Excellent café with the best of both worlds; small town hospitality with a trendy city atmosphere. Food was warm and fresh served with a smile.

Gluten free / dairy free peeps, look no further! I was so hungry after spending quite a while looking for a place in the area that had something gluten free for me to eat. After getting an eye roll from a different local establishment, this place delivered and then some! I stopped in for a late lunch on a weekday and found there wasn't a long wait (as other reviewers mentioned). The Montague sandwich on Gluten free bread was delicious, as was the nitro cold brew! I also got their chocolate coconut donut to enjoy later. That was good, but more like a cupcake texture than a donut texture. Indoor and outdoor seating available. And no table service, so perfect for solo travelers like me who just like to grab food and enjoy it alone, in peace.

I love everything about wild roots! This is my go to spot for a great vegetarian lunch and a smoothie. The workers at the Deerfield location are so nice and always make their food to perfection. I've never had a bad meal here. Check them out if you're in the area!

$14 for a salad would be fine but not when half of it is rotten. I do not recommend Wild Roots for takeouts. Look at other local options first before considering this joint.

The Willow on ciabatta- divine. Everything is always very fresh and there are lots of interesting options for vegetarians as well as carnivores. I only wish I worked closer to Wild Roots. I would eat lunch here every day.

This place is absolutely delicious. Lots of great healthy fare, as well as some decadent treats. They ship in NYC bagels, and sourdough bread from Boston. They have a daily soup, the chicken orzo was incredible. They have avocado toast. So make sure to go spend all of your millennial cash on those. There's ample parking, but very little seating inside. Only one table, and two counters in the windows. It really is more of a "healthy fast food" to go kinda place.

Overcharged and underfed, but a nice place to hang out. Plus there was mold on the last gluten free English muffin in the display case.

This time we ordered a Large Blanco pizza which was great because there was plenty to take home for lunches throughout the week. I had the Tex-Mex burger for the first time. It came with a choice of house-made black bean burger, Impossible patty or Beyond patty. I chose the Beyond and I'm really happy I did because it was so good. Normally I would suggest a Cubano sandwich but they were out chick'n and waffles is great too. But today the burger really hit the spot. I had my choice of fresh greens or roasted potatoes which was a no-brainer. These potatoes are the best. I ordered a second order for my Mom to take home. She loves them. Imagine biting into a firm roasted potato skin with a velvety buttery mashed potato inside. Yeah, it's that kind of good! Today was a bonus, I accumulated enough points for a free small pizza of my choice! Heck yeah, that heats up nicely back home for lunches at work during the week. We might have loaded up on desserts... cookies, chocolate mousse, cupcakes, rice pudding, pastries. Oh yes, it's dangerous! There is seating inside and outside in nicer weather. Order at the counter and pay, take a number, find a table and they will deliver your meal to the table. Don't forget to tip your servers! Also check out their grocery and refrigerated section!

There are at least 2 other boba places from recognizable national chains a couple blocks away, but this one is locally owned. I stopped by about a half hour before closing on a weeknight. There were a couple customers already seated in the dimly-lit space. It looked like a college hangout, with a few tables and ample space to mill around and wait while being serenaded by Taylor Swift (the soundtrack of the night). I don't tolerate caffeine too well after a certain hour, so I was happy to see that they offered a decaf tea option in the form chamomile -- an unusual option at a boba shop. I got a hot chamomile tea with bubbles and half sugar. The bubbles were rather soft, even for a hot tea drink, and sweeter than I would've preferred, but it still hit the spot on a rainy fall night. If there were a next time, I would get 30% or no sugar added to offset the bubbles and the natural sweetness of the tea. The employees seemed nice, but I didn't interact with them much. The human-run register only accepted cash, so I ordered at the kiosk to use my card.
