i literally come to this fine establishment at least once a day thats how great it is. every time i go i usually get the same cashier named samara who goes above and beyond to accommodate our needs. my friend who often goes with me is a vegan and samara was great with the recommendations on what she could and couldnt eat and she also was quick to notice that the bread that is originally given with the meal ordered had butter on it and was quick to get us butterless bread without hesitation. i highly recommend eating here when in town, they never disappoint, this restaurant was a gift from god himself read more

My first time visiting one of these locations and I'm so glad it was this one! The staff makes for such a friendly atmosphere that their attitude translates to the guests! Just had lunch here. Have never been in here before. Thought we'd try something else. Lunch was great. Had the Forest Mushroom soup. Oooh sooo GOOD. Service was also very nice. If you want a quite afternoon out, stay home. It is kinda noisey. We will definitely be coming back. read more

Great food, coffee and bread. Terrible service...they do not have a clue how to keep the coffee pots full or take and order efficiently.

I saw an employee in the bathroom and they left the bathroom without washing their hands. That in and of itself is bad. Beyond that, the food is meh. I'd expect more for the pricing. Space is nice and bright. And coffee is respectable. I realize that one employee is not an entire company but I can't get past it. read more

I am updating my previous rating below! I have been to bread company several times since I wrote my last review and I have to say things are getting better! My order has been made correctly and I have been happy with the new selections. My last few meals there have been very good! Trying to keep it honest and fair! This was my previous rating .......................BE CAREFUL IF YOU ARE ON A SPECIAL DIET! This is my second experience with ordering my dinner Gluten Free without croutons on my salad and didn't get it made that way. The last time I talked to the owner and removed my rating. I thought I would eventually give it a second chance. Yesterday, I ordered the Salmon Salad without croutons and got it with two large croutons right under the salmon. I made sure the girl who process my order wrote it as no croutons with bread on a separate dish to give to my husband. The bread was on a separate dish but the crouton was on my salad. I took it up to the front and she apologized, said " I wrote it right on there", which I know she did, and they did make it over this time. The last time they just took off the crouton and tried to hide it, there was still a small piece left in it and I saw it when I was eating it. This is the first time I thought I would give it a second try, and they failed me once again! It is too bad, because I really can't trust them anymore! We need a healthy restaurant in Prescott that we can trust. read more

Wild Flowers used to be inside Prescott Gateway Mall. Food was always very good and staffs were experienced. They moved to the new address along Route 69 recently, things have changed quite bit, but not to a good direction. I ordered an Asian chicken salad, the salad did not have chicken but with a lot of croutons, so I asked the staff why there was no chicken, they brought to me a small dish with some chicken, the chicken was not in strips but flat pieces which was for sandwich, that means there was no chicken strips made for the salad. I looked at the menu, the name is Asian chicken, but if you look at the details, they have eliminate the chicken, so did the other salad. I was disappointed at the Wild Flowers in Prescott. I believe that the owner must have been changes, and the business structure is different although it is a chain restaurant, it is supposed to have the quality consistency. read more

Service is great!! As far as I'm concerned, the staff makes or breaks a place. Although this place rocks with food selections and quality food....I love good service!! Had a Brisket Rueben on Marbled Rye...marbled rye is sooo hard to find and purchased a yummy peach pie to take home...So delish!! I am editing because I forgot to mention that I took my father-in-law for Father's Day and WBC were giving out a baguette to each customer...That made a huge impression on the guys and besides that, I used to buy the La Brea baguettes from Costco, but will start buying from WBC, It was the BEST!! read more

Had an issue with my salad. Manager responded with an apology, even though I did not need one. WBC does great service, and they are successful because of it. I love that every time I come in, there is something new. Haven't been here in a few months, but just tried the chipotle spinach plus salad and oh my gosh it is absolutely delicious! Please don't get rid of it! I would also like to point out that this is always a busy restaurant! I hardly ever come in and see an empty table! Great place to grab any meal of the day. They have AMAZING pancakes! They change their menu seasonally, but I can tell you some of my favorite sandwiches for anytime of the year. During summer they have the TRIPLE CLUB! So good. And huge! Much more filling than anything you'd get a Panera. When winter rolls around, get the CHEDDAR BRAISED BEEF! So juicy and delicious! They have the best potato salad I have ever tried. They have such a wide variety of items. Bfast sandwiches, pancakes, frit fritattas (open omlettes), sandwiches, salads, soups, pastas, and don't forget their bread and pastries, caked and pies. You have to frequent this place to make sure you try EVERYTHING because it's all good. Potato Cream Cheese Soup to die for. The other soups rotate daily and seasonally but every one I have tried has not disappointed. They have at least one vegetarian option for every meal, and even a few hidden menu items. I love the roasted veggie sandwich. Love bread? Make sure you visit at least once a month because they feature a special bread. Jalapeño Cheddar is my favorite. And they give mom's and dad's a free loaf of bread on mother's/father's day. Now that I'm done raving about the food, let me share my experience on the atmosphere/service. This is a fast-casual atmosphere. Which means you order and pay at a register, grab your drink and have a seat, and someone brings you your food shortly after. There are no waiters or waitresses. Just a few people running back and forth helping everyone. This location is super busy. So if you're short on time for lunch, call ahead. Most visits I get my food within 7-10 min of ordering. But I've also been here when every table is full and there's a line out the door (no exaggeration) and it takes more like 10-15 min to get my meal. Anytime between 11-2 is packed. And from 9-2 on Sundays, good luck finding a seat. It's a wide space so it can get loud. The staff (they are called breadheads) are mostly friendly. We all have our off days, but it's farrrrr better than most customer service I see places. There are a lot of regulars and you can tell that the staff goes out of their way to say hi to them which to a shows they actually care. It's not overly pricey. It probably averages $8- $12. Which is what you would pay going through a drive thru except this actually tastes good and is better for you. read more

Delicious! Great food all the time. Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner. This place is not unique to Prescott but is a welcome addition to the neighborhood. Located at the Prescott Gateway Mall. They make fresh breads, muffins, and pastries, along with great pancakes (my favorite), wonderful soups, and sandwiches. For lunch and dinner they serve a tasty assortment of salads and pasta dishes. I'm not an authority on the food because all we ate this trip was Banana Bread, coffee, and juice (all of which were good). But, I can tell you this... We're from the East Coast and Panera's doesn't come anywhere close to Wildflower for Customer Service. We were taking some bread back to our hotel as a gift to the desk clerk who helped us extend our stay. The Manager/Asst Mgr, Eddie, went above & beyond to put our bread in a fancy box with Wildflower tissue paper and make it extra special. We will DEFINITELY BE GOING BACK for a full meal as their menu is varied and has some very unique items you can't find elsewhere. Great Place.
