An adorable brunch cafe with a next door bakery market! We had lunch here on a Monday and it was quite busy for a weekday! The service was great and both sandwiches we got were delicious. I got a side of their deli salad which was super fresh and tasty.

Stopped in the Wildflower Cafe this morning to try them out for breakfast. Had a short wait to be seated which was fine. Restaurant was busy, but everything turned out great!!! Our server, Karen, was nice and did a great job our entire visit!! Food looked and tasted excellent!!! Food presentation is top notch!! Restaurant is nice inside and also has a small amount of outdoor seating when available. They also have a small market around the corner from the restaurant that sells their baked goods, gifts, ready to heat/eat meals and a lot more!!! Looking forward to dining here again!!! Excellent job to the kitchen staff for their hard work!!!

Been to most places in DTSP and looking for something new. Deb found this little place for brunch. Entrance is in the back and a signup list if it's busy. Karen was awesome and offered great suggestions. I haven't had a Benedict in a while and this one sounds yummy. BLTA BENEDICT... All your favorites plus avocado, on toasty buttered Thomas Original English Muffin, with housemade hollandaise. Very tasty and fresh. . Deb had the that! Chicken Pecan Tart With orange mango chutney and fresh seasonal fruit. Good portion and flavors but Deb didn't care for it. Nice local vibe. Very friendly folks.

Savanah salad, a special of the day

Great lunch location! I had the salad special, which was a Savannah Salad loaded with goodness. That bright orangish item in the salad? A peach. Bacon, check. Cheese and nuts, check. Totally worth it! They also have several flavored teas, some sweetened, some not sweetened. I had a not sweetened tea and it was delicious. This is also a good place for quiche and baked treats. If you don't have time to have lunch here, you can get items to go from their quick pickup storefront in the front of the building. I need to go here for lunch more often.

Wildflower Cafe is a breath of fresh air! Located in Belleair, which is filled with beautiful homes, classic history and friendliness, Wildflower Cafe exemplifies these very qualities. The food was amazing. Absolutely adored the breakfast omelette I got, with the potatoes being crunchy, salty and savory. Something Wildflower Cafe does exceptionally well is baked goods, as evidenced by the attached bakery. The Belgian waffles that my friend got and the biscuit I got are all testaments to that: warm, soft, sweet, hearty and tender. The service we had was professional and quick, no complaints over here!

    3 egg breakfast

The food and the service were both outstanding. Highly recommend. We went on Sat Paddy's and even the biscuits were green!

Small cute restaurant. Food-wise was worth the price. Awesome staff. They were very accommodating. Was amazed of their food presentation, better than some good restaurants. I highly recommend this place :)

    Pretzel roll

Ordered the Denver omelette (special), came with cheese grits. Omelette was very good, the bacon and ham were delicious. The cheese grits were grits with shredded American cheese on top - a little unconventional but not terrible. My partner had the pretzel roll and the raspberry scone - she liked the pretzel roll and to my eye, it looked very good. I tried the raspberry scone and it was very tasty. All in all it was a nice experience - we sat outside, but the service was very attentive, we didn't have to wait long. The table was a little low to the ground and the chairs were slightly cramped but the overall atmosphere was comfy and cozy. A lot of the other patrons seemed like regulars, looking forward to becoming one myself!

The food was great! While the eggs looked a tad off, they tasted good. The french toast was flavorful and had good texture. The inside was a bit cramped, so we sat outside, but it was well decorated inside and out and had a cozy vibe! Lastly, service was good, we were greeted almost instantly and got our food out quickly. Overall, great experience, I would definitely recommend!

The Best Breakfast and Lunch menu in the area. One word. Delicious. Will be returning. The specials are amazing.

My friend and I walked right in on Mother's Day while many larger parties were waiting- we sat outside on the cute patio at a small table, which was perfect. Our server was attentive and helpful. Breakfast was AMAZING - so amazing that I almost forgot to snap a photo! The omelette was perfectly cooked with three items of your choice. The potatoes were seasoned well, so yummy! The fruit was a beautiful, delicious accompaniment. I thought I would take the biscuit home, but one bite with that amazing jelly, and I devoured it on the spot! Do not miss this wonderful little gem!!!

    Autumn bowl
    Adam M.

Good food! I had the autumn bowl which felt a bit pieced together with some very interesting combinations (cous cous, maple dressing, sliced deli turkey, and a homemade pumpkin dessert bread), but it all seemed to work. I didn't love the turkey as it was the sliced off the roll/more suited for a sandwich variety. Not cheap, but not terrible, about $55 for two salads and two drinks.

Was looking for a different place for brunch and found this cute little place. The ambiance was homey and the food was ok. Unfortunately the French toast had no taste but the Mimosa was amazing and it has a good mom and pop vibe. The service was A+ so I will be going again and try a different dish.

The location alone makes it a convenient and easy choice if you're staying nearby or heading out for a morning walk along the beach. Breakfast was exactly what you hope for at a casual beachside café. We had coffee, an egg sandwich with bacon, and a Western omelet with cheese. Everything was cooked fresh and made to order, and it definitely hit the spot to start the day. Simple, satisfying breakfast food done well. The service was great--friendly, attentive, and welcoming without feeling rushed. It's the kind of place where the staff makes you feel comfortable right away. Another thing that stood out was the pricing. For a beach location, the prices are very fair, which makes it an even better value considering the quality of the food and the location. If you're looking for a relaxed, no-frills breakfast with good food, great service, and an awesome location near the beach, Beach Shanty Cafe is well worth stopping by.

They are made from a fresh buttermilk batter made daily, not from the box! The biscuits and gravy were so yummy. The home fries were cooked perfect with a little crisp. My kids ordered the fish and chips and a burger. Everything was cooked to perfection and packed with flavor. The fish was flaky and fresh. The burger was juicy and a good size. Hung all around the restaurant were funny signs that said things like "No one cares about your diet, just eat your salad and be sad" or "If I agreed with you then we would both be wrong" Even the menu was funny. It said "Maggies Rules: #1.) Be patient! This is Florida. we don't get in too much of a hurry over anything! #2.) If you are mean and grouchy, Maggie collects a $10 cover charge!!!
