Poutine tots were crispy and delicious, but the tomato and avocado toppings didn't really make any sense. We split the French dip and signature cheesesteak, both generous portions and very flavorful. And the fries were perfection! We were really happy with our find - great service, very reasonably priced and big portions that gave us another whole meal! My friend suggested we meet for lunch at Will's + Bill's. I hadn't been there in a few years, and I'm really glad I gave it another shot. The food was great! I love the pub food menu, and my lunch special was perfect. I enjoyed a yummy warm sandwich with a near-perfect roll -- crispy and soft in all the right places. My friend liked her Cobb salad as well. Our service was excellent, he was very attentive but not pushy. We spent several hours chatting over iced tea, and he never made us feel rushed. A great off-the-beaten-path brewery and restaurant that you don't have to be a Will or Bill to enjoy! Will & Bill's is one of those brewery restaurants that you'll find within a shopping center, further away from a shopping mall like KOP. As such, it's not a spot that this Bill has made it out to all that often, but I've been three different times, which provided three different good experiences that spoke to the diverse things that it's brought to the table. On my first experience, we were outside-inside since winter reinforced their outdoor seating area with an insulated and heated tent and enjoyed a Buddha Bowl filled with Asian noodles, spicy shrimp, and all the umami! On my second experience, this Bill brought a Will to the huge main dining room, where I enjoyed a cedar plank salmon with broccoli and whipped potatoes. On my last visit, we were enjoying 4th of July Happy Hour in their HUGE bar space before the fireworks, and so long as it involved deals on drafts and food like devil eggs with crab & caviar, I'm going to have to do happy hour there more often! And for the main event of that evening, I had the best salad ever with the Trade Winds salad with asparagus, mango salsa, mandarin orange, sliced almonds, and goat cheese! As a brewery, they have their own beers like a Tartan IPA and a Honey Barrel Amber Ale. But they also have guest taps from other breweries and a vast amount of wine, cocktails, and spirits to choose from. As my three visits have shown, it's a great option for all kinds of dining experiences so long as you're willing to make a bit of an extra drive. Bonus points go to the Ben Franklin blowing bubblegum wallpaper in the bathroom! read more

I started with the French onion soup. Really, really good. It's the second best I've ever had (the best being a diner in Bayonne, NJ, believe it or not). The broth here is excellent with lots of cheese and a tasty bread inside the large bowl. The onions were cooked well and were flavorful. And the crock is topped with a serving of fried onions on top. Outstanding! The soup is delicious and really filling and a great value at $10. I also got the Trade Winds salad, which is asparagus spears (prepared well - not mushy at all), greens, mango salsa, slivered almonds, mandarin oranges, tomato, goat cheese, and a blood orange vinaigrette. The salad is very large and delicious. It could have used a bit more dressing, or perhaps I should have mixed the salad a bit before eating. The first few bites had just a hint of dressing and then, after I mushed things a bit, the dressing at the bottom of the plate coated things more evenly. My partner started with Butternut Squash soup. Excellent. And got a Cobb Salad. They said the salad was very tasty and also very filling. The service was excellent. Truly excellent service as far as being welcomed, suggestions made, plate clearing and water being refilled and us just being made to feel welcome. The atmosphere in the restaurant is very nice. Elegant but in a friendly way. A pianist plays live music Friday and Saturdays for a few hours. We had a chance to enjoy that tonight. There are pictures of men on the walls throughout the restaurant, and it took us a minute to figure out that they were pictures of famous people named Bill or Will. Nice touch. We liked this place very much and if we lived around here would definitely come back and try other items. Except for the onion soup. I'd get the onion soup every time. read more

We had our company Christmas party here and it was way above and beyond. The staff was very quick to get out drink orders and I don't know that anyone was without a drink. They walked around appetizers, which again were wonderful. Then it was time for lunch. I had a burger and fries, so delicious. Finally they wanted to roll us out and offered cherry cheesecake or flourless brownies. Awesome all around and very easy to find a parking spot! read more

1st time here on the recommendation of a friend, loved it!! We got there, was seated by the bar, which was quite loud considering it was happy hour. Our reservations were at 5::30, asked to be moved and had no problem. Our waiter was Ryan. He was awesome. We had another couple with us in their 20s. We're in our 60s, and they were delighted as much as we were what really impressed me, the beautiful beveled glasses they use, and lovely China dishes. It reminded me of when I grew up. The food was awesome. We had the crab and shrimp dip, oysters I had the second half of my chicken piccata tonight. We will definitely be back. Our office is moving to Chesterbrook, and I'm pretty sure this will be our new hangout for our team lunches. Five stars! read more

Food above average with typical American bar food options with some slight variations, like a sauce w hint of Indian spices (coriander) accompanying a cheeseburger. Also tried the roast beef, bread was ok, kind of like a baguette, beef was well done rather than pink. More like a cheesesteak sandwich, meat just not as finely chopped. Dipping au jus sauce was nice with a shroomy flavor. French fries very crunchy, in fact almost all crunch without a meaty interior. Small quibbles. Oveall quality of food and ambience make it a repeat. And food a step up from what was here previously. Oh yes almost forgot, they have beer, some their own. I like beer. Wine and liquor/cocktails too. Not the largest selection but decently curated with many interesting choices. My beer selection was quite good and as described on menu. After grocery shopping we stopped here for food and beer. The restaurant is nicely decorated and the seating is very comfortable. I love the menu and there are many things I want to try. Everything looks good. I had the Genovese Pappardelle. It was not bad, but the beef is bit over cooked and some parts were dry and tough. The pasta could use more seasoning, it was bland on its own. The butternut squash soup was okay, it tasted like a tikka masala broth. I liked the Honey Barrel Amber beer. My husband liked his meatball grinder sandwich very much. The service was okay. It was a bit slow to get our orders in, get the food and the bill as well. P.S. The music played does not match the aesthetic of a brewery. This is one of my favorite brewery and sports pub i visited on quite some time. This boasts a huge private parking lot that is well lit. As you park you can see that they do have outdoor seating with covered and heaters around. As you enter the restaurant you will be greeted and seated. The serves here are with great customer service attitude and so is the owner/manager of the place. The drinks option here is great and with lot of choices for everyone. Their house specials are great. Their wines collection is quite impressive too. Food options were plenty with wings, wraps, cheese steaks. Then for vegetarians there is plenty of options too we tried baba ghanoush and everyone liked it. The prices are just right. The ambiance and decor was great, very lively and fits all crowd. Service was great, food came out fast, and the prices were very reasonable! We got the crab and shrimp dip as an app. Really good, but could have been hotter temperature wise. For meals, my friend got the Cobb salad with grilled chicken and I got the Buddha bowl. My friend loves the Cobb salad, she's had it there before. It was huge!!! The Buddha bowl was excellent. This was a shocking experience. We sat for quite a while with no service. The water glasses were filthy. Our service was okay. The runner reached across my food and my face to serve my husband. The food was watery and so disappointing. For a brewery, the beer was watery and lacked depth. I have never left butternut squash soup unfinished but I left over have a bowl. My husband's meatbal sub had 4 meatballs in it and the ends of the roll (1.5") were empty. Nothing in it , not even sauce. As much as I would love to give this restaurant 5 stars, I must be true to Yelp standards and also take into account the food--not just the divine ambiance. I love Will's and Bill's because the energy is perfect and pleasurable. It really makes you want to slow down and enjoy life. I ordered the French onion soup which was fantastic at first. The textures mesh well with the flavorful beef broth that warms your soul. The bottom of the soup did get saltier for sure, but I can forgive that. The restaurant provides large portions; who doesn't live that? However, my bf and friend's Buddha bowl was subpar as they struggled to find nice things to say about it. I did enjoy my mussels and appreciate the quantity of seafood and bread that came with it. My friend got the salad and the Mac and cheese, and there was nothing to rave about there. The culinary mastery fell short here. The drinks were good but not really strong enough for me. And service was pleasant. We went for the Mother's Day Brunch. It's a really nice place with good decor so I'd say the ambiance is fine. The Brunch was a buffet with a nice variety. Eggs Benedict, Omelets, bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs, fruit, Beef Bourguignons, Chicken Marsala, Cod, Caprese and other salads, quite a few desert choices like cannoli, brownies, cakes (e.g. Red Velvet), cookies, mimosas and other drinks. All in all everything tasted very good. Our service was good as well with a very attentive waitress. I guess the only thing was, we were a large group with people coming from far away, and don't see each other regularly. So we can get chatty and easily lose track of time. A manager type came by and said they needed the table for an upcoming reservation...totally understandable. Note that we weren't pre-advised of a time limit. Yet the manager-type who came by to 'nudge' us, while not mean or demeaning was, I felt, gently somewhat rude. She was not a lunatic or anything. We didn't feel rushed. Was part of a group who met here after an outing at Golf Galaxy. What impressed me most was how the staff were so accommodating in throwing 5 tables together, setting up with proper plates and good knives and forks wrapped in proper cloth napkins. Food ( snacks) were delicious and beers were good. What a great place and pleasant surprise. Inside was darker and intimate by the fire place, then the bar in the center looks more lively and fun, and outside was covered seating with white table cloths. You got a different vibe from each room. The food was decent nothing crazy. I got French onion soup that was good. My husband got the Sheppards pie which he really enjoyed but was on the smaller side. My parents got the crab cake special which they said was decent given it's not a seafood place. My only knock was their soda comes in little glass bottles, it was cute but way too small for what I was expecting and no free refills. Skip the egg rolls; I wasn't into the horseradish sauce. Service was very attentive so I hope they keep it up! Didn't drink but I think the bar is a solid setup.
