While visiting my grandma, my aunt called and told us we should check out the new Willie's location for brunch. My grandma liked the food but not the atmosphere at the old location, so we were both excited to try their new spot. We're now two fans of Willie's and will recommend it to other friends and family in the area. Willie's Cafe is a perfect neighborhood restaurant serving the Reedley community. Their new location is spacious, friendly, clean, and homey with fun decor. There's ample booth seating and a bigger room in the back for larger parties. Most diners are local and repeat customers. We found the service to be fast but not personable. We came for the food, and we both left full and satisfied! Willie's serves American and Mexican fare. I had the Machaca Chicken with Hash Browns, and my grandma had the Waffle Combo. The Machaca was well seasoned, the hot salsa added more flavor and kick, and the portions were giant. My grandma loves waffles and loves her combination. We both took our leftovers to go. Willie's is our new favorite restaurant in Reedley and will be on repeat anytime I visit her. I highly recommend this spot to anyone in the surrounding area. Their new location is on G Street, and ample parking is outside.

Came here for breakfast on a Saturday. It was early, so it was not crowded, but got busier as we were there. Ordered the NY strip steak medium rare with extra crispy potatoes. Also got the sausage mushroom omelette and pancakes. The steak came out medium well and the potatoes were not crispy at all. The omelette had good flavor and the pancakes were fine. Service was good. Bill came to $62 for 2 people, not including tip. Ambiance had a nice country diner feel. Parking on the street.

It was my granddaughters 21st birthday and we went here for breakfast. First the food was really good! German sausage eggs and hashbrowns served hot! Also a chile verde burrito that was huge and filling was practically all meat! Our waiter who was Raylyn? ( forgive spelling) was so sweet He brought out a beautiful piece of chocolate cake with strawberries and whipped cream. It was such a surprise for her. What a beautiful gesture! Thank you so much for the special attention! Hard to come by now days. A great place to go!

Came here yesterday for a late lunch with family and it did not disappoint! We started off with an appetizer which consisted of fresh chips, salsa and guacamole. The chips were a little on the greasy side but aside from that, everything was delicious and fresh!! We ordered breakfast dishes and everyone did enjoy them! The regular chilaquiles were good but next time I will order mexican chilaquiles as the owners wife mentioned those were the spicy ones! What I enjoyed most about this place was the service, the quality of the food and the extra mile they will go to satisfy their customers. I will definitely come back!

Ok, but wouldn't go again. Got the chilaquiles and Mexican chilaquiles and the only difference is that you get two eggs and Mexican cheese on top for the Mexican chilaquiles. However, they were not good. Especially not for the price! read more

A great spot that cooks American and Mexican style breakfast dishes with a nice outdoor dining area. You'll leave feeling satisfied. GENEROUS portions of veggies and meat are given in the omelettes which are served by attentive and friendly waitstaff. My husband had a tri-tip omelette and J had the veggie. Full sliced mushrooms, large chunks of peppers, lots of spinach, and the meat wasn't undercooked. They accommodated all of my requests to modify my order based on dietary preferences. The coffee refills were offered continuously while dining. The country potatoes could have been crispier on the outside, but I'm not complaining since I wasn't expecting to find such FRESHLY cooked food and QUALITY service on a quick breakfast stop in Reedley. WOW!! wish I had found this place sooner!!! If you're looking for a local cafe with great food, THIS IS IT! Not much ambiance.(It's a local American diner with a mexican flare) The food is amazing. Breakfast choices served all day at reasonable prices. I got the country potatoes- they were made with cheese, onions, peppers- not your usual- but sooo goos!! i went to this restaurant and put the blinds down (because of the sun) next to my table for a quick picture and the owner's son, rudely opened the blinds and gave us the dirtiest look. After his mom, the owner approached us and asked if we were good, we mentioned what happened and she apologized and was very nice. Then her son came and yelled at us for telling his mom/boss. Even the people around us heard. Very unprofessional, that CHILD needs to be fired. TOO GROWN to be acting like that. read more

Very disapointing. The owner's son has NO experience being a waitter seems like a rude CHILD. He has no patience what so ever, he doesn't give you a chance to even look at the menu when he is standing right next to you wanting to take your order. The owner's should really pay more attention how his son's is otherwise they are going to loose business due to his attitude and unprofessionalism. He should be fired and not be a loud to help run a business! He needs to learn some manners shows that he has no experience being a waiter. If I were his parents I wouldn't let my child help run a business if he has no potential at all! Worst customer service over all. To top off the mother is as rude as the son! Don't be fooled people! read more

After spending the first part of the day in the mountains, then looking on the Internet and driving around the charming little main street of Reedley, something drew me to Willie's for lunch. The young man at the counter seemed a little focused on what he was doing but let me know I could sit where I liked. I ordered the tri tip clubhouse sandwich- SO good! Enough for two or leftovers. The young man, Noe, apologized for earlier as he had been dealing with a disrespectful customer. I didn't notice anything negative and told him so! He was nothing but professional. Two other employees (owners?) were just as attentive. I recommend this place! read more

My party and I went to eat in the late afternoon. I left all of the food on my plate it was terrible and would not even feed it to an dog. My party had onion rings was there from the beginning of the morning it taste like it and my party told me the food was good there before we went. ! My favorite place to eat for breakfast!! It's sad that there's only one waiter and he's a kid. But this young man delivered!! Does the work of 2 waiters!! But if you look inside you see everyone else cooking so that's why the food comes out really quick !! Definitely recommend if your looking for breakfast or brunch! Just try and beat the old people there first becuase they come in mobs and take alot of tables up! (Around 10am) read more

Always looking to increase my restaurant experiences in the communities in which I work as a field rep. So far I've been impressed with the downtown cafe's I've patronized in Reedley and today I decided to give Willie's a go. The first thing I noticed was the impressive size and scope of available items on their menu. Today I settled on the Ortega Chile Chicken Burger. As I sat outside at my socially distanced table I was pleasantly surprised as they brought me a small complimentary Meatball Soup. It was a very good soup...I may have preferred maybe a little more seasoning in the broth but very good nonetheless. The Ortega Chicken Burger and side of Fried Mushrooms we're both quality. The flavors were solid and the grilled chicken was properly cooked. I would say maybe go a little easy on the Mayo when you order it because it did get a tad greasy. Nevertheless a very solid first experience there. read more
