I recently started birding this year and was getting seed at the major stores. Then one day I saw this place and couldn't wait to go inside. I still get excited knowing I need to go make a WBU run. The staff are absolutely amazing. Everyone is so knowledgeable and so incredibly kind. I became a member which is $25 a year and it saves so much on bird food. They also have the best bird food you can buy with no additives. Yes there's additives on a lot of bird food, who would have thought? This is also a wonderful place to get a gift for someone. So many cool and neat things, be amazed when you come here.

Which was really rude I thought but I give her The benefit that she was probably tired or not in a talkative mood. So the next I walk in there looking for a flag, she did the same thing. After a min a older white couple walks in and she just goes up to them and offers them her service. Then I realize that it wasn't that she was rude and not talkative it's just that I wasn't the type of customer she would like to give service to. I will take my money somewhere else. I just order my flag from Amazon and got it two days later and cheaper.

She was just a bird nut, chasing squirrels from her bird feeder, watching them from her binoculars in the kitchen; it was cute. The center is a little overwhelming and cluttered, but they have everthing for bird lovers: special types of bird feeder, lawn ornaments (yes gnomes-you gnome freaks), books about birds, etc. My favorite item was the hare and the turtle battling it out on a chess set, with mini turtle and hare pieces. They also had a book on how to attract songbirds to your yard (in case you have a lot of spare time). There were mostly housewives in here, so I got a few strange stares, but I would get a gift here.

Until today, I have never had any issues. When I arrived to drop off my dog, River, for his grooming appointment, I was told I needed to provide updated rabies vaccination records, which I would have to obtain from my vet. Unfortunately, the vet's office was closed. My groomer, Kayla, explained that she was legally unable to groom him without that information, which I completely understand. I went back to my car, searched my phone for any record, and returned to let them know I did not have it. I also explained that I had not been informed beforehand that his updated rabies information was missing from your records. At that point, another staff member chimed in from the back and very rudely stated that this information had been included in a text. The way she spoke was unprofessional and dismissive. If important information like rabies records is required, it should be clearly communicated in a separate, direct message--not hidden at the bottom of a general confirmation text. Instead of showing understanding or kindness, this employee was disrespectful and showed no sense of customer service. The entire encounter was unpleasant, and I left feeling frustrated. When I spoke with the manager, all I was told was that she would "speak to the employee." That is not enough to address the situation. This experience has completely changed my view of your company, and I will no longer be bringing my business here. It's disappointing to see a place I trusted for years show such a lack of professionalism, courtesy, and basic customer care. I will never return here to any location and I advise nobody else does either. Sara cares, very obviously loves animals, and has that special touch! She did a great job grooming my angel, who rarely trusts anyone to grind her nails.
