We got here 20 mins before their 10 o'clock closing time and they refused to attend to us. They tried to get the manager to take our order and she refused because she didn't want to do the work even though we told her we drove 40 mins to get here before their closing time. Food was pretty good, not amazing, not terrible. Service on the other hand was pretty kinda sad. Staff was not rude but seemed completely clueless. Had to go up to the girl behind the counter and ask if I was suppose to seat myself, had to flag them down for another beer, had to ask for a to go container, she only brought one for the soup so then I had to ask for another for the and the boudin, then had to ask for the check, then ask that they pick it up. I like you, Wild Cajun, I do. I also like you much better than I like your original location, where I have to park my car on a bumpy stretch of unpaved dirt and grass. Unfortunately, you are terribly inconsistent with your non-spicy orders. I think I have only truly gotten nonspicy 2 out of the 4 times I've tried to order nonspicy. I mean...do you just not care? Or do you just throw in whatever crawfish is available and figure, eff it, no one can tell the difference between zero spice and my-mouth-isn't-supposed-to-feel-this-way? Anyway, I do eat spicy food (in fact I love it), but I do have family members who can't. So I'd appreciate it if they'd just figure things out on their end. I do love that they give you the condiments for free with your to go order. Please stay away from this prostitution ring!! I came twice and got the same response each time. When you first walk in you get ignored & 20 mins later they take your order. Vivian takes you're order with an attitude, after they bring you your food which takes almost an hour smh they don't come back to check on you. CAN SODA IS $1.65 smh the food is not good at all it has no flavor! Most restaurants bring water to the table but not this place. If you're lucky they'll come check on you for you to ask for water. they spend more time flirty with the men that sit at the bar vs checking on customers at the table. The food really isn't that good here but they have happy hour crawfish which is rare. This is a review from past experience and visit from this place some time ago, not too recent nor too long ago. I used to come to Wild Cajun pretty often after work or just to grab some crawfish because the place used to be really good. Nice spicy level and lots of garlic in the garlic butter which I LOVE. Last time I went was a whole different story. Came in around 10ish and wasn't greeted and my group had to self seat. Five minutes later came a waitress who asked us for our drinks and what we wanted to order. It was a table of four ladies so in the middle of each of us giving her our order, she stood there, picking at her dirty acrylic nails and flicking the dirt from underneath onto the floor. She even messed up some of our orders because she tried to memorize the order rather than writing it down and picking at her nails. Food tasted so frozen and mushy, I even couldn't finish my 3 pounds. I only ate about 1. The whole experience was obnoxious as well because the girls who work there, apparently had a little party behind the counter with some male friends who came to visit. They were all taking shots while on the clock and being very loud and on their phones the whole time. We weren't checked on at all and could barely get her attention when needed because she was so distracted. So unprofessional and rude. That was and is the very last time I go to Wild Cajun again. Food was (1/5) Cook, management, or recipe must've changed. Or it could be that it's just them getting lazy. Price (2/5) $7.99 per pound of crawfish. Me and my boyfriend came here on the night before thanksgiving and it was kinda pack due to limited of servers. But we was able to get a seat and a waiter right away. Let me tell you, this is the Best crawfish place ever ! Better than the first location, food here has more Flavor to it, beers are super cheap! This place has a lot of more choices than the other locations. Parking- big parking rate 4/5 star Inside- lots of tv's to watch, tables were kinda close to each other. 4/5 Staff/service- great service we had this mix chick really bubbly attitude and honest with us and always fill. I've been here 4 times and have ordered the same thing, 2 lb of garlic butter crawfish. It was my favorite place to eat at when visiting Houston but this time I found a dead cockroach in my meal. I'll post a picture. But when I revealed my discovery to the 4 people working, I was only met with blank stares. Only my waitress got up to check it out, and even though she wasn't the one responsible, she still apologized. I'm surprised at the lack of action of the cooks and managers as well, coupled with the fact that I could have made this situation much more dramatic. I still paid my full bill and left. This is probably the worst and slowest service I ever had. I went for the first time with a group of friends, but total was only 4 people. It took at least 15 minutes for our server to acknowledge us to even put in our drink orders, then another 20 minutes to get the actual drinks. We only came here because the original crawfish restaurant we wanted to go to had an hour long wait. We were seated immediately here, but the service was soooooooooooooooooooo slow. Yes, it was a bit busy, but nothing a full staff can't handle. We all decided on what we wanted to eat right after placing our drink order, so we ordered all our food when she finally came back with the drinks. The food did not take as long to get to our table, but we still waited what felt like forever. Obviously the waitress wasn't attentive, and she wasn't that friendly either. She also seemed a bit confused when I was telling her our table's order even though I read it straight from the menu. I guess maybe there was a language barrier... Not too sure. Definitely don't go to this place if you want good service. Walked in and stood for about 5 mins, no one came to greet us or paid us any attention. Finally got sat. Our waitress was Ashley. Took forever for drinks, then when we finally got our drinks we Ordered our food as soon as we got sat bc we knew it would take forever to receive our food. The place just seems so disorganized and there is no system of how things are ran. All the "waitresses" are running around and they look lost. Had to ask 2 diff waitresses for forks. Anyway... We eat crawfish ALOT. Every weekend so we know our stuff. Got our crawfish... Mediocre would be the nice thing to say. Very over cooked, soggy probably kept frozen. Heard a waitress yelling at the cook and calling him a moron. We had ordered other items which the waitress forgot to enter in. So we are done with our crawfish and ask about the other items and she forgot to put it in (shocker) no apology, no personality nothing. Got out last order the crab was burnt. Still never got our last order of the boudin balls which was an appetizer. After reminding her again. Many times I saw food in the window and people just walked past it. I just got a dirty feeling when I walked in, had a funky Clorox smell. Def will not ever be back! I'll continue to go to crawfish and noodles, bbs and seafood shoppe for good service and food! When it's crawfish season I do come here often. I usually order the garlic seasoned crawfish and the vietnamese style wings. Both are very tasty. The seasoning for the crawfish isn't too over powering (too salty, buttery, or spicy). The service is ok; nothing spectacular but not awful. read more

We bought $40, but they charged $4,000 to my credit card and made it void right away, with the stupid reason that they cannot slide my card.
