I wouldn't give them even one star if I could. The WORST dealership and the WORST snakes working there. Pushy for warranty with a "HUGE LIST" of items on it that warranty would "cover" and then once you get it and happen to ask for something to be fixed then out of nowhere warranty covers NOTHING. Very disgustingly, disrespectful dishonest people that are only nice to your face until you buy. They don't care about their customers, all they care about is the money that comes from them that gets them paid. Customers are NOT valued there whatsoever. Everything they say is a lie. We purchased years ago and regret it every day since. Jimmy and Jeremy should BE FIRED and never employed anywhere EVER. I wouldn't ever recommend you to go here if it was the last thing you did or even if you would have to walk for the rest of your life without having a vehicle. Sooner than later the owner will pay for all the scandal, scheming, scammers HE himself and HIS employees are and are doing to people because while others are making money being truthful and righteous to their customers he'll eventually lose all his customers to other dealerships. We traded in a car for their piece of work regrettably which I'm sure the owner of that car we traded in is having a fabulous time with not having any problems with it while we are having issues left and right and had faith in these disgusting human beings which don't deserve to be called Humans and don't deserve to be treated like it either. You call them for help or anything you need and they are disconnecting calls on you, directing you to their voicemails, advising others to answer in their place and lying for them because they refuse to speak with you as YOUR MONEY IS WHAT GETS THEM PAID. IF I WAS YOU AND YOUR LOOKING AT THESE REVIEWS BEFORE THINKING OF BUYING A CAR, I WANT TO SAVE YOU FROM THE DISHEARTENING DISHONESTLY AND SCANDAL AND SCAM AND YOUR VALUABLE TIME. I bought a used Nissan rogue here and the staff, specifically Brandan Taylor and Sadiq Quraeshi "SQ", were amazing and extremely helpful. They both explained everything from smaller details to large issues to make sure that I was informed in every decision that I made. What I didn't tell them was the amount of research I went into the meeting with. They were honest and well informed which resulted in a deal that everyone involved was in support of. This was the second dealership that I went to that morning and everything here was very straightforward and fair. We negated a fair price for my new car alongside a warranty for under what I initially thought I'd be paying. We were traveling from NW Minnesota to Texas when a trucker honked at us and pointed to the back of our car. We couldn't see the problem when we pulled into the rest stop near Des Moines. However, we called Hummel's to see if it could be checked. Although they were very busy, the manager said they would give it a quick check. For the last 8 hours on the road we had been losing oil. The dipstick was not in the right slot. They put in 3 quarts of oil, replaced the dipstick, and we were on the road in short order. What service! And they would not even let us pay for the oil. We are so thankful that they worked us in and really appreciate their quick and friendly response to our situation. We were able to continue on our trip without further delay. read more

Bought my new used car here. The staff was friendly and kept me up to date on the process of putting together my auto loan package and trade-in deal. The next day, when I realized I had left my jumper cables in my old vehicle, the staff was quick to hold them for me until I could drive over in the afternoon and pick them up.
