Am I suppose to be impressed? Unfortunately, I was not. Crawfish is a lot bigger and better than what I'm used to up in Northeast but the shrimp was ehh. We got their medium spice special sauce and medium spice Cajun. Their house special sauce was missing something but I'm glad they added lemon (there's no lemon in Vietnam but pretty sure I taste lemon and not lime slices). Cajun sauce is just Cajun sauce. Sweet potato fries are crispy yet soft and not salty. Oysters not as fresh as I would like it but not too bad. They close right on time so make sure you finish eating at least five minutes prior to closing. Overall experience: if I'm craving for boiled seafood then I'll come here but honestly not one of the best I've had in boiled seafood restaurant. Prices seem decent. Not crazy expensive but not cheap either. They have a good amount of selections but not good enough for boiled seafood in my opinion. Tip: try to not go in their bathroom, even to wash your hands... it's disgusting. I hope they offer lemon hand wipes in the future at every table. The night I went, seem like only one girl was running around the last hour while the other two stood behind the counters or tried to shut off different sections of the restaurant lights 15 minutes before closing.

My friends and I stopped by last night for a crawfish craving and we were seated immediately even though the place was fairly packed. Our waitress was very attentive and friendly throughout the night. Also random thing is their plastic gloves are awesome; they didn't rip and protected my fingers throughout my entire meal. I have to agree with Gen. L's review about their weighing process because my 3 pounds also looked a little light and I didn't reach my limit after those 3 pounds..my bf and I later ordered another 3 pounds to share before I finally got full. I got the garlic butter, which is always my go-to anywhere, medium spicy with corn added on. The medium spicy is not spicy at all so this is definitely for those who have a low spice tolerance. They go from mild, medium, spicy, extra spicy. But they are willing to add more spicy if you need. My bf got 1 pound spicy and it was like medium spicy according to his scale. We also got the salt and pepper soft shell crab that came with sweet chili sauce, and it was yummy! Not too salty, which I appreciated. My other friends got gumbo and garlic bread, which they really enjoyed, and curly fries, which were pretty good too. Overall, the crawfish were pretty big for $7.99 but definitely felt like the weighing was a little iffy. I would suggest people to check it out for themselves however because it is still a great place to get food and hang out in a sporty atmosphere.

Definitely a 5 star experience. Real spicy seafood. The only place I can get real Boudin. Place had great modern soft music playing while I watched the playoffs. Surprised this place isnt packed, especially on Mother's day. Definitely a low key spot to have good food without the wait times. Plus they let you eat seafood at the bar.

The crawfish here is average but the waitresses are awesome. They are pretty, and attentive. Great service with cheap beers. The grilled oysters were too salty for me. The restroom is clean with 2 stands and 1 stall. Plenty of parking on the side.

What can you do if you have a friend that loves chicken wings and crawfish? Of course you better be taking them somewhere that serves both. Yup, this location has it all for fried or cajun meal deal. It is also a sports bar, but on a Sunday like Labor Day this place wasn't too hopping which was decent. The bartender girl, Kat was friendly and very attentive. She kept on making sure we were taking care of. She was great. The other workers mostly females were on their phones majority of the time; Kat was the only one that seemed to have some sense as it came to working hard. The catfish combo with shrimp was good and tasty. The garlic bread tasted like a giant pillow of butter laying in my mouth..it was delicious. I didn't like the taste of the wings as I am not a chicken person. If you are looking for this place you will have to drive about forever just to get here. Its on the far end of Bellaire closer to the Vietnamese side, not close to Chinatown at all. More like in Alief.

With the mouthwatering flavors at Wild Cajun Crawfish I CANNOT wait until crawfish season really starts. They do have live crawfish now, but they're small to medium since it's off season. Still got my cravings satisfied though! . Their garlic butter has such a unique taste compared to other crawfish restaurants. My favorites of the crawfish flavor is the lemon pepper, garlic butter, and house special. House special has a sweet and tangy orange flavor. Make sure you ask for LIVE crawfish! . My go to is their grilled oysters and turkey neck. They top it with the same addicting garlic butter sauce. Grilled oysters were good size and tasted clean. Turkey neck was super tender from the long hours of sitting in their cajun boil so it was very flavorful. . I killed the fried chicken feet, lol. For those that like to drink and eat, they have a wide variety of "nhau" food with a full bar! Cua Rang Me (tamarind crabs) is legit too! They've remodeled the restaurant since it first opened. Definitely looks a lot nicer and cleaner.

20 minutes waiting after I handed my order and turns out they forgot my order.

I love this place but service was lagging this time. Always attentive and prompt with orders but not anymore. Guy forgot my order and I patiently waited for my order but turns out they forgot. And I know they forgot because the guy came back and told me "what was it that you order again?"

It was Karoake night and the place was pretty busy- but the staff were fast and friendly. I had a Cheesesteak and it was incredible! The rolls are imported from Philly! The beers were cold and fresh, and the Karoake was hilarious- there were actually some great singers! And not so great. If I lived here, this would be my local, and I will definitely come back here when in Houston.

Tiny bathrooms- can't get in and out without touching something. Our waitress was a few weeks in and tried her best. The fountain drinks were absolutely disgusting and needed to be recalibrated. I settled with the only bottled soft drink available to be safe, a root beer with 79 grams of sugar! The Bakers Special pizza was a greasy and sloppy mess and instantly fell apart just by looking at it. It had mondo chunks of meat that didn't pair well with the sauce. My husband recommended this place from his visit a few years ago but it clearly went downhill. It's an old dilapidated mess. Cushion chairs were 20+ years old with sticky stains and butt intentions on them. It was giving biker bar and made me very uncomfortable. I was afraid I'd get sick just being in the environment. The patrons were old, obnoxious perverts. Someone even brought their dog in there (not a service dog). I couldn't overlook it's condition and the food wasn't any better. There are definitely way better options on Westheimer. EEEEYUCK!
