I have only came to the drive-through so I do not know what the inside really looks like however, I want to say they do close at midnight so the first time I went to come here I missed it by like two minutes. The second time I came I got a chili cheese dog and the second time I came I ordered actually a Family pack and I was unable to get it because I called Home and found out my grandkids had left the house. I felt terrible when I got to the front of line and to ask them if we could change that. Brandon who helped me out told me it was OK. He got great. Customer service didn't make me feel bad. I felt horrible but honestly if I would've bought the food, it would've went to waste. It's the little things like this that'll make you stay a constant customer I also got the ding dog milkshake talk about delicious I just would be careful giving it to a toddler and note that there are a little chunks of the dingdong, but it's so good I'll have to look for my other photos. Grubhub follow my instructions to the letter. Thank you. . I ordered three hotdogs . One Polish dog, one chili dog. and one Kraut dog. All of the items arrive in a warm and timely matter . I also got a medium drink, which was like l much larger than I expected. Each of the hotdogs were filled to the brim with all my additional add-ons . I don't think my mouth ever watered so much in my life, as I started to gaze at their menu, my jaw instantly dropped... Jalapeño Poppers, Polish Sausage, Bratwurst, Pretzel Buns, Pumpkin Spiced desserts and even a Nutter Butter Shake, are you kidding me?! I am going to have to go back and try them all!! I ordered the Bratwurst with Mustard and Grilled Onions and it was deliciously flavorful! We shared some Chili Cheese Fries which I thought the chili cheese was alright, hence the dropped star, but the fries were cooked to perfection, they were warm, crispy and very flavorful! For dessert we split an Oreo Cookie Pumpkin Spice Shake, as I sipped I had a straight up foodgasm in my mouth, the flavors were so intense that it was hard not to drink the whole thing, but I love my boyfriend so I resisted, lol! Seriously go get yourself one, the shake is thick and has large chunks of delicious Oreo Cookies throughout, which adds a great texture to your shake! What the heck...? This place has been here for a long time - at least a decade. And the Yelp community can only muster up 16 reviews over that time? Last review was 3 months ago... and that's the only review over the last year!!?? A big ole polish sausage cradled in a fresh and tasty pretzel bun topped with french fries, cheese, chili sauce, mustard, grilled onions... a true "dirty job" to eat this baby, but someone had to do it. Again, very good. As some of you may know, I tend to keep an eye on the crew too - some can be pretty uptight. I personally love their chili cheese fries. This is my first time coming to this wienerschnitzel -it near my school I go too so I wanted to try it out. When i walked in it wasnt busy at all, I came in around 1pm or so. I walk up to the register the lady who was there all she said was hi with no expression or smile. I order my food as I was looking for a good spot to sit i looked over and they were looking at me watching me find a spot. Some of the tables were wet from a recently wipe down so I tried to find a table that wasnt wet. As I was waiting for my fries that took 20 mins to make I can hear them joking and laughing really loud. Then whoever it was making my food kept asking a worker over and over again small or large fries? The lady said large fries over 3 times. Then there was laughing and talking super loud again. You guys are right next to each other - dont need to yell so loudly in the kitchen. It sounded like they were bossing each other around and trying to hurry up. When they started throwing food at each other is when I (and several others) said to heck with it & left. Hope the food inspectors read this. Came here for a quick lunch with my dad. I think it was the manager who took our order? He was nice but he kind of messed up our order. My dad wanted a polish dog but instead we were rung up for a polish sandwich and we didn't realize it until later when his hot dog came between two pieces of bread instead of a bun. My dad has never been to a Wienerschnitzel before and he thought that's the way they serve Polish dogs, I told him that it shouldn't have been a sandwich but my dad felt bad to say anything to the manager since he was being nice to us. I got a chili cheese dog and chili cheese fries. I actually wanted a chili cheese tots like I usually get at the Wienerschnitzel location in San Diego, but I guess this location doesn't carry it. Not sure if the chili cheese tots are discontinued for all locations. That sucks if it is. Anyway, service here is good just sucks that they got our order wrong and I wish they had tater tots. As usual, with fast-food restaurants, they're all pretty much the same, right? Same with this one. I don't like it well enough to give it 5 stars, but I also have no big complaints. I can say they've never messed up my order! That's a big plus for any fast food place! They recently remodeled the whole building and it's much nicer than it was before. The employees seem to be more friendly since the remodel too. The drive-thru is convenient and the outside always looks clean and well kept. The best part you ask? Solid dogs with tons of options. All beef, pretzel bun and pineapple lemonade are solid choices. The good stuff is not cheap but usually that is the case anywhere. This location is new and pretty clean. Drive thru is ez fo sheezy. I ordered the Chicago dog because I have not had one for awhile and it was great. The peppers, relish and tomatoes were on point. My son had the cheese dog with American and it did not come melted but he liked it anyways. The pineapple chunks in the lemonade were a nice addition and added some freshness to what otherwise would have been a solid sugar drink. I liked this as well. read more

Not only to the customers but to their employees. This b***h was being hella rude to the cooks telling them not to stand around to hurry up and move faster and talking to them like their stupid. But, because they do the whole steep roof thing, and the drive thru goes through the building, almost all the seating is outside, aside from a small bar space inside. I went to one of your restaurants at location 5100 Auburn Blvd, Sacramento, CA 95841 I ordered my food the employee at the cashier is Randy she was a perfect cashier respectful and hard working and did everything she could to help me on the other hand when I did have a problem and when Randy needed help from her manager Randy tried to call her manager the managers name is Paulina Alvardo And when Randy tried to call her Randy told me that Paulina the manager blocked Randy's calls that is unprofessional and why would a manager block calls from there employees who does that what if there was a more serious problem that needed to be solved who's the night manager on shift when there's a problem that an employee can't fix who takes charge of that store the problem that I was having a problem with how my food was prepared messy and expedited poorly and also my discount was not added to my order but Randy did everything she could to help me I understand that there are times where you can be short staff or other problems but when there is no one other than an employee taking charge like Randy but no manager and when a manager can't be reached unprofessional but I guess the general manager of that location Muhammad I guess he's hands off too and don't like to fix issues or even care cause if he did I feel like this stores moral and productivity would rise I'm sorry to say but this store has failed to keep me as a customer please I urge corporate to figure out what's going on at that store it may not be at the best location site but I'm sure not only me as a customer are suffering but also the employees must not have the best from there managers and there general manager thank you for listening hope your able to get more control and involved in your stores unprofessional work environment read more
