Sweet chili rice noodles, black bean and rice burger, roasted veggies - all vegan

We are at Wild Garlic two Saturdays in a row, and it's a new favorite. I love all the vegan choices! Everything we've had there is excellent, and the people are very friendly.

Not only does Wild Garlic fill your tummy, they also fill your heart! Elizabeth is a mastermind in the kitchen and creates amazing, healthy dishes that are good for the body & soul. Wild Garlic employee, Nick, is always such a pleasure to deal with. His customer service is phenomenal & you can just feel the kindness radiating from him. I work in downtown Amesbury. It's a tight-knit community with wonderful, local restaurants & amazing small businesses. But no place generates a warm, welcoming feeling such as Wild Garlic. 10/10 food 10/10 service 10/10 environment

Love Elizabeth and all her homemade goodies. I've been coming here for years, and everything is always fresh and delicious. Love the spicy noodles and the fresh caprese sandwiches on homemade focaccia bread. It's unlike any other place around! Elizabeth, the owner, is such a sweetheart and treats all her customers like family. If you like super fresh, vegetarian and vegan food, You will love Wild Garlic! Get there early, because she sells out for lunch almost daily.

    Picnic park around the corner.

Thanks Yelp! We were passing through and hungry for a healthy lunch. This is a keeper find. The selection was perhaps 8-9 dishes and changes daily. Between the two of us we tried 6 of them, all delicious, and could not pass up the plum custard with raspberry sauce. Yum!!! We were directed to a small parkour around the corner with benches next to a waterfall to enjoy our lunch on this beautiful summer day. It was all perfect.

The sprouts were just right and managed to avoid the overly chewy texture a brussel sprout salad can sometimes have. The whole thing was creamy yet light and the cashew flavor was fantastic. This is a new favorite salad. I'd been eying their street carrots for a while. I believe they used to have a Moroccan version I missed but the Argentinian ones they have now with chimichurri sauce were awesome - warm and comforting. The Thai style noodles had a great combo of ingredients, though the noodles were a smidge al dente for my taste and I prefer a less tart sauce. I did love the combination of tofu and peanuts. I hope to try more things on the menu, especially the KFC (cauliflower sandwich) I keep hearing about. I will probably have to repeat that brussel sprout salad every time though! The seating was surprisingly generous - both a table section and a large window counter area. You order at the counter and there is a convenient self service water area. They brought out our order quite quickly to where we were sitting and the self bussing was easy. There is also a grab and go cooler section with meals, sides, cookies and drinks. Truly a great find - and so nice to leave a place feeling you ate healthy!

After being a customer for many years I moved to RI and on occasion would come back when visiting. Noticed the menu has been through lots of changes, I miss the "raw" aspect of it. Yesterday was super bowl sunday and I ordered over 100 dollars of food. I would say it was "okay" but the wait was super crazy. We ordered online 3 hours ahead and still ended up waiting another 40 mins for it. The pizza is no longer on a homemade raw base it seems to be on a typical packaged crust. It wasnt what I was used to from this place but it wasn't bad. The mac and cheese was really bad; The macaroni wasn't cooked and it had no flavor. The nachos were very good but super soggy because they were probably waiting for the other foods to be cooked . My sister liked her bowl and I liked my wrap. I'm not a local so I can't say "bring back the spring rolls and the raw based pizzas etc" They do what they need to do to survive.

Oh my God - there is no better bang for your buck (2$) than this double dough. It is not Chicago-style deep-dish; it is...... ....you know that Far-Side cartoon, where the two gorillas are sitting on the ground, leaning against the tree, with a huge pile of banana peels next to them? And one of them says, "you know, I really love bananas.....I mean heck, we all do - but for me I think it goes so much more beyond that" THAT is this double dough, for me. So....Walk around and choose an ice-cold 4-pack of a juicy hazy double IPA; ask the staff for advice, they're experts. Bring a driver, because the urge to have some immediately is overwhelming - and if you do....you won't be driving distracted......you'll be driving transported. It isn't safe. At home, pop it in the oven (ON A RACK !) at 350, just to keep the crust as it was when it left their oven.....Take out one of the mugs you keep in the freezer, fill it.....gently. The ideal pairing? The last time I ordered from this location I showed up to pick up my pizza only for them to say they gave my order to someone else and I would need to wait while they remade it which added another 20 minutes into the time I had already waited since originally ordering. I understand that mistakes happen but two times in a row from the same restaurant, and this time having someone's hair in my food is so unsanitary and gross it put the nail in the coffin that I will never order from here again and I will never recommend it to anyone either!

I was looking for vegan-friendly options near my hotel, and this spot was conveniently close by. The menu had so much to choose from: bowls, handhelds, drinks, desserts, and more. I don't usually order iced coffees or teas, but the Blueberry Cloud Matcha sounded too interesting to pass up. It came out beautifully layered, with whipped foam on top, matcha in the middle, and blueberry syrup at the bottom. I noticed some people using straws, but I drank it without one, and it was delicious. The foam blended into everything perfectly while still keeping those pretty layers. My bowl came out soon after and was just as nicely presented. I especially loved the whipped sweet potato, which was such delicate touch. The bowl was also very filling, with lots of fresh, hearty ingredients, so I couldn't quite finish it--but it was satisfying and delicious. I visited late in the afternoon, around 3pm on a sunny Friday, and the cafe was still packed. There was plenty of seating, including cozy corners and brighter areas near the windows. Overall, it felt peaceful, relaxed, and very much like a community hub. If you're visiting Salem and looking for a vegan-friendly spot, this is definitely worth checking out.
