seating can be a bit tight depending on peak times but expected given how the quality of the desserts! There are small tables as well as a community long table. Visuals are put on display to make the selection experience seamless when ordering. Excellent service from the waiters!
Of course the ice cream and mangos are so yummy and you get a lot of ice cream! However its pretty pricey and not sure the value is as great. Service is good but nothing special. Will definitely continue to come back unless someone finally gets true Mango Shaved Ice again.
Wow, the shaved ice is so amazing, the smoothest and tastiest shaved ice I've ever had, it's even better than the ones in Hawaii, this place will save you a trip to the Hawaiian islands! Service was excellent and the staff were very friendly! It's the best place to get something sweet after having a meal in the area! We order the Wicked Milk which had a lot of flavor and red beans, the red beans were on the bottom of the shaved ice too, and the Wicked Half & Half which has mangoes and strawberry (this one really didn't have that much flavor at all, I just taste the fruits and milk ice, not sweet at all), so if you like red beans, I would definitely order the Wicked Milk! It was a pretty busy with all the tables taken, thank goodness we had one!
Such a cozy spot with different seatings! Kind of sad our toast we got came burnt... and they still served it.
I been wanting to take my kids to try snow for the first time and what a great first experience for them. We originally wanted to take it home and they packed it really well in an insulated bag with ice but we ended up eating it in store. We got the regular mango strawberry which came out to be $17, which is on the higher end for dessert. A regular was just enough for my husband and I with our 3 toddlers though. It was so good aside from the mangos not being sweet but the snow was perfect. Not too sweet but super flavorful. It wasn't packed so there was plenty of seating and it was spacious inside. Wish the actual customer service was better but still would give it a 5 star for the dessert itself.
The ice here is incredibly soft, almost like a creamy ice cream that melts in your mouth. I'd say it's one of the creamiest bingsus I've tried so far. My group of three shared the regular size, opting for a half-and-half combination of strawberry and mango since they were craving fruit. It was a bit sweeter than I prefer, mainly due to the condensed milk, but I was expecting that. At $16 for a regular, it's definitely on the pricier side, but I'd be interested in trying their milk flavor or matcha next time. It was a bit chilly inside and having the ice didn't help. I would recommend bringing a jacket if you tend to get cold easily.
I've been craving Korean shaved ice for so so long, and finally had my craving satisfied here at wicked snow. They also offer croiffles, toast, coffees, and teas. Order at the counter, grab a table, and then wait for your buzzer to buzz to pick up your order from the front. There is plenty of seating inside, with individual restrooms in the back. I got the wicked gold, which is the shaved ice with multigrain powder, red bean, rice cake, and almond. I personally love a classic, non-fruit shaved ice, so this was the perfect simple combo (and not too sweet lol). The serving size for the regular size is more than enough to share with 2-3 people. I'm already planning my next trip back to try some of the other shaved ice options.

At first, my friends and I were going to Cocohodo but we ended up not liking that place at all despite all the raving reviews. Wicked snow was near by so we ordered the Gold bingsu, which is the soybean bingsu. It tastes strange, but in a really good way. I don't know if you could ask them for more powder topping but it would be nice if there is more soy powder. When you've already eat it half way, there is another red bean ball in the middle. Personally, the red bean is sweeter than I expected so if you don't like the bingsu to be too sweet, maybe you could ask them for less red bean. Also, if you want to pack the shaved ice and bring home, they will give you a lightweight cooler thermal bag with ice in it to keep your shaved ice not melted. 10/10. I cannot recommended this place enough. read more

The serving size is huge. I got the wicked berry. With 15% tip---it came out to just under $13 which is a ton for fancy shaved ice. BUT...this thing, the "regular" is monstrously huge. It's enough for 2 ppl but you KNOW, you girl are it by herself. (Just call me champ.) Frozen blueberries and raspberries and fruit compote garnished this loveliness with square chunks of cheese cake bites. This ice was sooooooooooooooooo powdery and soft, I can't believe it. It was so good and the folks working here were SO lovely and kind! Def recommend it. Even if it is pricey. read more
I was just there a week ago with my cousins, I found the place to be okay, there was some concerns when coming in because it was a bit dirty. As soon as we arrived to order our patbingsu, the workers weren't that friendly nor were they helpful. They kept pushing the gold patbingsu to try. We decided to get a mango patbingsu, which was really nice! The shaved iced was a great consistency! I liked that there were layers of mango and iced! The atmosphere wasn't that ideal, but it kept us cool for the night! Hopefully next time, service would be better. read more

I placed an order for a Nut Affogato because I LOOOOOVVVVEEEE AFFOGATOS!!!!! I'll be honest, it was pretty amazing. If you're in Texas, you should definitely drop by for some dessert. I know for sure I will be returning here for another affogato. #CherryPopped read more

The ambiance is perfect for a quick sit down solo or a group of people! Their shared ice offerings are values circa $10+ but totally worth it! The staff is super friendly and great with recommendations! I would go back! read more

Yummy shaved ice! The mango was sweet and the ice was soft, milky and flavorful. We ordered a small and shared it among 3 of us, which we felt was enough! We also bought a small bag of tea cookies that were... not tasty, so -1 star for that. Not so sure about the rest of the baked goods haha. Would recommend for shaved ice in Carrollton! read more

I was blown away by this fluffy snow so much that I went three times following the first time I tried it. This is by far the best shaved ice I've had in Dallas--- it's so FLUFFY!! I've not had such soft and "snow-like" shaved ice in a long time. Not a big fan of the cookies they have up at the front, but that's not what you're here for. The flavors are a bit unclear on the menu- there are photos but not really an ingredient list for the people that like to read through items. Names like "Wicked Gold" are pretty much what you expect to see- there are pictures, but you can try asking the associate. I really don't care what's in these things because every snow I've tried has been sooo good. You can pull up a chair or connect tables as needed yourself here- it doesn't have massive square footage by any means, but I've never had to wait for a seat. They give you a buzzer to bring back when your items are ready. The small is honestly enough for two people to share! I have also shared a large one with three other people to top off the night. read more

love this place for Korean Bingsu! I ordered the mango bingsu (wicked gold) and it was yummy. There was a mountain of mangoes and condensed milk with some mango juice at the bottom of the ice. the shaved ice was soft and fluffy and had some condensed milk too! not too sweet and really tasty. I've tried their matcha red bean shaved ice and it was one of my favorites. the place has lots of seating and is good place to hang for bigger groups. I went on a Friday evening around 5pm and it wasn't crowded so service was fast. can't wait to come again! read more

The new shaved ice to get in Ktown here in Carrollton! I've been around the area for a while and this has been the best shaved ice dessert place in a long time. Considering the serving size, price, and quality, I think the pricing is good and worth the buy! I've ordered a large Coffee flavor bingsoo (shaved ice in Korean) and it was so rich in flavor. My friend and I went after lunch and ordered the coffee bingsu (regular size, without the brownies) and honey toast and the two of us finished the whole thing. I think the regular size is good for two people and same for the toast. The bingsu was pretty good but for the portion I think the price could be lower. The toast was crispy on the edges but pretty soft in the middle and it was good! read more
Yet another dessert place to add to Carrolton's booming food scene - this time, another bingsu place! In hot Texas summers, bingsu is a great way to cool down - it's the Korean version of shaved ice. This place has bingsu, but they also have coffee and some other pastries as well available. I got an americano, and my sister and I split the wicked green bingsu, a fluffy shaved ice topped with matcha powder, Korean rice cakes called injeolmi, a drizzle of sweetened condensed milk, red bean and almonds. Overall - a very refreshing dessert. The shaved ice was light and fluffy. THe matcha powder gave it a hint of earthiness and sweetness that paired nicely with the chewiness of the injeolmi and the creamy and earthy taste of the red beans. THe slight crunch of the almonds just tops it off and makes it a great place to come to if you're ever craving a refreshing dessert that's a little different from your usual ice cream cones. I definitely will need to come back and try their other flavors - but overall, a great choice for a post-KBBQ or afternoon dessert pick-me-up. read more

Absolutely loved coming here with my wife late at night on a Monday night. I got a strawberry waffle and my wife got cinnamon toast. Both were delicious. The strawberry waffle was big. I split it with my wife hehe. It was really good. The cinnamon toast was excellent as well. There was like a mochi filling or something(honestly not sure what it was but it went really well). The restaurant part was super clean, very well kept. I felt like I coulda eaten off the floor, literally. You can tell they care about their business! Very cute! Would definitely come back! read more

One of my fav dessert place in Carrolton because it's sooooo good. From their waffles, toast and bingsu literally everything is good. It's always warm and toasty inside and plenty of tables. I got the green macaroon waffle that comes with green tea ice cream and macaroons and whipped cream. Last time I went they ran out of green tea ice cream so they replaced it with vanilla. Their coffee bingsu is the BOMB. It comes with a small cup of espresso that you can pour on yourself and also brownie bites! The shave ice is so creamy and smooth. The toast was my least favorite even though it was pretty good. Just normal sweet toast nothing special. They also have drinks and combo sets as well. All in all great dessert place! read more

It was our first time coming here. I had been anticipating their opening for a while. I was excited because this was a chain that was prevalent in Korea when I lived there. Definitely one of the best places to have this type of dessert. Their snow is soft and sweet. We got the strawberry one but wanted the original one (gold). The decor is really nice and I hope they are able to keep it that way. Not a full five star because of unfriendly staff (except for one man). Maybe the workers were tired? Not sure, but the cashier that day wasn't very friendly or helpful considering the cafe being a new establishment not everyone coming in is familiar with the menu. read more

We had the mango & strawberry wicked snow. It was so creamy & delicious. The wicked snow was made out of condensed milk or something so sweet & tasty, definitely not like other bingsu/ shaved ice we've had! We also had the chocolate French? Macaroon & it was so good! The filling on the inside of the macaroon was so creamy & delicious! This is a must try place! read more

Hubby and I came for milk tea, but realized it is a bingsoo shop for desserts. The bingsoo prices seemed a little higher than our normal spot (Sul & Beans) in Frisco, but we decided to have the Nut Affagato. Vanilla ice cream, almonds, and a shot of espresso... you cannot go wrong with this beautiful combo. read more
wanted to try different bingsoo places in Dallas, and Wicked Snow was so good! they have different desserts, but their bingsoo was super light but creamy, it was the perfect texture! we got the injeolmi flavor which has red bean and a condensed milk drizzle on top and it was the perfect combo. they also include some red bean and injeolmi near the bottom of the bowl, which is perfect when you've finished what's on top but still have some ice/snow left! mochi was also cooked really well, having the best chewy texture! treat yourself for dessert here! read more
