Dealt with Shift lead Michelle this eve. Food was good but order was wrong. When attempted to rectify the order I was told it was my error. Plenty of witnesses verified I ordered correctly. No effort by Michelle to correct said mistake. Had to pay for second meal. I know COVID has affected orders but, they should have their ducks in a row a year later. Usually these guys are decent. Here is the scenario: three guys standing around a kids birthday party talking about what they want for lunch and the schnitz comes up. What other place has that kind of lure? I took the schnitz to the head yesterday powering down the full assortment of chili cheese dogs, chili cheese fries and the chili cheese burger. Ordered 2 plain all-beef hot dogs and a soda $9.27. One hot dog was way larger than the other. Obviously one was the all beef, the other was not. Called to tell them and the manager said his cook made them right. Then he said one was well done and the other one wasn't... huh? So this review is based on the drive through service only! Thursday night around 630pm the place was empty, we roll up to the drive through the person on the intercom was eager to help me immediately (he must of been really bored or excited because he finally got a customer) I ask to give me a minute, we then order 3corn dogs, plain hot dog and a sea dog that's it, we roll to the window and wait, wait, wait and again wait. WTF!!!! As I wait for our food I only have Yelp on my mind so I'm surveying the inside from the drive through, the place looked DIRTY!! The eager beaver who took our order is now ordering around his coworkers to clean the floor behind the counter and the guy who has to clean it doesn't look to happy, shit I wouldn't be happy either that place was a greasy mess! First time trying out this fast food joint. I just wanted to point out that Arian performed superb customer service. He was very thoughtful and kind. The ketchup bottle was being refilled at the moment when I asked for a ton of ketchup Arian gave us many packets of ketchup. After the ketchup bottle was in place, Arian was kind of enough to bring us more cups of ketchup to our table. He literally went out of his way to serve us even though the place was busy. read more

Literally physically disgusted and utterly offended after dealing with this place. My mother loved getting their hot dogs throughout the span of her life. I lost her not long ago. Missing her, I thought, I'll get a chili cheese dog and enjoy the memory of having those with my mom. First one since she passed. When I went through the drive through, a woman came out from a door and came to my car. She asked if I would like to pay with Apple Pay. She had no scanner of any kind with her. I said I could pay with a credit card. She offered to take the card in and run it before I got to the window. I permitted this. I got to the window not long after and they gave me my food and the card. I got home and wondered if they could be misusing people's cards. I am not accusatory but thought I would call the manager to kindly ask whether that was their normal practice or not because if it's not, they need to know. When I called and nicely asked to speak to a manager, a guy answered and when he asked why I wanted to speak to a manager, I told him to check in with them about the credit card/Apple Pay process. The guy said he was the manager. I explained my concern and he kept letting me talk and then saying, "What? Can you say that again?" He did this multiple times, rudely, jeeringly, and hung up on me when I asked him his name. I called back 3 minutes later and spoke to Aaron, who said he was actually the manager and not the other guy I had spoken with who is named Amerfil (no idea how to spell this). I explained to him my intentions of enjoying a nice memory of my mother, first time going since she died, the odd paying situation, and that Amerfil had claimed to be the manager and continuously had me repeat the story and then hung up on me. Aaron apologized profusely for the behavior. Aaron was professional and shocked at the behavior of his employee. I do hope that a regional or district manager reads this and I do hope the employee was properly managed. His behavior reflects on the entire organization for which I have no intention of returning to. I spend my money where I'm valued and people hire the right kind of people. read more

Wienerschnitzel is my top choice for fast food. I always rely on this place for quality and good tasting food, and for fast food, that's such a rarity! I love that they now offer cups of their delicious fries, whereas previously they only featured small bags of fries that look like they could be in a kid's meal. So glad they decided to do that. Also, if you want to go anywhere for hot dogs, this is the hot spot. Their corn dogs are also pretty good too. The staff is always welcoming and friendly when I stop in, the location itself is cleaned regularly (with a very few exceptions on busy days) and the food is always impeccably well prepared. This location was a disappointment. I don't normally eat fast-food and today confirmed why I don't. I ordered a simple order of chili cheese fries to go and for starters it seemed like it took forever just to get. Secondly, I got home and opend the box and there was a drop of chili and more sour cream then anything. I actually had to add my own can of chili to it just to be able to call them chili fries. So I got back to the office and started eating some of the chili cheese dogs and decided to try one of the free ones I got from him, it was hard as a dogs d*** and tasted like a cold rock. He ended up just serving an old hot dog that he didn't want to throw away so he decided to try to poison me. After eating a bite I started to feel very ill and I barfed it out immediately! I really hope I don't get the runs from those old ass dogs. Today, I went to the drive thru for my coworkers during my lunch break because everyone was hungry. I've gone to this location before and the service here was always less than appealing but today it hit a new low. I drove up to the ordering intercom and I said, "2 chili cheese dogs please," to which the lady (who I assumed is Jose J as indicated on my receipt) responded with, "OK, pull up to the window please." I was OK with this because I assumed she thought that I was done ordering so I said, "Sorry, I'm not done ordering." Then she asked me, "Why?" This was a little rude to me; why does it matter why I'm not done ordering? Is there some rule indicating that customers aren't allowed to order more than 2 chili cheese dogs at a time? So then I explained to her, "I'm ordering food for my coworkers." After that she had the audacity to ask, "Are you sure you aren't just ordering this all for yourself?" I didn't get mad, I simply replied, "Yeah I'm sure this is for my coworkers," and the rest of the transaction went normally. I'm sure it's not the management's fault that they hired someone who obviously doesn't know how to work in customer service but they deserve to know that Jose J (if that is her name) deserves nothing less than to be fired... So on the weekend they are open until midnight and you can get food but for some strange reason, you cannot get ice cream due to them shutting it down an hour before they close. It seems to me that if you are open then everything on the menu should be available to the customers. Shame on you! read more
