The only reason for me to be here is for the Live Karaoke band. The place is filthy stinky with smokers. The alcohol is delivered in good amounts and fairly quick if you are seated at the bar, which is HUGE. Lots of guys come here to unwind after the softball/hockey/ whatever sports league team is done playing. A lot of business travelers come here, and bikers. Food is do-able, nothing to brag about. Have not done the wing thing, did try a hotdog and the bread was too dry. I also tried a burger once, and I had better at BK. Restrooms are large and kept clean. Door guy is very dedicated to his job of asking for ID, so if you don't have it, forget trying to get in after 9. Thursday is the night. Any other is miss or miss. read more

Colleagues recommended this place is the best chicken wings. We a group of 10 went to lunch. This is my first time here in this restaurant. The atmosphere is good. There it is difficult to have a table to fit 10 people, unless sitting under the sun (outside). Music volume is high. This place has a section of smoking area in the wine bar. The menu is long and complex. Talking about chicken wings menu, 8 pieces in one favor is $6 and 12 pieces in one favor is $10. Drink is extra. Every side order is 50 cents. I don't think 12 pieces will fill me up. I select the chicken wings buffet, i.e. 6 favors of wings all-you-can-eat and 3 favors in soups. The soups are either spicy or oily. Not impressive. I tried all six wings. I enjoy the two chicken wings in (1) Lemon Pepper and (2) Wild West. They are okay. The other four varieties are not impressive either. I feel like some wings sauce taste like chemicals. Buffet is right away. Serving is slow. It takes 10 ~ 20 minutes to have your disks from kitchen (we have group of 10, in a Friday lunch hours). After the buffet, a soda drink, and tips, the lunch is about $13.50 ~ $14.00. This place is good for friends gathering in small group. Chicken wings are really average. All in all this is a mediocre bar food joint. Taco Mac, Arena Tavern and Chilis all do the same type of food better. We were invited here for a birthday dinner with a group of eight. The service was mixed. Our waitress was friendly and polite, but she would stand at one end of the table to take everyone's order. The noise level in the restaurant was very high so we ended up screaming at the top of our lungs in order for her to hear our orders. She also had to make several trips to bring silverware as she seemed to be able to only find 2-3 sets at a time. They somehow "ran out" of napkins so several of our group got brown paper towels (from the bathroom?) to use instead. Most of our group ordered wings. My wife and I had had wings the two previous weekends so we wanted something else. We agreed to share a platter of nachos and a cheeseburger. The nachos were tasty, but not special. The chips were more crunchy than crispy which made me think they were slightly stale, but my wife thought they were just thicker than typical. The cheese dip was a yellow sauce that reminded me of the velveeta-rotel dip I've had at many tailgates. The sour cream and cheese overwhelmed everything else so I didn't really notice the meat, beans, or other toppings. Not bad, not great. The server asked how I wanted my burger cooked, I said medium, but it came well done. This seems to be happening frequently at restaurants recently. It makes me wonder why they ask if their policy is to always cook burgers well done. Just to give the illusion that they are more upscale? The burger patty was very dry and pretty bland. It tasted the way match-lite charcoal smells, like it was cooked on a dirty gas grill. The toppings were a mess. The cheese was half on the burger and half on the plate, the three strips of bacon were stacked atop each other (on the side of the burger with no cheese) and the vegetables were thrown on top. The fries were potato wedges. They had a nice potato flavor but they were not crispy. I tried a couple wings, they were crispy but dry (overcooked). No one in our group was enthusiastic about the sauces they'd chosen and a couple flavors, "ranchilada" and "boss", were disliked. read more

As far as wings... Dang they were crispy with two delicious sauces. I forgot the names of the sauces ( because there was 2 pages of them to look through) but they were spicy and sweet and very tasty. I've been 3x in 2 months and I've been extremely disappointed twice. I've done a weekend lunch, weekday late lunch, and Saturday night 6:30 dinner. The only time we got our meals in less than 50 minutes was the late afternoon lunch. The kitchen need a lot of work. They just can't keep up and it's so disappointing. We went to dinner tonight and there were 4 adults and 3 toddlers. From the time we sat, we waited an hour and 10 minutes for our meal to come. The servers are outstanding, friendly, and apologetic. This Wild Wings location, first of all, allows smoking in the bar area. The live band, the bar, as well as many tables and booths are on the "smoking side." If you're "reduced to vomiting" at cigarette or cigar smoke, just don't go to this restaurant after 8pm or so, and stop complaining about it. No one cares. But for everyone else that has the willpower to stand it for a while, Wild Wings is always a good time. I have come with work friends, in groups, with my family, alone, and every time I am entertained by the people that frequent this bar. The food, especially the wings, are always very good. I've had cheaper beer prices elsewhere, but there are always specials on things each month. On the nights when there are live bands, you have to be there to hear the band, or else it is not enjoyable with all the noise. It is literally hard to hear the screaming person right across the table from you on band nights. As we slowly witnessed other people being served and finished eating who came after us. We decided to call it quits and just wanted our order cancelled. I play poker here on the regular and about a month ago the server had added gratuity to my bill without telling me or anyone else who had paid with their card. I asked the other server who had been there for 10 years, Quanna, if that is a new thing they are doing and she said they've never done that before & are not supposed to do that. Then, I went here 2 days ago on a Saturday and I kept my customer copy of the receipt and the same server adjusted my tip! If you come here make sure you double check your bill and your credit card charge. Okay, so they are doing their part on social distancing, if you could call it that. Main dining area is closed. Bar is open (and packed), and you can order takeout. Called around 4:30 on Saturday and placed my order. 30 wings and a side of tater tots. Not a big deal. Got to the restaurant and went to the Take Out area, with my face mask on. Nobody there. Another patron arrived right after me and we both waited about 5 minutes. Walked over to the packed bar and asked the bartender if he could help. He did. I told him there was another person waiting for food and he sent someone to the Take Out area to help. Purposely ordered take out so I wouldn't be exposed to a lot of people. Now you've made me go to the bar where nobody is wearing a mask. Not good! Not only that but the tater tots were stale. Tasted like they had been under a heat lamp for quite some time and dried out. They fry then bake their wings which they make each and every sauce themselves. the comment about frozen food by an earlier posted is simply not true. They are also willing to accommodate dietary needs. They entertain just about anything with a smile on their face. We even bring in diabetic blue cheese dressing and they do not say a word. Servers made us feel like we were inconveniencing them by requesting to be seated at a table instead of a booth. The attitude and lackluster service continued all night. After spending hundreds of dollars, with food still on the table we were ordered to leave by their security at five minutes till close. The wings are pretty good. Ribs, horrible.
