I don't even know where to begin. My family (4 of us) were on a mini-vacation and stopped here for a quick lunch. It was a Sunday early-afternoon. There was an expected wait of about 15-20 minutes, which wasn't bad. Once seated our server, Caroline, came for our drink orders. She was pleasant enough. It took about 10 minutes to get our drinks, 3 sodas and a tea. My Sprite was disgusting, it had to be the soda water. I asked to trade it for a ginger ale, which tasted exactly the same. So I gave up on my drinks. We waited for her to come back to place our order and after 20 minutes I decided to grab another server for help, a young man. He proceeded to apologize, stating they were short-handed and a little overwhelmed in the kitchen so all the servers were working double-duty. He took our order for Caroline. I'm not unsympathetic, I totally understand how this world works now, so I tried being patient. Caroline never came over to apologize for our wait or for the other server taking our order. I did gesture for him once more to give him an early tip. Long story short, after one hour and fifteen minutes we received our food. My wings were the worst quality wings I've ever had. My husband said the same. My adult son said his philly was okay and my daughter had a salad. We saw the manager but he appeared to be slinking around avoiding eye contact. There was a large party at a table nearby and they complained about their service as well. However, we did not get the opportunity because Caroline only came back (with an attitude because we summoned her colleague I guess) to give us the check. $80 for this lunch was unfathomable. We are not WWCafe novices since we used to live in Savannah and go to the one there and in Hilton Head. I assume they are under new management since it's been 8 years and the menu is significantly different. Also different is the quality of food and service. Summary: Avoid at ALL costs and spend your hard-earned money elsewhere. The only bright spots were the two young men servers, who despite the awful working conditions, continued to smile and be polite. COVID is no excuse for lack of basic customer service, and I know this because my husband is a hospitality GM/DOS. read more

Came in and was seated right away, server ok, but refused to serve me a 22oz of their 4.9% brown ale...said something about alcohol content. Ordered chicken fingers with the cajon sauce, rest of my party ordered wings and a chicken sandwich. Food took longer than expected, so be prepared. Wasn't super-busy and would hate to know what wait times are during peak hours. They should offer bread or chips. However, the chicken was excellent, and the portions are generous. Super-fresh. I hate having to leave this review because I LOVE Wild Wings! It seems this location is having the same issues as the Augusta, Ga location, as far as getting their chicken wings. I know the location in Augusta said they were receiving seconds and even getting wings from Chile, due to a shortage of chicken wings. Overall good experience. It was the only place that seemed to allow us in for dinner after nine, we stopped at 4 different places. Best cheesesteak I've eaten outside of Philadelphia. The fries and cheese curds were great. I was a little disappointed with the wing flavor, but I was the only person out of my group of 4 that said that. For a place that mentions Wings in their name...they were pathetic - Soggy and cold. The waitstaff at least the ones I had were cold a distant acting like we were a bother to them. I was here for an hour and saw my waitress on the floor a total of 3 times. I didn't get my waffle fries, which was the best part of the meal by the way until more than half way through my 10 piece wing. I am absolutely amazed that a manager can be this awful. First off, letting your staff be seriously short handed, second, not clearing tables. I counted six nasty full tables of plates and glasses, half eaten food and chicken wing bones, yeah, I love enjoying my meal looking at that mess........Surprised any help actually still works there. Came here on Friday at 6:25 for happy hour. When I was seated, I had to remind the waiter that I wanted The happy hour menu, and his response was "oh is it not 7?". To which I responded, " no it's 6:26". Then he came back with a menu saying that his manager said I can only get the happy hour drinks and not the food. Good size and interesting sauces. The only thing I would have liked better was to have more wing sauce. They were nicely covered but I like wing sauce in the bottom of the dish. They didn't have any extra sauce. This is why I gave a 4 star rating. Some people have complained about the slow service but we go early knowing that restaurants are going to fill up quickly. We have not eaten here for some time, probably a year or two. The restaurant's decor was still nice and looked as it did on our last visit as far as we can tell. We ordered 18 wings "to go", half medium hot and half teriyaki. The service was fast and the staff was friendly. When we got home with our order, and sat down to eat, the story changes in some bad ways: The biggest concern, and a somewhat alarming aspect of our meal was that it seemed as though some kids had cut up the chicken. There were bone slivers and fragments of bones in and around many of the wings. I almost swallowed a sharp ended piece of a bone that seemed to be loose in a wing. Also, there was not enough wing sauce to distinguish the teriyaki wings from the med. hot wings. They all ended up looking and tasting about the same. Close to the look and taste of "naked wings". This is a fun and extremely friendly restaurant. The staff is amazing, gave us a free appetizer when they thought we had experienced too long a wait. The wings are amazing and I am from near buffalo! When I saw the sign from the road saying best wings south of buffalo I knew I had to try them out. I highly recommend trying this place out, the entertainment is great they have a live band. Wings were good. Decided to get two flavors of their BBQ, the Garlic Parm, Orange, and another flavor. We got take out due to them having a wait to get in. There were three of us eating the traditional bone-in wings and none of us could tell which flavor wing was which. They were dry or naked with nothing on any of them. We have never eaten here so I guess this is right but we did expect some flavor to stand out so we could tell which was which. They were just in a big box with dividers in five sections. We dearly love wings but really can't say go to this place for their wings. They were Eatible but not enjoyable. Maybe someone messed our order up but we couldn't have known either way.
