Update for the customer service from management-- after I posted my previous review, the founder reached out to me and offered to refund my meal and either give me a gift card to try out Wildflower again and have a better experience or donate money to a charity of my choosing. It is very apparent that the top management values customer service despite the interaction I had with the employees. I'm hoping that my next experience will be a great one! When I'm back in AZ for spring break next week, I will be writing a review for my local location in Scottsdale. Excited to see improvement! read more

This is one of my favorite Sedona restaurants, and I visit several times each trip. However, I'm dinging one star because the service has been AWFUL lately. I don't know if it's because they're understaffed but they have 1 checker who isn't even always present. So just be prepared to wait a while. read more

Nom nom nom nom. Clean, friendly, and a large variety of choices. We tried the cranberry and chocolate chip scones. I thought they were more like biscuits because they were rather moist but still delicious. While in line, they were sampling the garlic olive oil and it was TASTY. We have been coming to Sedona for a long time. We always have breakfast here. The food is consistently good and the views from patio are spectacular. Ordered 1/2 BLT on a Panini bread w a spicy dip And mushroom soup. The food was delicious however no spoon for the soup. No butter for my wife's bread w potato soup. I really love the Wildflower Bread company. They are in several places in Arizona and their food is great. In Sedona I ordered a simple ham and egg breakfast Sandwich. It was tasty. My wife ordered a bagel with cream cheese which was delicious. The only issue I had with the food is the coffee. It's often pretty weak. The atmosphere here is wonderful. There is a beautiful view out on the patio. You can sit by a little fireplace area. I was happy to see so many attentive staff members as well. An added bonus was the free wi-fi which they have at all of their locations. If you're looking for a good, basic place to eat then this is it. read more

I ate here for lunch twice this past week both times with 3 other dining companions. We were outside both times with a wonderful view of snoopy rock. The first time I was here I had the turkey pastrami sandwich. It had a nice flavor and the bread was toasted nicely. The second time I had the wildflower salad. It was excellent and what I liked the most about it was the crunchiness of it. Between the jicama, celery and sunflower seeds, you always had something crunchy going on in your mouth. It was served with two pieces of sourdough bread. The bread itself was good and became excellent when adding a bit of red pepper hummus which a dining companion had ordered. It tasted wonderful and was also cool which was perfect for the warm day. The bottom line for me is that I would come back in the future. It seemed like much more of a lunch place than dinner though as the serving sizes are not too large. read more

As another reviewer mentioned, Wildflower reminds me of Panera Bread. Love the ambiance - it's clean w/lots of natural light, and if you sit on the back balcony you can dine w/a nice view of the mountains and rocks (although there is a busy street below). However, I thought the food was pretty average. - Spicy chipotle egg sandwich: family liked this one - Sausage & egg sandwich: 3 stars - not enough sausage & therefore not quite enough flavor - Feta & roasted veggie frittata: sis thought it was blah - Chocolate chip scone: 3 stars - Toffee tart: 3 stars - the whipped cream was amazing, but the toffee part wasn't very crunchy, more the consistency of natural peanut butter. Pretty good place for sandwiches and salads. Comparable to Panera Bread. This cafe is definitely one of the cheapest lunch options in the Sedona touristy area. Upon entering any sort of "bread company" (Panera, Corner Bakery, etc.), my primary concern is this: will there be enough food on the plate to fill my belly? Often times at these sorts of places, the answer is a resounding no. At Wildflower, however, I can happily answer in the affirmative: you will get filled up on a sandwich here. The pork feta sandwich I had may have been a seasonal special (I visited in March 2014). There was a heaping amount of tasty pork on the sandwich. Everything about this sandwich worked perfectly. In fact, it for sure ranked in the Top 5 Sandwiches I have ever eaten. Not exaggerating here. The potato chips that accompanied the sandwich were a perfect complement (and let's be honest: some places screw up the potato chips, which is a shame). Wildflower has excellent views from the back patio, but there were no tables when we visited. While the place was packed, the service was fast -- we ordered immediately, and our food came out within a few short minutes. The price point was excellent -- it's a great value, particularly compared to your other options in Sedona. We only ate here once during our 2 days in Sedona, though I wish we had visited another time. At about $10 for a meal, it's such a better experience than other restaurants that will cost you $20-$30. read more

Avocado toast very tasty, had a ton of fresh avo on it, with perfect over easy eggs. We sat outside by the fountain, it was nice. Fresh OJ also good, how can it not? I didn't know I was supposed to wait inside for my Americano (you order at the counter here) and when it didn't arrive with our food the waitress went and made me a new one which was cool (and good coffee too). Love this place for a quick, casual, and healthy dinner. They have a large menu with decent prices, I think everything under $10. I had the chicken salad sandwich, which was stacked high with fresh veggies and had delicious hearty bread. Minus one star for being stingy with the chicken salad. The Italian wedding soup was also good but not memorable. The salmon Alfredo surprisingly had a decent amount of salmon and great flavors (especially if you love capers!) without the sauce being too heavy. I live in Phoenix and I always stop by Wildflower for brunch so while I was at Sedona with my family for my birthday, I was excited to show my parents this spot! However ... This Wildflower is the absolute worst! The two pesto chicken dishes i ordered were lukewarm. It took forever to put ice in the soda machine so they had a line of people waiting to get a drink. They did not toast the bread on the turkey and brie and when I mentioned it to the staff, She visibly got upset. I told I would pay for it, because although the menu didn't state this, I was trying to be flexible to get replacement toasted bread. It never came despite them insisting they'd bring it out free. Oh and the soups were not hot either I'm not sure why. Its disappointing. The apathy was visible. I'd check out some other place that's more attentive. The line is long and considering that most people are idiots and can't seem to make up their mind until they actually order it's a challenge to be half way patient. It's hard when you see sooooo much inefficiently in staff performance. Overall for the fantastic price, nice view and decent food this restaurant was a solid pick. This chain is like an upscale corner bakery. You order the food at the counter and then the staff gives you a number and bring you the food. It has a nice breakfast menu, and solid lunch and dinner menu (albeit limited in selection). I had the salmon on fettucine with capers in the sauce and it was very good. My wife had the butternut squash ravioli and it too was good. On the outside patio, the view was very nice with an expansive view of the red rocks. They do not serve alcohol. It definitely has a chain feel. Most of the dining is inside which amazes me when sedano has such great views. This is a solid place to get a reasonably priced meal (regardless of whether it is breakfast, lunch or dinner) after a jeep tour. I would give it a 3.5. read more

Thank goodness for Yelp reviews because this place is amazing! When you walk in, Wildflower looks a little like a food court but it's so much more. They have a large variety of sandwiches, soups, salads and light bites so I'd definitely recommend this place for lunch or a snack! For lunch, we went for the triple club and thank goodness we shared it because it's a substantial portion! If you're starving or have a large appetite, I'd definitely suggest this one! It comes with a side of potato salad or other salad which was delicious too! I rarely go through photos to add on Yelp and want to relive eating it again, but this was one of those! From the dressing, to the salad and meat.. every bit of it was delicious!! On a separate visit, we tried some cakes too and went for the chocolate cake and the lemon and coconut. I'm not usually a fan of lemon but was really craving some coconut and vanilla sponge and with that being the only one close, I decided to chance it - so glad I did!! It was moist, tasty, mildly lemony and not too sweet and the cream was a gorgeous vanilla - not too heavy either. The foods are delicious. They have a lot of variety. From croissant to potato cream cheese soup. I love their chicken pesto pasta. So delicious! My daughter loves their three cheese ravioli. My other favorite is Salmon alfredo. Yummy!! Downside: we had to wait for 20-30 minutes to get our food. The staffs look very busy; looks like they short of staff. I think they need more staff because the place always look so busy during breakfast, lunch and dinner. The price also reasonable. Worst experience. Waited in line for 45 min only to be told that they were no longer serving breakfast (we were in line well before the 10:30 cutoff). We then waited another 40 min for the food. Included at no charge was the bad attitude from the girl at the counter. When you walk in, there's also a nice big poster advertisement for Herb Linguini, but keep in mind, nothing on the "Pasta" menu is available until after 3:00 pm. We got a mediterranean salad, and added chicken for $2.30. I don't recommend it. 'Added' means a small, half-handful, though the salad was sizably large, it took them about 15 minutes to make.
