Went here once.. The wings was awesome, but the customer service sucks.. Like we was there for a long time and no one helped us.. We was getting ready to leave, but I felt bad cause we called our our in like 30 mins before and the food wasn't still ready when we got there.. The bar tenter was paying us no mine, and they was no one else up front.. Idk if they was short that day but the bar tenter had an attitude.. But I go back for the wings.. The only reason this has two stars is because the beer is good. But I come here every Tuesday for BOGO wing night and this isn't the first time I have been shafted on my order. Order boneless wings and I get bones in them. I tell the waitress and she says I ordered traditional wings. She isn't nice about it and tells me that she has to pay for them now. Me and my family of 11 went to this location on Tuesday for bash night. We were celebrating one of our friend's achievements, so we were going to be spending a lot of money of food and alcohol. We had called at 2:00 that afternoon to let them know we would have a party of 11 coming at 7:00 and they wrote down our party's info. When we got there we waited an hour and a half for our table. The GM, I believe Socky was his name but I could be mistaken, was the manager on duty. He came up to my party to ask us to move from the To-Go counter because customers were getting confused. He was very disrespectful when he had asked. My husband was making a joke to the GM and said "so how can we get a table after an hour and half". The GM replied "don't come on a Tuesday night with a party of 11". He was so rude and hateful. Our party of 11 would've spend 500+ dollars at his store. We left to go eat Texas Roadhouse where they actually value their customers. When we left, I called to issue a complaint and get the owners contact. I was hung up on THREE times. Then after I called back the forth time I was told they were too busy to give me his contact. I gave them my phone number to text it to me and never received it. I'm not surprised that the customer service was awful considering the GM doesn't even know how to be polite, so how could he enforce something he's not capable of. I just want the owner to know that he just lost 11 regulars and we will NEVER come back to this location. All around excellent restaurant. Not sure how this place finds waitStaff, but I have yet to have a bad experience. And I have probably been here 50+ times in the past few years. Wings are great. Burgers cooked to order. Cold beer. Bartenders that are actual professionals and not glorified beer bottle openers. Might get a bit crowded and noisy, but you don't go here for a quiet evening meal. read more

Food is good, but if you only have 60 mins for lunch, this is not a good place. They're kitchen gets in the weeds and when staff call out, they struggle to meet the demand. I've missed several meetings due to long food wait times. Again, food is good as long as you can wait. read more

Was visiting my Dad at the nearby hospital a couple of nights, I'm from Marietta, and decided to go to Wild Wings cause I was tired of the cafeteria food. I sat at the bar and the two bartenders were great. Had good conversation with the two ladies and enjoyed a couple of tasty colds and some alway good wings! Terrible service. awful. the people there were trashy and everyone seemed to be dressed to undress. was I at a restaurant or a club!? not a family place, AT ALL. Waited for almost 2 hours to be seated, when we asked about seating, the manager screamed at my friend for 10 minutes straight. our service was terrible, I had to ask, ASK, another server for a refill. The waitress took a $20 dollar bill and denied taking it. After calling the manger back, they finally gave in and paid for it, but never got our change. The manger then proceeded in screaming at us, and putting hands on us for another 15-20 minutes. My friend was asked to leave because he didn't like being screamed at. I have eaten at this restaurant many times since it has been open. I am baffled at how one restaurant can hire such terrible servers. It is comical. I'm not even being picky. Last experience, I met someone there as they were passing through town. All we wanted was to share a few appetizers and a couple of drinks. Our menus were disgusting. They had dried food on them, were sticky, and I had to pull the pages apart. I said something to the server and she laughed and agreed. The bar stock menu is far from accurate. The server had no idea what they had. I ended up walking to the bar to ask. I asked for a woodchuck and a shot of makers mark and a glass. Server seemed confused. I pointed out that they have a speciality drink of angry orchard with a shot of fireball. I told her that was what I was doing, but woodchuck and bourbon instead. If the bartender didn't want to make it, then just bring me the glass. She says "but woodchuck is in a bottle!" She runs off and brings back a woodchuck bottle and a shot and no extra glass. I should have gone to the bar. I ended up spilling half my shot trying to pour it into the bottle. When she dropped of my drinks, she took our order. She never reappeared until 20min after we were done eating. She never took my friend's drink order. I thought I would never get our check. We met there about 7:45. We didn't leave until almost 10pm. Luckily, we had a lot to talk about. I like the variety on the menu and the food is good. I will go back for the wings and music, but I need to figure out how to get a server that actually serves. The food is always hot and delicious and my order is always correct. The drinks are well made and the staff is friendly and polite. I like to sit and read while I dine and the servers always give me excellent service while not bothering me too much so that I am able to enjoy my meal and the book/ebook I'm reading. Used to be amazing. Over the years it has gotten progressively worse. The service has always been good. The food has gone from wonderful to below average. Stood for over 15 minutes by the bar and was never asked I wanted anything. Pathetic and inexcusable.

We have gone here often and its been good enough for us to return until last night. It can be hard to mess up wings and chips but they did. The wings were given droplets of sauce and the house made chips were probably from earlier in the day and then reheated in a microwave. All this could have been fixed if our server or any other server had come by the table but they were all conferencing with the hostess. by the time the manager came around we had no choice but to have eaten some of it as we had to leave soon.
