Good spot for a quick breakfast or lunch. The place can get a bit crowded, however. As Sedona has more and more become a year-round tourist Mecca, due to the central location of Wildflower, the place is more often than not crowded in the AM hours. So, be prepared. Set up just like Panera. I would say the food is better than Panera but the service is really slow so don't come here if you are in a hurry. I did hear one of the patrons behind me say it was a 'slow-dona' thing but with that many people working there, I was surprised at how they let the long get so long. I got impatient and asked for our food to go but the seating areas have a nice view of the red rocks. My favorite is the blackberry orange lemonade. The ultimate bacon and egg sandwich is deli (a bit greasy) but I would pass on the stuffed French toast next time. I got a Turkey Breast & Brie sandwich here and my sandwich was disgusting, the tomato's ended up drenching my bread on the bottom and make it unbelievably hard to eat. I don't really understand why this place is SO popular in Sedona, it's pretty much like an off brand Panera bread. Prices were are fair for tourist and the place itself is spacious, but I didn't care for their sandwiches. UPDATE: wildflower company sent me a refund and an additional giftcard. Saw this place in Prescott first and now, as I was looking for a place to eat in Sedona it caught my attention again on Yelp. I was not disappointed I must say. Now all I want to do is go back to try other dishes. So far I tried their Lentil, Tomatoe and Mushroom soups, tuna and egplant sandwitches and everything was excellent. We came here as we were walking around, not knowing what we want to eat in the heat... so we stumble upon this place and want to give it a try... At first, i will say it look like your typical Penara Bread... but then when you are ready to order, you know you are in a different place... the people are so much nicer, and they give you recommendations, the menu choices are bigger, and you can customize all you want... give you a little sign to put on your table, then the server will bring your food to your table!!! Worst experience. Waited in line for 45 min only to be told that they were no longer serving breakfast (we were in line well before the 10:30 cutoff). We then waited another 40 min for the food. I know staffing is such a challenge recently, but the poor customer service could be helped with frequent communication to customers waiting patiently in line. We got their grilled cheese, chopped salad, and blackberry orange lemonade. The grilled cheese was majorly underwhelming compared to what I was expecting, but the chopped salad (we got it with chicken and not salmon) was delicious, as was the lemonade. This is a lovely bread company similar to a Panera bread. The views are great, and the breakfast is wonderful. Coffee is free refills and self serve with oat milk, creamer and wide variety of sweeteners available. Bread is so super fresh and amazing. Very disappointing experience. The food was overpriced and I found at the end that my potato soup had ham in it without that ever being listed. When I complained, as a vegetarian, I was told I "should've known," because while it doesn't advertise its ham, it also doesn't advertise the dish as being vegetarian. Chinese salad literally had 2 slices of cucumber and three shreds of carrot that put together would not have amount to a quarter of a mini carrot.
