I found Sal's shop on Google and gave him a call. He sent a truck to pick up my car, and since I was already late to another meeting, he even gave me a car to use while he worked on mine. Less than an hour later, he called me back. Instead of trying to sell me a new tire (which I totally expected), he told me I didn't need one and just patched it up for a small fee. WTF, honest and fair. Most recently I went back for a wheel and tire upgrade on my brother in law's Yukon. Within a week he had me set up with a brand-new set, and he even washed the truck. However, when I got the car back the steering wheel did not sit straight and it pulled even worse. I told them about it and they said they would get it fixed up. I dropped it off but no one looked at it for the couple days time that it sat there. Apparently there was confusion regarding who was actually in charge of looking at it. They told me I could bring it back but they recommended that I just pay someone else for an alignment since it was not something they have tools for. Long story short they fixed the one problem I had but then caused my steering wheel to not be straight. I got it fixed with someone else in the end. The biggest annoyance was having my car sit there the second time and no one looked at it for me
