This was our first time at wing stop. A solid 4 stars. We live about 20 minutes away so we ordered online and went to pick up. It was busy when we arrived so the food took a little longer than we were told but it wasn't too bad. The food: we got 2 "Summer of flavor" meal deals that included 25 boneless wings (3 flavors), corn and large fries along with 2 drinks and 3 dips for $24.99. We also chose a mix of carrots and celery as one of our side on the 2nd deal. Flavors Sweet bbq blaze-decent bbq flavor not overly sweet nor hot. Hot honey-sweet with a little kick. Not bad not the favorite Original hot-nicely flavored mild heat. Enjoyable Hawaiian- sweet, soy flavored. Ok but wouldn't get it again Garlic parm- buttery and delicious. The favorite of the night. The fries are hand cut. Super flavorful and fresh. We fought over them and the amazing ranch. Good thing we got 6! Finally the corn. it was delicious. It is Cajun spiced and we dunked each piece in the delicious ranch dip and savored every bite. Even after a 20+ minute ride home the chicken still had a good crunch and the sides were great. Food: The boneless wings are tender and have great flavor selection. They are usally coated well enough that you don't really need to ask for extra. The bone-in wings are a bit smaller in size and don't get as much coating but still good to enjoy. The corn was a bit burnt but it was still decent, it was bit soggy too and voodoo fries are over seasoned so it's pretty salty. It also has a kick of spice too. Overall the food is okay, it;s not worth waiting over an hour for. Service: Honestly this place needs help from high management or something because you can clearly see the staff miserable. To add that, the staff are in pissed off moods, being rude to customers when they are all waiting for thier food. Hooray for commercials, because watching a Wingstop commercial prompted me to seek out the closest one to me. The experience was okay, but I'm not sure it will prompt many (any?) repeat visits. One the positive side, the mango habanero wings have a nice sauce with a perfect complement of sweet and spicy. These wings lean me in the direction of a return visit! However, I was less impressed with the rest of my meal. I am usually a fan of lemon pepper wings but what I received was probably the worst rendition I have ever tasted. Maybe it was poor kitchen execution on my order, but I didn't experience the normal tangy kick, it was just bleh and meh. And while I love seasonings probably more than most, the seasoned fries were a bit on the seasoning overkill variety. I'll take Five Guys version any day of the week. And where are the napkins? Nothing in the bag, and when I went to the counter where they are normally found all I saw was an industrial quality brown paper towel roll. Was I really supposed to tear that off at my desired length and wipe my hands and mouth with it? Or did it make its way out from the bathroom to camouflage as napkins? Ordered at 6:45 and it is 8:45 I have not gotten any of my food, when I ordered online it gave me an estimate of being ready at 7:07, didn't receive the order until 8:50. I was given the wrong order for the fourth time being there. I returned to the location after dropping the food off to my pregnant girlfriend who informed me the food was incorrect. The manager was insanely rude and gave me horrible attitude to the point I had to pay for the correct food again. Today I went into Wingstop with my boyfriend, it took awhile for them to call his food order but we were fine with that. Once my Boyfriend and I got to the car he told me,"grab your food before you forget it" while I searched through the bag we had 2 1/2 meals in the bag and not the three that was ordered. Since my boyfriend didn't receive a receipt I had to ask for their receipt of his printed order for proof of his order, I told her he was missing his Korean bbq tenders and immediately the woman who helped me showed the receipt to a man making the orders claiming "that's cap, that's cap, I know it's in there because I packed that order." As soon as he walked towards me and tried to make a joke towards another woman about how I'm lying , I spoke up and said " well they didn't come In the bag, I can go grab the bag and show you. " I walked to the car annoyed at the fact that I was accused of lying when I wasn't, I grabbed the bag from the car and went back inside. I put the bag on the counter and offered the employees to look through it.
