a delightfully cute brewery with light, airy indoor space. the vibes were immaculate here! there are also many games available to play. seems like a great place to come with friends. the service was also very friendly. i only tried the pineapple cider but it was really tasty! highly recommend and can't wait to come back

Truly authentic German food in a laid-back, no-fuss spot where you can count on a hearty meal. Order the schnitzel and sausages, they never miss. Their beer list is top-notch (and the cider is a hidden gem). We've come here multiple times with friends, and it's always a great hangout.

This place always has space for a large groups, so great to come to if you're throwing a gathering last minute. In my opinion their food and beer is just okay and is overpriced. That being said, their happy hour prices are decent.

I love how you can get your Wurst multiple different ways. We tried the Bavarian plate and the SF style. I was tempted by the nachos, but decided against it. The potato salad on the Bavarian plate stole the show. It's so simple but so good. You order at the counter or find a spot to sit and order using QR code. Once your food is ready, the bring it to your table. The dining area is made up of long tables with benches so great for a large group.

My first time here! Food and beer was pretty decent but unfortunately had a really bad service experience, our group felt like we were being ignored by our waitress at each step of the way (being asked our order without having been brought any menus, having to go up to the counter to grab ourselves utensils) so our overall experience wasn't too enjoyable. Want to come back to try more of the menu, but going to avoid friday night rush next time!

What a fantastic spot to explore all kinds of beers! The sausages are absolutely delicious, and the staff is super friendly. I feel really lucky that this place is just next door to my hotel!

I've walked past here countless times, and finally decided to give it a try. This place is great for people watching and has a nice comfy vive to it. You can order using a QR code, where a server will bring drinks/food out to you, and you can pay using the QR code as well. They have a good variety of beers and all the ones I tried were good. I also had one of the spicy brats and it definitely had a kick to it. The chips were also good, and overall the prices are reasonable for SF. Definitely a good option for a more casual meal/drink!

A dog friendly indoor beer garden (yes dogs allowed inside). Friendly and helpful service where they allow you to taste before you buy. Beautiful decor with communal tables too. Self-service on tap water, board games and sinks outside the toilets are nice amenities. Oh yes, the beer and bratwursts are great too. They have a nice x-section on beer, from pils to IPA to wine. German-style food choices compliments their beer nicely. With the communal tables - we have enjoyed coming here with just 2 people to meeting here with a big group. We will return!

Love this place. Thank you for bringing back the chicken sausages! They are fantastic and go so damn well with your delicious brews. You space is lovely and bright and the service is always friendly and happy to help. Thank you again!

They recently changed their whole menu and only a few smaller, less flavorful sausages now. Food was okay still, but it was quite a let down from what they had before.

My friends have been telling me to come check this place out, and I was not disappointed! First off, the vibe is so cool. Very open and airy. Fun pops of color. They have a large selection of draft beer, so I got the "Hello Sexy" , which was pretty good! Then I got the SF Style Wurst which is this delicious sausage served on a French roll with amazing toppings. It came quick and hot! So good. Finally, I had the pretzels with two dips: beer cheese (my favorite) and spicy mustard. The staff were also so nice and gave great recommendations. It was the perfect lunch in Duboce. Highly recommend!

Great space but food was meh. Beers are decent but nothing to get excited about. Staff was friendly, so that's a plus.

In my opinion Lapisara ranks in the middle due to the other excellent options available. Seated immediately--had a reso but on a Wednesday morning not really necessary. It took a long time for the single employee to get to us but we weren't in a hurry. Cappuccino was very good in a cute "bear mug" and very reasonably priced. We shared a pacific omlet--not much crab, lots of shrimp, and nice swiss cheese/scallions but tasted kind of fishy--potatoes were only avg. Son said huevos rancheros were average. Price point good for SF and portions adequate to share. Location convenient so we will try dinner there tonight before a comedy show nearby. Dinner-5++ stars; 4 of us Had dinner last night-6pm-reso but not needed. only one other group dining. Single Waitress was great-we let her know we needed to leave in about an hour for a show and she timed everything perfectly--we even had time for dessert. we ordered so many items that she brought over an extra table--we shared everything family style. Most Yelp reviews only mention brunch but the dinner was awesome--service; food: taste/quality, presentation, portions, prices we phenomenally low for SF ($200 with a bottle of wine for 4 people). We started with the garlic butter clams-small but tasty. Tuna tartar was excellent quality and enough to share. Samosas were more like empanadas--very good with peanut sauce so good it rivaled my own home made. We continued our culinary adventure with crab fried rice-delicious, a large portion and my son who lives in SF and has tried dozens of crab fried rice ranked it in the top tier. The pacific catch rice noodles with crab was also excellent-big portion, lots of crab, tasty. Final entree was their specialty-Mussaman Curry. Wow, tender meat/potatoe "stew" with a very unique flavor from the star anise/cinnamon and peanut--to die for. Creme Brulee was very good with lots of fresh fruit accompaniment My only complaint was a very limited wine selection. Lapisaia will become one of our regular spots for dinner!!!

Came here on a Saturday for brunch…read more I got the Holy Chili Bomb Basil Omelette. It had ground chicken and veggies inside, and the chicken and basil were the flavors that stood out. I wouldn't call it spicy at all. The omelette felt small for the price and there wasn't much filling inside. It came with a side of potatoes that were really good. They had a nice crisp on the outside and were soft on the inside. I also got a regular coffee, and they do unlimited refills. The place was busy for brunch, and I liked the bear theme. Some of the coffees came in bear-shaped glasses, and some of the lattes had a decorative bear made out of ice.

I went back to check in with my boyfriend before deciding to grab a drink after the host sent me on a wild goose chase for the bathroom. Needless to say we were warmly greeted this time by one of the female servers. We told her we'd like to sit at the bar and order some drinks and an app. THERE ISNT A BAR! The outside sign on the restaurant says BAR but there isnt actually one to sit at. We didnt really care and took the seat the server offered us. When I went to the bathroom my boyfriend was subjected to an uncomfortable and verbally demeaning conversation from the manager with all the clips in her hair to our server. She scolded her for seating us at a table meant for a large party ( maam this is levi's plaza during fifa- no large party is coming to dine here). Regardless, it was completely inappropriate of her to speak to our server like that AND especially inappropriate in front of guests. The plantain chips were bland and lacked proper salt. The guac was pretty good. My boyfriend ordered a draft beer and was brought a can that was poured incorrectly with the most head I've ever seen. I ordered a diet coke and it was fine. I would have mentioned something to the server or manager but i just wanted to pay my tab, use the restroom and get the hell out of there. To the lady with all the clips in her hair, glasses and large earrings- please treat your teammates with respect.
