I have been going to this Petsmart location since I moved to the Lakewood area. I hated the grooming staff at the Haskell location and one of their staff there gave my furbaby an ugly haircut out of pettiness (I just laughed tho coz she looked funny and hair will grow back anyways). And the employees there changed so often, I never had a groomer I preferred. BUT, I will absolutely miss coming to this location since we're moving soon. The grooming staff here has been nothing but friendly and loving to both our dogs. Kailee does an amazing job every time I schedule her for my dog Julie. More than one staff member proved that they all hold a plethora of knowledge on the breeds AND where their stores even acquire the puppies from. After I got my puppy (not from Petland), Eric did a great job showing me around the store offering tools and toys I'd need for him! I ended up getting a crate starter pack. He gave me his full attention & helped me every step of the way. Very big on product knowledge too. Later, I needed a soft carrier for air travel & not only was Dominique helpful on the phone, but without even seeing me first, she knew I was the one she had spoken with & what I was looking for! On top of all that, the price was higher when paying than what was advertised online when booking. I called to voice my concerns, they said a manger would call back right away, but never did... we will not be coming back.
