We ordered the bbq steak bowl. The beef was like little pieces of charcoal that had been cooked a long time ago and it arrived cold. The rice was only half cooked so we didn't dare eat it! We had ordered from here before but this time we received much smaller portions. Sad. Wondering what's going on here.

Food was good and a huge portion size! Loved the fries, I think they were best without any dipping sauce. Will definitely have again! *sensitive to cross contamination and was fine!*

My food had a piece of cardboard cooked in to it. I got a "make your own asian inspired bowl" and it was sub par at best. The mushrooms added were an additional charge, $1-2, I believe. When I went to bite into the mushrooms to try them, not only did I bite in to a large piece of cardboard but the musbroom were very tough, smelled bad, and tasted very old. Paid $20 per bowl of food and could only eat a couple bits because of how unappetizing it was to find something non edible in my meal but also for the taste to be so disappointing, unfortunately//: I did not feel good after eating just a small portion of the bowl. are refunds possible?

I had a gift card to doordash and seen this place on the gluten free list. I thought why not try it out. I ordered the Orange Chicken bowl. It was delicious. It was very spicy. A good spicy but next time will ask for the chili and sauce on the side only because i have issues digesting spicy foods now. The amount of sauce was good though. No complaints about the food, size or taste. Id order this again! The cauliflower surprisingly looked like it was a fried beef but it wasn't. We also had the make your own. Ginger garlic soy sauce with flash fried cauliflower roasted broccoli. This was really good too. Def order this again. The amount of onions and bell peppers were perfect. I will be ordering from this place again

I ordered the GF vegan broccoli beef with added green onion, sesame, and vegan chili ranch. When I first saw my meal, I didn't think it looked very appetizing (I ordered from door dash and the picture online looked better than the meal I received) however, after trying it, it wildly surpassed my expectations! This meal was flavorful, filling, satisfying and seemed very fresh! Big proportions, & they made it super quick! will definitely be ordering more in the future

Food was gluten free, but strangely had no flavor. Would eat their French fries again in a pinch.

The seating is spacious and sectioned off rather than one large open dining room, which allows for different arrangements and a nice sense of privacy between groups. The downside is that this layout seems to leave patrons on the right side, behind the wooden partition, nearly forgotten. We were handed our menus and then left alone for almost 15 minutes without anyone circling back to take our order. When we finally did order, the servers brought dishes to the wrong table and couldn't keep track of who had ordered what. That said, the food, atmosphere, and location could easily make up for it, I would consider coming back if I had to return to San Francisco.

The tomato-based broth was the best part of the whole bowl, a bit sour, light, comforting and full of flavor. It came with tofu, soy protein, green herbs and all the toppings went well together, super addicting! I came around 5:30pm, so it was pretty quiet and easy to get seated. Their menu is also hugeeeeee, with everything from banh mi, noodle soups, entrees and rice plates to desserts and drinks. You'll want to come with a group so everyone can order different dishes to share. Savor is an all-vegetarian, but mostly vegan, Yemeni restaurant. Everything is either vegan or is labeled as a 'vegan option' if there is dairy. , Here's what I tried: -Split pea soup: comes with every order (at least during lunch). I love a good split pea soup, and they're hard to find vegan out in the wild, so I really enjoyed this. -Artichoke Shawarma: Artichoke is soft but meaty. Hummus tastes fresh and homemade. Lots of flavor and zestiness throughout! -Mujadara: Forbidden rice and lentils topped with tofu, veggies, and tahini sauce. They use Hodo tofu, which is a great quality tofu. The rice is so soft and has a great texture to bite into. It's a mix of hot ingredients and cold ingredients, making this an adventurous plate for your taste buds! -Wild mushroom knafeh: My favorite dish I tried! Savory mushrooms with the sweet cream and crunchy top. I honestly didn't know what I was eating, but I could not stop until it was gone! -Dessert was recommended to us by the owner - a sweet coconut cream pastry. Again, I wasn't too sure what I was eating, but this dessert was a delectable bite from beginning to end. We really enjoyed our time and thank Mo for the wonderful recommendations, service, and above all, the delicious food! We will be back!

We sat at the bar and it was relatively quiet though by the time we left there was a line forming at the door to get in. Since this is near the Civic Center, spots are limited, so public transit is the best way to get here! Inside was very aesthetically pleasing and inviting, with the windows stretching up the wall to the ceiling, and a modern bar. At that moment, we weren't really looking for drinks, just bites, so I do not have any opinions yet on their drink selection. We ordered the "crab" arancini, which came with jackfruit, lemon garlic, salsa macha aioli, and guajillo, and the barbacoa nachos. The arancini was okay, and did not stand out as much as I would have liked. The panko crust on it was on the thicker side, so it had a bit of a harder exterior, but I will say I did like how well the jackfruit was incorporated and added depth to the dish. I wish that I could taste a bit more of that lemon in the lemon garlic. The barbacoa nachos were delicious, and I liked how they paired the nachos with jalapenos and pickled onions for a nice flavor composition. The jackfruit blended well and added some savory, "meaty" flavoring to the dish that worked. Overall, for a restaurant that specializes in vegan food, this was a great choice! I thought the service was great as well, and they were very accommodating to our party when it came to dietary needs, which is always appreciated.

Walking in I wasn't sure what to expect because it looked pretty run down. I wasn't expecting fine-dining, but the place didn't have a welcome feel. We were the first table in when they opened, but unfortunately the service felt a bit cold from the start. Our server seemed disengaged, which set a less welcoming tone for the meal. The food was just okay for us. Our kids enjoyed their spring rolls and "chicken" nuggets, which were an easy win. However, the entrees we ordered were quite salty and didn't have much depth of flavor. Afterwards, we realized they don't use garlic or onion, which would have been helpful to know ahead of time since it really affects the flavor profile. If we had known that, we likely would have chosen a different spot. Overall, it wasn't quite what we were expecting given the menu and reviews. It wasn't terrible, but it didn't stand out for us in a city with so many great food options.
