While I was there I noticed several Halloween play toys on pretty good discounts and I figured my dogs would not mind that they were Halloween and not Christmas, so I bought a few. I'd love for them to put a protocol in place for keeping this space cleaner. I imagine some customers are very inconsiderate and don't clean up after themselves, but that shouldn't be a problem for the next customer. For example, after each customer leaves the cleaning room, a staff member could go in, sanitize, wash the walls, put the equipment back where it belongs, squeegee the floor. I can't imagine Pet Supplies Plus wants the liability of someone slipping on standing water...? This process would only take 5 mins and I'm sure most customers would be totally fine with the wait rather than dealing with the mess. I know this is harsh, but I've been going to this location for years and will not return once I use up my current dog washing card (prepaid).

Paid and picked up my dog. Dog was still wet. Not damp, wet. Super uneven cut, and I found this wonderful surprise when I got home. (See picture) I get that it's the holidays and it's busy, but these dogs are our babies and we're trusting you to care for them. You can also do curb pick up or order ahead and pick up in the store, but most of the time I'm in the store shopping. Never overly crowded, and as I stated earlier usually always plenty of help.
