One of the employees came out to help with dog treats. My wife and I took the dog to see if he was micro chipped and then took him back to French express, hoping that the owner would come looking for the super sweet dog. Not more than 10 minutes later, the French express employee called to say that the owner and the dog had been united. It's so great that people and businesses will go out of the way to help. A big shout out to the French express employee and the business as a whole. Besides being dog lovers, they have really great coffee and it's a nice environment to sit and talk with friends on the weekend. These folks deserve your business, and you deserve their great coffee!

I met the sweet st young lady (Kimberly) who just happened to be one of the owners. Kimberly gave me the run down on the menu and after a carful consideration she made me one of the best cups of dark americano coffee I've ever had. In just a few shout minutes I found out that Java Island Hut has a wonderful backstory; Kimberly has a nephew that has a illness so her family started Java Island Hut to support and help with research for his illness and a portion of every cup goes to support the foundation.
