Shrimp: literally just ONE shrimp (they halved them) in the spring roll. Beef: more like beef jerky. The meat was so dry and tough. The sauce for the spring rolls had some flavor but not as much as I would like. Express special baguette: Bread: was good, crunchy on the outside and soft in the inside, not the kind of bread that's flaky, leave too much crumbs or cuts the roof of your mouth. Filling: pate on the bread, with a few slices of cold cut Vietnamese meats and a sprinkle of veggies. The baguette, along with the spring rolls were definitely overpriced. It looks like everything was just sprinkled on top. There were a lot of lettuce in the spring rolls, but even that wasn't fresh. For the price of the baguette, we could have at least gotten more veggies such as the pickled carrots/cucumbers/cilantro.
