    Chicken and Shrimp Pappardelle

Well it's my favorite time of year: Dine Out Lauderdale. Of all the participating restaurants, Wild Thyme caught our eye because it's right on the beach and their dine out menu has some nice options. Service was fantastic, our waiter was attentive and friendly, as was the rest of the staff we interacted with. The place looked nice and was kept clean. I got the tuna tartare nachos to start, which were delicious and tasted fresh. For my main entree I got the chicken & shrimp pappardelle, which was okay! It wasn't super flavorful and I thought it was too wet, like I wish the sauce was maybe more creamy. But the pasta, chicken, and shrimp were cooked well and that tasted good! Finally, I got the New York style cheesecake for dessert which was delicious and a perfect slice. Overall, a nice, pleasant visit and great first stop during Dine Out Lauderdale.

The place was very nice right on the beach in a hotel. My friends and I went for the dine out event that's happening all through August and September and what's on the menu for that is great. It's a brunch board for two people $35 per person and then you can add unlimited mimosas for an extra $10 which is great. The only thing about the dine out is that when I went and I asked the server about the dine out menu he looked at me weird, and then started getting very combative with me saying that they don't do that and I was showing him on the restaurants website the dine out advertisement. Instead of him just saying "oh give me a moment. I'll go get the manager. Maybe he didn't say anything to us about it". He was arguing back-and-forth until I unfortunately had to catch an attitude and then that's when he went to go get his manager. At the end of the day, I think that all restaurants need to have staff meetings when such a big event is happening, especially for two months. But overall, the food was great. The drinks were great. The environment was great. Everything else was great.

We had family over from Spain and we wanted a brunch place that was close to the sea. I consulted Yelp and found Wild Thyme. We were a party if 9 and booking on Open table was easy. We had wonderful service with Sarah. She changed our order of latte to a cold latte with not a hint of hesitation and looked after us with humor and a smile. We ordered 2 platters of full breakfast and a portion of egg Benedict's. It was a treat. We were very happy that the family was leaving with their bellies full and a positive experience in Broward.

My time in Fort Lauderdale was definitely elevated by stopping by to dine at Wild Thyme Oceanside Eatery several times. The food was delicious and drinks well-made. The staff were also very friendly and attentive during each of my visits. I recommend stopping by and giving this nice spot a try. It's also very close to the beach and has outdoor seating so you can eat your meal while enjoying the nice weather!

Great Happy Hour specials, lovely service from Anka (hope I'm spelling her name right) and beautiful views even from the bar. The drinks are so tasty and strong, I recommend coming after a long day at the beach for shade and hydration. I also highly recommend coming by for drinks especially if Anka is around!

We checked in to the Atlantic Hotel and the Wild Thyme is right in front of the hotel with ocean views and outdoor seating. The ocean/beach is across the street. We chose to sit inside for the happy hour 4-6 Monday - Friday! Onka was our Bartender and Server. Not many people were there at 4:15pm. We sat at the bar couch tables to view the sea and the beauty surrounding the restaurant/bar. My husband had a Chardonnay wine $6 and I had Captain Morgan Spiced Rum and Diet Coke $7. The Short Rib Sliders $10 and BBQ Chicken Flatbread $10. The BBQ Chicken Flatbread sauce was yellow mustard with not much bbq flavor and the Short Rib sliders had two on the plate. The meat was tender but the bbq mustard sauce was on the roll and I just didn't care for it. The slider bun was not toasted. The Onka gave great service! Just be warned the 18% gratitude is included.

I always heard about Wild Thymes brunch boards so I had to try it. It was a beautiful day at the beach as well and this restaurant is literally right across the street from the beach. Views were amazing. The unlimited mimosas were hitting! They were so good and just kept coming. I loved that. Every brunch item was on that board. Pancakes, banana foster french toast, bacon, sausage, potatoes, eggs benedict, chicken tenders etc.. It was plenty of food to share. The board exceeded our expectations. Evetything was so yummy. Pancakes and French toast were my favorites. I'm personally not a fan of eggs benedict so i really didnt care for it. Variety of fruits were fresh. They were able to provide a fruit bowl without a certain fruit because my friend was allergic. We really appreciated that. The experience was definitely nice. We had a issue with parking but Wild Thyme was able to provide a solution. We appreciated you for that! Thank you so much for taking care of me and my sistas. I recommend everyone to go enjoy Brunch with unlimited mimosas.

Location: its breezier than normal, outside seating is great when it is. Service: attentive Food & Drinks: Basil mozzarella - someone forgot the basil part pizza/ hot honey pepperoni pizza/ coconut shrimp/ Philly Cheese Steak/ raspberry mule/ mocha latte Rating: food ok if you're walkin off the beach and starving. Apart from basil cooked with or in the "mozzarella and basil pizza, the portion size can be split between 2 ppl. Its no oven cooked pizza, i feel like the dough is the frozen kind...however,,the hot honey option is decent. My drink: ordered old fashion without smoke- alright. My cousin said her raspberry mule was too sweet.

Ate here on our last night of vacation and it was the perfect way to end our trip. Wilson was our server and he was very friendly and knowledgeable of the menu items. We sat on the patio and had great views of the waterfront. The food was amazing and the portions were bigger than we expected. To start we had the Bee Sting Crispy Chicken Fries which were amazing and for our entrees got the braised short rib and short rib quesadillas. We will definitely make this a stop when we come back

This was a cool spot to find. It's across from the beach and very easy to access. They offer food too and have an outdoor patio. I would definitely come back here to enjoy more of the beach views. The servers are friendly and attentive, as well!

You can't beat ocean view bottomless mimosas here! Sarah was the best server we encountered in our multiple visits. The brunch board was one of the most unique items I've ever seen on a brunch menu it had everything you could want for breakfast and lunch.

I sat outside. Idk why I chose outside cause I hate humidity, go figure im in FLORIDA, but either way it was tolerable outside and requested the fan to be turned on. I ordered the breakfast tacos and a creme brûlée coffee. Breakfast tacos are fire. It comes 2 but it fills you. It is messy af cause i kept spilling yolk, guac and the insides everywhere. but nevertheless the flavor was def there to enjoy. Tortilla has a nice bite to it as well. Creme brûlée coffee hit. There's an epidemic of terrible acidic coffee places but this one hit the spot. Tastes like coffee but has the subtle sweetness from the creme brulee. and of course cant forget the sugar top to crack. Service was nice, felt a little 2 faced, but overall she was a nice waitress. Lagged a little. Street parking or in a parking garage. There's a single use restroom that was disgusting when a family member tried to use it. Indoor/Outdoor seating. The line was insanely long, but we got lucky and snagged seats at the bar as soon as a group left. As titanium Marriott bonvoy members, we received a breakfast voucher each morning of our stay, which is good for your choice of coffee or orange juice and an entree from a select menu (see pics). I found the select menu to have many great options. I had the "smothered burrito" which was huge and delicious and did not have any beans. The "traditional eggs Benedict" was typical and came with a large portion of their potatoes- yum. The "huevos rancheros" was great too but I wished it had those potatoes. My husband had the "applewood bacon and poached egg avocado toast" twice because it was so good. We ordered two additional eggs sunny to go with it, as that dish only had one poached egg. He also got the "two eggs your way" which comes with choice of protein, potatoes and two slices of sourdough toast w butter (no jam). He ordered bacon egg and cheese taco with that dish to maximize his protein intake. That was tasty. Everything we ate here was a good portion. I saw the regular menu. Dishes are about $16. The pancakes looked awesome- maybe we will get that next time. Pancakes would pair well with the hash- it looks like a huge dish. They have a breakfast cocktail menu. I had the bloody Maria (nothing special but it said house made bloody mix so I wanted to try it), which came with a celery stick. I think next time I'll do the coffee inspired cocktails. Those sound amazing. We ate inside because the wind was crazy like 25mph. We ate outside one day, when the wind wasn't as bad, and found that there are some pesky birds trying to steal food off of server trays. So if you don't want the birds, sit inside. The place gets busy; you can make a reservation. We never had to wait in line long or wait for a table, but I think that's because we're hotel guests. Once sat, we did wait more than 20 min to receive our food. But it's ok. The coffee is good. The restaurant turns into Lona for lunch and dinner. They give you the Lona drink menu for breakfast too if you're more in the mood for a margarita. Bar seating is first come first served. Bathrooms are inside the hotel lobby. There is no parking for the restaurant but you can valet.

No way this stuff wasn't pre-made a while ago. Oh yeah, part of a banana and one strawberry. Despite what the waiter said, I could tell everything was pre-made. It's about the same quality as the free "continental breakfast" most cheap hotels offer except at the hotel it's still warm and you get refills on coffee and the waffle is freshly made and hot enough to melt butter. No free refills on coffee here unless you buy their "pour over," and then you get one small refill. The strainer for the coffee was stained and filthy when it was brought out, so they're not using fresh ones or even cleaning thoroughly between uses. GF had a meatless omelet and a smoothie. Her omelet was hot so obviously it was made fresh unlike mine. I told the waiter my food was cold and he swore he saw them "take it out of the oven," but nothing I ordered would be cooked in any over other than a microwave oven. Total bill for two: $60+. This was with a 30% discount on my plate for my food being served cold. Honestly you'll have a better, fresher meal at IHOP or Waffle House or Denny's, for a fraction of the price and you'll get coffee refills.

Even though breakfast itself was lowkey disappointing but the beautiful plants made up for it. I went early and it was very lowkey and relaxing. The place was nearly empty minus a few guests sprinkled here and there. Now onto the food, I had to go with Chef's Special. For me, it was okay. The ingredients were fresh, however, the texture and love came short. I thought the waffle part was too crispy/hard and lost the tenderness of the potatoes. My egg was a bit overdone so it didn't ooze onto the glorious yolk onto all the other components as I'd hoped for. So yeah, the breakfast itself was alright, nothing bad but nothing I'm dying to try again. However, the ambiance was amazing. I would come back for coffee and vibes. Service, was good.
